U44M1I210 error on update

I'm running Elements 13.0
Update to 13.1 fails with U44M1I210 error.
I am running as an Administrator, which is the only suggested Adobe remedy for this error.
What else can I do?
I am getting extremely frustrated with Elements, and with this website.
I can't even upload an avatar for my profile without getting an error!

No, no, not a new adobe account. Create a new user on your computer and log in as the new user and run the update. Then you can delete the user afterwards. Go to control panel>user accounts and family safety>add or remove user accounts.

Illustrator CC Getting U44M1I210 Error on Update

I've recently had to reformat my harddrive and have reinstalled Adobe CC. All the apps I use have seemed to install properly. All the apps, except for Illustrator, have updated to the most recent versions. When Illustrator tries to update I get a U44M1I210 error, saying it isn't able to extract the downloaded files. I have clicked on retry but it seems to try to extract the files again without trying to download them, so the error repeats. I've dug into the logs and found the directory in which the update file is extracted and tried deleting it but again I get the error without the Creative Cloud Manager trying to download the files again.
Any suggestions of how to get CC Manager to actually redownload the patch files?

For Windows you can try going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core and right click on PDapp.exe and run as administrator and try to update.

U44M1I210 error when updating Photoshop CC

When I try to update I get an U44M1I210 error message, "Unable to extract the downloaded files" - help please, applies to latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC

When I try to do a CC update I get an U44M1I210 error message, "Update failed - Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press retry to download again. (U44M1I210)" - help please - re-downloading makes no difference, applies to latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC, others seemed to update without problems. I can see the disk image files in AAMUpdater folder but they will not open and come up with "couldn't be opened - resource busy" message.

Yes Jeff, I did all those several times to no avail.
I've included a small error snippet from two installs here. In Creative Cloud when updating the Apps, all 3 get to 50%, then the failure occurs. Retrying starts at 50% and fails the same way each time.
This first one is a segment from the Indesign updater - I have always had the all hard drive folders with read and write privileges allowed and I checked again, this is still the case so I do not know why this particular error message is arising. The second snippet if from the Illustrator update.

U44M1I210 Errors in AAM on PS CS6 13.0.5 Update Ateempt

I am posting this per request of Jeff Tranberry pursuant to the following errors received on attempting to update PS CS6 13.0.5 x64:
AAM 7.0.0.414 error log/
Adobe Extension Manager CS5 5.0 Update
There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I210
Adobe CSXS InfrastructureCS6

No new log files appear to have been recorded for these attempted installations. Please let me know what previous installation log files would be of interest and how I should submit them.

All of the steps in the kb you refer to have been followed -- unsuccessfully. After Jeff Tranberry provided direct links to update files, I was able successfully to update to PS CS6 13.0.5 and Camera Raw 8.1. However, AAM apparently thinks additional updates -- some of the same ones already installed successfully -- are now required, but still reports U44M1i210 errors when it tries to install them. That is what I am reporting now. More details are contained in previous posts.

I have the latest MacOsX 10.9.2
But I just fixed the problem. I downloaded the update from here All the Adobe CC Updates: The Direct Download Links for Mac OS | ProDesignTools That fixed it.
It always showed that it wanted to update Adobe After Effects, but I found out it needed the AdobeMediaEncoderTrial_64-7.2.2-mul-AdobeUpdate
After I installed it, everything went fine.

I have never been able to update CC apps - U44M1I210 error

I recieve the "Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again. (U44M1I210)" Error code every single time I try to update my CC apps.
This happens on my Desktop PC, and my Laptop PC, with ANY app. I'm using windows 7 on both machines.
I've ignored it for a few months now, but seriously, I should be able to update my apps as I'm paying for the service.
I have tried reinstalling CC twice, no luck.
Please help, this is getting very frustrating!

In the end I fixed the problem simply by pressing 'retry' and redownloading 3-4 times. Eventually it just worked. Very odd.
It's almost like the files were getting corrupted due to my internet but I've never had this problem with any other downloads before.
Odd how it just worked after several attempts with nothing more to it than that

in BAM-Administrator you should rraise Parameter "MaxResultBlocks".
BAM originaly is al licensed Software from Group1 named "Sagent Data Flow".
This may help searching the web.

Let me give you more background information. I am new in JDBC and is learning it by going through the examples in "JDBC API Tutorial and Reference 2nd Ed." published by SUN. I am using sdk1.31 (and have also tried sdk1.4) with Microsoft Access 2000. The demo program I am working with is trying to update a ResultSet programmatically using updateXXX().
scrolling and row deletion using rs.delete() are ok.
Here are my connection statements:

I'm not a Cisco employee, so I can't do anything with your backup.!
You need to take a backup as a precaution (You should have been doing this anyway) Then you need to call Cisco TAC to get the underlying problem fixed. CalManager is a locked-down environment, and only TAC can get the low-level access needed to fix database problems.
