I have an IdeaPad U410 with Windows 8 as an Operating system. I would like to know how do you split the screen in two. Also I would like to know if I can put my screen as a touch?

Welcome to the Lenovo Forums.
If you're referring to having an extended display , you will need to have an external monitor and enable extended mode by pressing the Winkey+P and select Extend.
If you want to split the screen to work with 2 documents or 2 windows at a time, you can snap the windows by pressing Winkey+ Left or Right arrow - check this article in reference.

It locks automatically when you hold it to your head.
If it fails to do this, then remove the case and see if it solves it.
If it does not, then do the basics - restart, reset, restore.
If that does not solve it, then make an appointment at the genius bar.

Use NVL or COALESCE:
NVL (col_a, col_b)
Returns col_a if col_a is not NULL; otherwise, it returns col_b.
Col_a and col_b must have similar (if not identical) datatypes; for example, if col_a is a DATE, then col_b can be another DATE or it can be a TIMESTAMP, but it can't be a VARCHAR2.

Sorry - didn't make myself clear. The glue tool would be no good here. I meant that I wanted, for example, to merge the MIDI contents of two regions that are perhaps on different tracks but play back at the same time, i.e. I want to add the 2nd region's MIDI to the 1st region's MIDI, but without having to go into the piano roll editor and cut and paste the data.

How do you Configure the "Screen Body" of the GUI to Display a Web Page?

From the first screen in the GUI, I'd like to pull in a live web page to fill the right side of the screen (where the big SAP data graphic sits, next to the left hand navigation). How is this done? I've seen the University of Nebraska's GUI and they successfully pull in the front page of their SAP Support Site. We'd like to do the same.
Again, we simply want to have that frame of the GUI in teh Screen Body section to display a web page pointed at an absolute URL. Advice?

Reader can only be used to view pdf's so you cannot perform any operations on it.
If you have Acrobat then you can go to Acrobat > save as other > Reduced file pdf
You can also go to Acrobat> Save as other> Optimized pdf and then click on 'Audit Space Usage' button to know what is occupying how much space in the pdf and adjust accordingly.

How can you lock the screen on iPhone in iOS 7 while talking on the phone?

I am struggling to figure out how to lock the screen of my iPhone 5 during a phone call. In iOS 6, I was able to push the top "on/off" button to lock the screen. In iOS 7, I am able to do this ONLY while using the speakerphone. If I push this button while talking on the phone regularly or using a headphone, it ends the call rather than locking the screen.
I have found that I am muting calls and disconnecting calls accidentially with my "face" while holding the phone b/c the screen is so sensitive. Does anyone know a way around this?

I dont know of a way round this, but im having the same issue of puttig people on hold when putting the phone up to my ear.
This was an issue with the iphone 4 years ago and apple had to do an update to cure it

Josh, this was my first gripe when I moved to IronPort toward the end of 2008; I forget the version of Asyncos we were on then. Remember that the design philosophy (as I'm given to understand it) is that you shouldn't have to nursemaid it as much as some other gateways, though achieving that is more a question of developing robust mail policies than simply plugging in the device and running the setup wizard.
I found the Asyncos GUI a bit of a pain to work with for header analysis, but I've adapted over time. It's only an annoyance now when you need to see an attachment file name that scrolls across three or four screen widths, and by comparison SharePoint gives me more grief in that department (we're on a paleolithic version here).
