UAC runs in the background, does not black out screen and prompt user

This is my layout:
I have a script in the start-up folder that calls a .exe upon first login after the system comes out of sysprep. In one account (Account A), when that .exe is called, the screen darkness and admin approval is asked for. If I
choose to do my first time login on the other account (Account B) the exe will get called, but I will just get a flashing shield on the task bar which i have to click to get the black out and the prompt for admin approval.
Why is that happening? I want the automatic blackout and prompt on
Account B also. Can anybody suggest some security settings i can check?
UAC is all the way up on both accounts, FYI.

I have restored it, but i backed it up before I did, once i restored it, I restored it from the back up, that i had done previously. I do not have warrenty under this iPhone which is quite fustrating.
Sadly this did not solve my problem; the proximity sensor still does not respond to my face during calls.
I think my only option (last choice) is to restore it completely and start afresh, which is annoying since i'll lose all my game data from Jetpack Joyride .

Backup first
It is always best to have a full bootable backup before you upgrade. If you fail to do this you will be unable to return to this OS if you decide you don't like the new OS. Also there is a slight chance that an install could lose everything on the Mac. The backup must be to an external hard disk. Preferably use Carbon Copy Cloner to make a bootable backup of the whole disk.
Erase before the install
Once you have a bootable backup on an external disk it is best to erase the internal disk with the new installer DVD before you install.
During the install
Preferably do not import any data or preferences from earlier OSs during the install process as this can reintroduce bugs.

OS X 10.6.x - Snow Leopard

Upgrade to Leopard

I am unable to e-mail photos, receive a statement saying that the werever does not recognize my username and or password. I have checked multiple times and these are correct.

The box comes up that says "server does not recognize username or password".
That error message usually will pop up, when there is a conflict between the "From" setting for the mail account you are sending from and the selected outgoing mail server. Probably the outgoing Mail server is receiving a user name and password it does not understand. When the mail returns unsent, do you see the "Try again" panel with the option to select a different outgoing mail server?
If you do not see this panel, change the Mail "Preferences > General" to "If Outgoing server is unavailable: Show a list of alternate servers". This way, you will know, which server Mail is trying to send from.
Have you tried to set "From" pop-up menu to one of your other email addresses? If that works, change your settings in Mail to always send from this address. You can set this option in the Mail "Preferences > Composing: Send New Messages from". I have my "Send New Messages from" set to "iCloud". That is working best for me with iPhoto.

TS4085 the image does not fill entire screen of iPad, therefore not the entire TV screen. Why?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
There are two factors in play here. Firstly the iPad screen is 4:3, your TV is 16:9, so when mirroring the mirrored iPad screen is never going to fill the TV screen. If on top of that, whatever you are watching doesn't fill the iPad screen then that too will be reflected in what is seen in the mirrored image.
You cannot stretch this using the Apple TV or iPad controls, but your TV may have a setting you can use. Generally speaking though this will distort the image and you would likely be best leaving it alone.

Background does not fit in screen

I pressed some keys, don't know which.. and the background is now bigger than screen size. How do I get it back to fit screen.

I use high contrast mode (am visually impaired); just upgraded to 8.0. When I open a new tab, the background does not high contrast, showing white until the page loads. Is there a setting that can be adjusted to fix this, or is this permanent?

I use Windows Vista, and I use the default Alt+Shift+PrtScn high contrast mode for white text on a black background. I only notice when I click a link that opens a new tab or open a tab via the mouse wheel that becomes the main tab. I can't switch tabs fast enough if I click a link that doesn't open as the main tab to tell if the problem persists. The duration of the non-high contrast background is only as long as the page takes to load. There does not seem to be much lag, but the lack of high contrast is painful enough that I have to close my eyes, so I'm not sure. On a related note, the new status information does not high contrast either, making it impossible for me to read.

When I create a video, the music in the background does not come through

When I am creating a video of my kids dancing to music on my phone and I upload it to Facebook or email it, the music is barely there, so low you cannot even tell what it is, and the rest is the right sound level. What is going on?? Never had this problem before???

I am playing a concert on the TV and they are watching and dancing to it. When I play it on my phone, I can hear the music clear as day and loud. But when I upload it to Facebook it is barely there. I also tried emailing it to myself and watching it. Again, barely even there. However, there are other sounds in the background that are very loud, like a child banging blocks to the beat like a drummer. I cannot figure out what is going on.
So, to simply answer your question, it is in the background, not added seperately. =)

I am trying to print out information on a Google Maps page. I have the print setting on fit to width but the page does not print that way and some of the page that would normally show on page 2 is missing.

The page prints out fine on Internet Explorer, but not on Firefox. 2 pages are supposed to print out but only 1 prints. Also it does not fit to width even though that's the setting.

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. Obviously you didn't search the forum prior to your post as there have been a lot of posters with the same question. Double tap on the home button as usual. Scroll left or right to select the app that you want to close and swipe upward to close it. The iPhone ios7 user guide is available online from Apple support and from the ibook store on your phone.

It sounds like the proximity sensor is acting up. To test it, make a phone call and use your hand to cover the top 1"-1 1/2" of the screen (where the sensor is located). The screen should blank out, if it doesn't, you need to make an appointment with an Apple Store or call Apple to get it repaired/replaced. If it does blank, check how you are holding the phone to your ear, you may not be holding it in a way that the sensor can tell it's at your ear.

Clicking on an application window in the background does not bring to front

I keep several applications open at the same time and organize them with Spaces. Some applications share all Spaces like Mail, Safari, Messenger.
The problem is when I have mail as the front application and then click on Safari's window, Safari doesn't come to the front. Mail still is in front.
This happens alot and with several applications.
In order to bring the app to front - I need to click on the apps icon in the dock.
Is there a patch or fix for Leopard.

Even worse, clicking on the icon in the dock isn't always helpful. Sometimes there is no way of bringing the document in front. I have to force quit the program, very annoying.
The strange thing is, I can still open documents. I see them appear when I right-click on the icon in the dock. So the program isn't realy stuck. The mac is just unable to bring it to front.
This happens a lot with InDesign and a co-worker of mine had the same problem in Exell.
