UC560 CUE not working--gives error "your recording is too short, record a longer message"

I have a UC560 running Unity Express 8.0.3 that is having voicemail issues. After a CUE reload, if a call goes to voicemail the caller gets a message saying "your recording is too short, record a longer message"; at this moment, an error shows up in the CUE session saying "localhost postgres: voicemail aesop [local] idle in transaction: CRASH sql sql sql PANIC: failed to add item to the right sibling for "pg_largeobject_loid_pn_index". After this error appears, any calls forwarded to voicemail just ring until they eventually disconnect.
I have confirmed that we are not exceeding maximum storage.
Is this a corrupt database? Would resetting the CUE to factory defaults help?

Here's my setup:
Windows Server 2012 on Hyper V
SCCM 2012 SP1 installed as primary site
Server is set up as PXE distribution point
WDS was set up by enabling PXE distribution point, not by manually adding the role and configuring
2 Boot images created (one for x86 and one for x64) and updated on distribution points
Both boot images are set to be deployed from the PXE-enabled point
I have a build and capture task sequence distributed to a collection with my test computer that I'm trying to PXE boot
Options 66 and 67 are set up on the DHCP scope, this should be working fine (it can reach the server, it just seems to not be getting a boot image)
Looking for any advice, let me know what more information I need to give, if any. Thank you.

Have a look at this blog by Niall Brady. I know you haven't upgraded to SCCM 2012 SP1 However the errors in the SMSTS.log are the same.

I tried that, but I took it a step further and completely removed and reinstalled the PXE and WDS roles. Unfortunately I'm still getting the same error.
Furthermore, there is no SMSPXE.log file under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Logs
For some reason that log is no longer being created.

ChnEnvelopes gives error "Target Channel is too short for results"

I have 3 channels (1-3) of data loaded, 1 is time, the other 2 are data channels. I am trying to run ChnEnvelopes from within VBS with this command.
call ChnEnvelopes(1,2,4,5,6,7,5)
The size of the original data is 34127.
If I use the dialog it works fine.

Hi,
When you perform calculations in DIAdem, the results will be stored in a channel in the data matrix. When you load a data file, it will occupy a channel for each data channel in the file. If the data channels in the file are longer than the maximum channel length selected in the DIAdem settings, DIAdem will use 'dynamic' channels versus the channels you have configured in the settings menu.
There are two things you can do:
1. Go to the 'Window' menu in DIAdem and select 'Close all'.
2. Then select the 'Settings' menu and choose 'Data management'.
3. Click the 'Data Matrix' button and set the maximum channel length to something larger then your channel length (i.e. >= 34,127). The default value here is 8,192.
Another way to do this is to use dyn
amic channels for the calculation, i.e. use this command:
call ChnEnvelopes(1,2,,,,,5)
Altough the result channels are shorter than 34,127, the software will use these channels for some temporary data storage.
This should hopefully work for you. Let me know if you have any additional problems or questions.

In most cases, you can't use a Debit card anymore. So, either redeem an iTunes gift card or use a credit card.

First make sue you are installing the 64 bit version of iTunes.
Second make sure it is iTunes 10.7 or later.
I would download a fresh copy of the 64 bit version of iTunes 11. After installation reboot your computer.
Before connecting your phone reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Just to share the solution of the problem.
We restarted the XServer which is on the other machine then Oracle 9i AS Middle Tiere and Infra. Once we restarted the XServer machine, and restarted the reports server , every thing back to normal.

Drag the Word icon back to where it belongs.
Applications > Microsoft Office 2011 > Put Word there.
I'm assuming you have Office 2011. If you have 2008 there should be a similar location to put Word.

iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim
One user reported that placing the iPod in the freezer fixed the problem. A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF

Database roles seems like its not working for me - your help is appreciated

I am using database 10g express edition.
I am using sql developer to connect to database.
I have 2 database connections,
one is called TCF and has a user called oracle.
two is called TCF_TEST and has a user called smith.
oracle user has privileges to do anything.
smith user has privileges to only connect, and something called resources.
I logged in to the database using oracle and gave the following command:
CREATE ROLE TCF_R;
GRANT SELECT ON EMP_IOD TO TCF_R;
GRANT TCF_R TO SMITH;Then I logged in as smith and was able to create a table.
first of all, the user does not have any privileges to create a table.
Second, when creating a table, smith can insert, update, delete records which also smith does not have any privileges to do.
so basically this whole thing is not working the way I want.
what am I doing wrong and what do I do to fix it ??

ok this is what I did step by step:
first , I created a user and granted create session to that user as below
CREATE USER SMITH IDENTIFIED BY SMITH;
GRANT CREATE SESSION TO SMITH;Then I logged in and gave SMITH privilege to create tables. (the reason for this is only for testing, I create a table and then I want to check if SMITH can drop it later on).
Then I created one table.
then Revoked the create table privilege from SMITH, log out, log back in and tested to make sure SMITH cannot create tables.
up to here everything is successfull.
Now since SMITH only has the following privileges which is only create session:
Privilege     Admin Option     From Role
CREATE SESSION          -
          1 - 1
it should not drop, insert , or update any table, or even select because I did not give it any grants.
but its doing all of the above.

I'd first try uninstalling and reinstalling your MobileMe control panel, dc. Does that clear the message up?
