U-verse crashes and TV keeps freezing and loosing services

Question

About a month ago, my U-verse services begin to crash and I woul loose all services sometimes 6-8 times a day. I would lose services sometimes for a few minutes sometimes for half hour or so. Soon after that my televisions began freezing and getting pixelated like and losing my tv service sparacticlly throughout the day. I have made at least 8-10 phone calls to customer service and have had about five technicians come here to try and repair this. Sometimes it is not happening when they hear but my tv has froze and all my services has crashed while some of them were here but they still cannot find the issue. The first few times they kept saying it was my modem and they replaced my modem twice. Before they left my home I was still having the same issues and was told they would consult with another tech or supervisor and get back to me which no one did which makes me even more frustrated.
After no follow up with them, I called customer service back once again and did get a higher level service tech out yesterday. He said he would first put in a ticket for a line guy. The line guy came out and said he didn't see any issues but was going to check something? When he came back to reconnect the outside, he advised me my line was grounded and that he repair it. Before he left, TV was already having the same freezing issues. I was told there was nothing more he could do that my lines were fine now. I asked him to notify previous inside tech of issues and I also call the inside tech back to advise him of the situation. Still waiting to here back and tv still freezing.
My U-verse services have not gone down since yesterday afternoon, after the line repair, which is a huge improvement, since previously I was losing service at least five times a day. But my TV's are still freezing sporadically, but at many times through out the day, it's almost constant.
Can someone please advise what I should do next or if there's anything I could check myself. I am very frustrated and need a solution quick or I will have to switch to another provider which I really hate to do. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Hopefully, if previous tech does follow up as stated, maybe some suggestions here can help diagnose and fix these problems.
Because several of the techs said it could be problems from things I have connected to uverse, we have already tried bypassing my alarm system, phones, and microcell all at the same time and seperately and the problems still persisted.

I am so sorry about the issues you are having with your TV service, but I will be glad to help. I will be sending you a private message to gather more information and work on getting this issue resolved for you.
In the meantime, one thing worth trying if you have not done so already is connecting your gateway to a different electrical outlet. If it is going through a surge protector or battery unit, try directly connecting it to the outlet.
