UCCE Multiline Agent support not working

Hi all,
I enabled multi line support for agents on PG.... Restarted PGs...
And its not working, when agent recieves call on non-acd line, it doesn't go to not-ready...
Any hints?

I found what was the problem
It didn't catch the change in configuration in PGs, Logs showed said single line for multiline settings...
I found a post from Geoff, where it said to exit_opc... and it worked...
And I checked all phones/lines 2-3 times before I was making a change

    Sometimes electrical components needs to have all power sources removed and reintroduced to work properly.  Try performing a hard reset first, if it doesn't work then we'll move to the next step.
    To Perform A Hard Reset
    Shut down the computer by going to the Start menu and selecting shut down. (If you have no display, hold the power button down for  5 seconds); (if the computer doesn't power on, move to the next step)
    Disconnect the AC Adapter from the notebook.
    Remove the battery from the bottom of the notebook.  There will be a switch/button to eject the battery.
    Wait at least 1 minute with all power sources disconnected.
    Re-insert the battery and reconnect the AC Adapter and then attempt to power on the notebook.

  • Chat support not working on multiple browsers

    Have been trying to start chat sessions throughout the week with no luck. It's been during chat hours, and have tried multiple browsers.
    Such long wait times with phone support that I hang up before an answer.
    Any response would be greatly appreciated. It's a shame to have such horrible support / customer service with a paid membership.

  • Snow Leopard with Exchange support not working

    I tried out the new mail with exchange support (I use Microsoft Outlook at work). I tried to set up my account the same way with my iPhone, but it did not work . . . (I can get my work email to my iphone with the same account set up).
    I know I'm not giving a lot of information here, but any ideas what the problem might be?

    For those of you that have iPhones that have been successfully using exchange for any period of time - don't expect mail.app to work for you!. Although there are improvements in exchange support, SL still does not support RPC over HTTP / (S). This is used quite widely by many companies still using Exchange server 2003, and provides seamless "no-vpn-required" access to the exchange server using an outlook web access server. I was, as most were, waiting for full exchange integration (Mail/iCal/Address etc). Nope. My question is this: if it was so simple to get this into the iPhone (and it works perfect).. why is this not in mail.app??? Full "out of the box" exchange support is not true at all.

    so try to change event to onselect or onchange and if your action is method call so change

  • MSi website support not working - poor service!

    MSi website support is not working.  Everytime I try to contact them using the support tickets I get a garbled message on screen and once you click the OK button it clears your ticket with nothing posted.
    It's a very poor way for a company supposed to be a BIG company showing support to its customers.
    You can't telephone them, cannot now use the ticket support, and can only HOPE someone from their technical department reads THIS.
    I sent them an email about it and I'm just waiting to hear from them.
    It makes me want to change to ASUS in future!

    Ok I'll try to remain calm as I've just received a warning about "bashing" MSi.
    I'll include the screenshot again for your attention.  At least the moderators here are reviewing the situation it seems, which, on a large forum, I didn't think would be noticed.
    After going through advice of how to update my BIOS with their technical help on the website I flashed my MSi Z68A-GD65 (B3) successfully to version 22.8.  It was playing up before that on the orginal BIOS, slowing down in Windows, not recognizing various USB devices, and I had a Primary BIOS led flashing which meant it had failed on the mobo so the computer wasn't coming out of 'sleep'  very good (I just left it on all the time instead).
    22.8 made it seem to be at it's best then I contacted them on which update next; they said P.1.  Unlike the previous one which I flashed inside the BIOS using M-flash, this had to be done in DOS which I did. 
    I saw a brief message which I think said updating should not be done while it is overclocked (I had the OC button on) but other than that it went through and said update was "successful".  That was the last message my machine made.
    It is now in a constant 'boot loop' which lasts about 10 seconds, not enough time to interrupt or use a boot device, and just cycles switching off to booting then switching off, etc.
    I've seen many cases of this and it must be a common problem, as I did everything as instructed and still it went wrong.
    After lots of communication MSi UK agreed to inform the service department for a RMA to be sent to me, even though it was out-of-warranty.  Then they closed the ticket.  I opened a new ticket asking why they closed the ticket and I still had not received any RMA, they told me not to worry the RMA will be coming, then closed that ticket.
    After waiting 10 days I tried to use the website form again filling out all the criteria on the form and instead I get this garbled writing with the OK button as I mentioned, which just sends you back to the home page with nothing updated.
    So I am really frustrated at this point, unable to phone MSi (they won't talk to you), use the website (in UK) and have had to explain everything through an email correspondence, hence my lack of patience on this forum.
    For years I put my faith in MSi products, I have a Nvidia graphics card also, and they are the market leader with the best looking designs and most powerful components.  But they should provide better customer support when things go wrong and are failing anyone who resides in the UK with a website service which doesn't work, and closing tickets before the problem has been sorted or the RMA has been sent.

    This pretty much says it all:
    No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.What version of Vista?
    What version of the agent? ... 10g is not a version number it is a marketing label
    Did you check to see if the agent is compatible with your operating system?
    My recommendation would be to get a real operating system: Either Oracle Linux or XP.

  • PSE7 BACKUP/SYNC AGENT does not work.

    Under the Preferences box , the Backup/Sync Agent does not open. I can't alter or change anything. When I sign in , my sign in and password are both accepted ,however where the Welcome is on top, it used to say Welcome, with my first name. It does not do this anymore. When I try to upload my pics to Photoshop.com it states I am not logged in. No one at Adobe has been able to help after 4 months .

  • No outbound email, Can't change Agent, Alternate not working

    Our server with our primary MTA has failed and Groupwise is still trying to send outbound Internet emails to it. POA is on another server. Despite there being an Alternate Internet agent defined no outgoing emails are being sent. The Alternate GWIA is alive and apparently working fine.
    I cannot select the Internet Agent in the Domain as the option is greyed out (as is the Override check box). I have changed it in the System properties but the Domain shows the old, dead GWIA. I was already using Message Transfer Ports so Tid 3187743 does not apply.
    The MTA log shows it trying to connect to the dead MTA.
    I have restarted groupwise a lot and rebooted the server.

  • Illustrator CC 17.1.0 64 bit Type - Right to Left language support support not working

    Went to Type tool> paragraph panel> options switched to Middle Eastern ... Single line composer, but the P> <P (RTL LTR) selector did not appear.
    Tried to reset the tool a few times, to restart Illustraor, with no luck.
    What can be done?
    Win 8.1 64 bit, Adobe CC Illustrator 17.1.0 64 bit

    Update:
    Just taked on the phone with Adobe support,
    They told me to go to preferences Hyphenation, change language from English to Hebrew.
    Then UNINSTALL Ilustrator and REINSTALL it.
    Sounds strange to me.
    Has anyone encountered this kind of problem??

    I think you have to have the Middle East or North African versions. From the link:

  • Canon EOS Kiss Digital X Support Not Working

    I have just installed the RAW Support update that is meant to provide support for the 400D/XTi/Kiss Digital X. I bought my camera in Japan, so I have the Kiss Digital X.
    I STILL cannot use Raw files in Aperture or Preview. Does this work for anyone else?

    mdmagent.pdb, mdmappprov.pdb and

    Those files are not the output, they are the trace providers that you need to select in the
    traceview.exe tool.

  • Platform agent does not working after installing SMS 1.5

    Good time of the day to everybody,
    I'm using SunMC 3.6 to monitor SFE25K. After upgrading SMS version to 1.5 platform agent on SC crashes after few minutes of running. In the log files I see only "[ID 603404 kern.notice] NOTICE: core_log: esd[23533] core rlimit is zero, core not dumped" in the messages file. At the same time ConfigReader works fine.
    I can't find any patches or documents related to this problem at sunsolve. Does anybody knows how to make the agent to work? 'es-setup -F' does not helps.

  • OpenGL support not working

    OpenGL support does not seem to be working on PhotoshopCC.  The HUD color picker does not appear and when I try to rotate the canvas, a message pops up that says the rewuest could not be completed because it only works with OpenGL enabled windows.
    I have two NVIDIA Quadro K600 cards (with up to date drivers), a Cintiq monitor and a new Dell workstation.  I'm using the trial version of Photoshop CC.  (I had to replace my computer recently because the old one died, and rather than reinstalling CS4 I decided to try CC and see how I liked it)
    My machine is a powerful graphics computer, so it ought to be able to handle OpenGL.  Under Preferences/Performance I do have "Use Graphics Processor" checked, but it does not help.

    When I try to use HP Help and Support, I click on almost any type of scan or help it launches the Note Pad which is filled with multiple symbols.  I'm using Vista 32 on an HP Notebook.

    I'm also having the same problem with my HP Notebook running on Vista x64. When I use HP Help and Support it launches Notepad filled with characters. The same thing happens when I launch Activation Assistant for Microsoft Office 2007. The Notepad opens and display some characters. I reinstalled the HP Help and Support from my Recovery Manager but did not solve the problem. I downloaded the utility from HP support site but my problem became worse. The HP Help and Support Customization disappeared. When I select some of the links on the Vista Help and Support (now without the HP customization), the Notepad still opens with the characters. By the way, when I reinstall the HP Help and Support during the process the Notepad also appears and display characters and the installation does not proceed until I close the Notepad.     
    I've searched for solution on several forums but found nothing.
     Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
