Txt's stopped working

Day 4 with the 920 and I just hit my first major issue. A short time ago I tried to send a text message and kept getting an error "cannot send, Try Again?" Repeated try's didn't work, so I turned the phone off and then back on, and WHOOSH a rush of txt's that I hadn't gotten....
This does not boad well for this phone. I have a 14 day period where I can take the phone back to ATT and get an iPhone 5, I may have to if this isn't at least on the radar to get fixed.

My apology's if this comes off the wrong way, but I just don't buy the "network issue" on this one.
The phone had been working fine, and stopped getting text's. I was also unable to send texts. I did not try making a phone call or any other functions (I should have in hindsight), and when I "rebooted" the phone the queued up text's all came in.
I was at home all day that day so It's not as if I was swapping around cell towers. This smacks of phone side issue because the only thing that changed was power cycling the phone.
Again, I'm not sure if the Skype beta had anything to do with this or not, but it had to be a client side (phone) issue.
It's the same type of situation as if a computer were to look like it's connected to the internet but not get or send email, you reboot and then it works, does that mean it was your email providors fault? Hardly, that's a client issue. Such is the case here. The texts were all delivered after the device was restarted.
Had the texts all come through without the device restart, then yes, I'd say network issue, but in this case the device restart "fixed" it.

ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

Adobe Photoshop CS4 has Stopped Working on Windows 7

Hey guys and girls. I recently got a new computer running Windows 7 64bit. I still have good ol photoshop cs4 and wanted to use it on this new computer. The install process was completed and as I started the program, I get the "Adobe Photoshop CS4 has stopped working" box. I've looked through some forums, and a lot of them mention the wacom tablet issue, which is not the issue since I've yet to install the drivers for my tablet. Has anyone come across this problem at all? This is what shows up when I get that error box.

The first thing that I would do is insure that you have the latest video driver installed (but do keep any older ones, just in case you must roll-back - newest is not always the best).
If that does not help, then open Even Viewer, and check for all warning, or error messages in System and Application tabs, for the time that PS crashed. If you find any with links, follow those links - be patient, as some might take a few moments to send data to MS, and then for MS to process it, to open the proper page for that link plus the data gathered. This ARTICLE goes into a bit more detail, and I do not think that it is too Adobe Premiere-centric.

ITunes 10.6 has stopped working on windows 7

I just bought this Lenovo H415 desktop with windows 7 home premium.
I installed a earlier version of iTunes and it worked fine. Then I updated it to the latest 10.6 version, and it gives me the following error after I click "agree" for the agreements whenever I start it.

I tried reinstalling it, and I also tried to uninstall it and install it in a newly created admin user account. But I am still having the same problem when starting iTunes.

I've been unable to use my iTunes ever since upgrading to v10.6 Today with the new roll out of v10.6.1 I ran the fresh update hoping the issue would be resolved... After the update, Same CRASH issue at opening... I was able to FIX this on my own after messing around with an extremely confusing support article. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1717
Try doing this troubleshoot and see if it helps you, it worked great for me! After I moved the first folder location listed below, my iTunes was fixed! I have since deleted that folder I had moved earlier and iTunes it's still working like a charm. I've also re-wrote the instructions for you more clearly then apple did.
Remove iTunes Preference files
Some of the files that iTunes uses to store it's settings and preferences may be unusable and cause issues. iTunes has two folders where it's preferences are saved. Move one of the folders to another folder location ie. (my documents, etc.) and try opening and running itunes to test. This is to see if the issue persists after removing these files. If the issue does not persist, simply delete the moved folder and enjoy using iTunes! However, If the issue still persists, move the folder back to where it was originally and try the same process again, this time moving the second folder. The location for the two preference folders are:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes

Try copying the QTMovieWin.dll in the c:\program files (x86)\common files\apple\apple application support folder to the c:\program files (x86)\iTunes folder. I had same problem and it's fixed this bug.

Adobe Audition CC has stopped working. Constantly crashing.

Hi, I am constantly receiving an error 'Adobe Audition CC has stopped working.'
This usually occurs after an event whilst the sound is playing. ie change the playback location or edit an effect's parameter.
I am lucky to get a couple of minutes with it at the moment.

We can't help with this - it's an installation issue, and we're a U2U forum. Adobe's chat line is free for sorting out installation issues, and that's where you should get some help from. The only other alternative, if you can save the error log file (the whole of it, not just an extract) would be to send it to [email protected] and see if the developers can throw any light on it.

Adobe InDesign CS6.0 Has Stopped Working

My friend has converted some PageMaker documents with CS 4 in INDD format. I tried to open them with my CS6 but it kept

Thank you for your quick responses. I tried to open the files as a copy, but the same error came on. So we have converted all of the files into .indt and I was able to open all of them in CS6 without any problems.
I guess there's must be something in the original CS4 .indd files that are causing the problems.

BBC iPlayer just stopped working on N97 - 29/04/10

N97 Firmware v21.0.045
Just last night BBC iPlayer stopped working for me has been working every other day (and have used it every day for last week or so) and never had any problems in the past.
Symptom; app a bit slow to start and a bit slow to load up the images then whatever Telly or Radio programme I select when I press on the "Click to Play" icon nothing happens at all and makes no difference with repressing, phone is registering the press as I`m getting haptic feedback.
Uninstalled and reloaded from OVI and tried old version there, upgraded newly downloaded version from OVI both via the app itself (after uninstalling every time) and updated via BBC webpage and downloaded whole app new version from BBC web page. All without joy, the only thing that I think I`ve done or changed routine in last couple months is that yesterday I downloaded Steve`s Phones Show on my phone last night and watched it on phone using the video player and then deleted the download. I mention this as I think iPlayer uses the Realplayer engine to plahy stuff and it seems as if this is not connecting or has had a routing changed somehow or is hung up doingh something else (have tried playing video recorded using phone without problem and have no other video files). Phone is short on C: between 5-12MB but has been like that for six weeks and app worked before.
Anyone similar experience or any thoughts? - did search the history but couldn`t see any similar probs or hints. Really Really really don`t want to reset it and rebuild it.

At least when media has gone a bit ditsy on my s60 I have found that deleting these files on C-Drive has helped.

There is sometime one called Hxmeta.... or something like that...
And then restart phone. Media player will re-create the files.
Not sure if these are exactly the same on N97, but at least they are there on most others that I have used.

Adobe AIR Debug Launcher has stopped working Error on Flash Builder 4.6

Maybe you could help me out here as I’ve search the web and Adobe forum but could not find any answer.
I just installed Flash Builder 4.6 (after uninstalling 4.5.1), now when I run my app, the adl.exe crashes (error details below). I thought because I have an app that was created with 4.5, but then I created a new app with this version and it still crash. I have Windows 7 64-bit PC.

Dear, I had the same problema.
Was the sandbox from firewall.
I disabled and worked.

Adobe Reader has stopped working on closing Version XI (11.0.2.0)

Everytime I use Adobe Reader, after closing a pdf, I get the error "Adobe Reader has stopped working"

Itunes has stopped working - Please help - Can't SYNC !!

I have windows 7.
I have the latest Itunes.
My Itunes works fine.
When I plug in my iphone 4 I tunes works fine.

IOS playback stopped working

I've installed Flash Media Interactive Server 4.5 and after installation I successfully streamed to iOS devices.
Today, streaming to iOS devices, suddenly stopped working. Streaming to other Flash compatible devices works just fine.
I use JWPlayer to connect and that gives the following error message:

Some times, if I reload the site and try again, I do get a few seconds of playback of the live stream, then the playback stops with the same error message, and I can't seem to be able to play back the stream ever again.
I've tried deleting the .stream-files generated in the ApplicationsFolder\livepkgr\events\_definst_\live as well as the files generated in ApplicationsFolder\livepkgr\streams\_definst_\mystream but that doesn't help.
I use Adobe Media Live Encoder 3.2 to stream to the server, using H.264 and AAC.
As I mentioned, this has worked before and, as far as I remember, haven't made any configuration changes since it last worked.

I tried stopping the server and deleting the livepkgr streams and events, and when I restarted the server (and live stream) it seems to work correctly again. I do believe my live streams problems was also present some time after having done this earlier so I'm gonna stream for a bit now, stop it, then start again tomorrow to see if I can still stream correctly.

RE: ITunes has stopped working

Hi,
   All of a sudden my Itunes will not load. When it starts up, it opens in my music library, and then a box comes up stating ITunes has stopped working.
Windows is looking for a solution to the problem. Sometimes it just says close program and when I click close it closes ITunes. Sometimes it states
send info to Microsoft to see if there is a solution. When that comes up, I click view details and this is what comes up:

I had this same problem and just discoved the solution (for me at least).
Turns out I had an M3U file within an artist's folder (Shannon Wurst). Whenever I tried to import my iTunes folder into iTunes, iTunes would crash. So, I tried importing individual folders (all folders starting with "A", all B folders etc.). When I got to the "S" folders, iTunes crashed, so then I started importing individual artist folders within the "S" range. This is when i discoved an M3U file Shannon Wurst's folder, so I deleted it, and then imported the Shannon Wurst media and everything is fine again.
A very time-consuming fix, but it worked. Sorry I dont know of another way of helping...

Element 9 stops working

Hi everyone! I just bought a brand new sony vaio computer yesterday. I just installed premier elements 9 and also downloaded the latest version of quicktime.
Everytime I start editing a project I'll make a few edits and then I get a message saying the program has stopped working. This has happened about 20 times. I have cut and pasted the error message below. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks

The drivers on a brand new computer will be months out of date (because manufacturers build their 'master disk' months before launch). Sony also have a reputation for significantly altering standard drivers.
Working through these basics sorts many problems out:
Install all Windows Updates.
Install latest version of Apple QuickTime (v7.6.9 at time of writing). Even if you don't use QuickTime, PRE relies heavily on it.
Install most recent graphics and sound drivers from the manufacturers (usually ATI or Nvidia) web sites (but also look at the Sony support as well).
Install PRE9 v9.0.1 update.
Delete BadDrivers.txt (in Windows 7 this is likely at C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Premiere Elements\9.0\BadDrivers.txt)
Run Disk Cleanup.
Run Defragmenter.
Reboot your PC.
Temporarily disable any anti-virus realtime scanning.
