UCCX 7.0 Supervisor web access for Skills

Hi everyone,
We have a UCCX 7.0 installation and the Supervisors are able to assign skills to various agents. However, they would like the ability to view all agents assigned to a specific skill. If I login as an administrator, I able to view thie information under RMCM, and then under SKILLS, however, the supervisor are not able to view this. Is there a way to allow them to view this information without give their accounts administrative access?

Hi Bill
I don't believe there's a way out of the box... but since the data is stored in the db_cra SQL database, you could throw together a custom report that you could deploy in HRC to pull this info...

This happened to me as well. I read somewhere else that resetting the network settings (General, Reset, Reset Network Settings) would help and it partially did. I get half (the folders) of the Web Access screen rather than a blank screen. I tried tihs a few more times and got the right half (the messages) on occasion but never the whole web page.

Can I setup a rule to auto forward or move messages in Microsoft Outlook Web Access for Firefox?

I am using Firefox 5.0 and Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access for email.
Is it possible to setup a rule to automatically move messages to a different folder, or to forward message to a different folder?

i haven't done it myself, i just pointed you to the article. Try it. If it does not work, you can Restore the Default settings. Save several Screenshots of the Default Settings to your Desktop to help you in case you want to Revert to the Default Settings.

Web Access for Remote Desktop on Windows Server 2012

i've a Windows Server 2012 without a domain. So i installed the remote desktop session host, the remote desktop license server and the remote desktop gateway as a server role only. All is working fine. Without a domain, no management tools for remote
desktop are available. So i configure the remote desktop via the registry. I define (via registry) some remoteapps, too. All values are copied from a running Windows Server 2008 R2. So the remoteapps are runing.
Now i want to use the new Microsoft Remote Desktop client for Android. To use a remoteapp i must define a remote resource. To define a remote resource i need a url to the web access for remote desktop. So i installed the web access. But if i login to the
web access, i don't see any remoteapp. What's wrong? I've set the ShowInTSWA to 1. What must i do to access an existing remoteapp via web access?

Hi Martin,
Server 2012 RD Web Access is designed to retrieve published RemoteApps and Desktops from a Server 2012 RD Connection Broker and/or a Server 2008 R2 RD Session Host server. From your description it doesn't appear that you are using either of the above.
I know it is a more complicated set up, but you should consider having a domain, creating a RDS deployment, etc., so that you can use the full featureset as it was intended. You can do it all on a single server if needed. For Server 2012
there is a hotfix that needs to be applied to permit RD Connection Broker to work on the same server instance as active directory.

No. The "heavy" version requires using ActiveX controls and Windows services. No way to run those on an iPad.

Outlook Web App (new name) on Exchange Server 2010 should be quite full featured. The Outlook Web Access supplied with Exchange 2003 didn't offer a very good experience for browsers other than IE...
Could you describe where the problem with fonts is: when composing messages, or when reading/working with the UI?

Similar thing is happening to a relative.
He upgraded his iPhone 5 and lost his iCloud account and all his email accounts. Major pain in the neck for a senior. And it was not a user error...unless you count the fact that he hit the upgrade button.

I have a Dell Server at my House and i thought it would be a good idea to use it to run a website on so, i set up Apache and get it installed. But then every time I type http://localhost/ it would always Come up with the remote web access! So i thought

Bad GateWay. So what im trying to get at is i need to Fully Disbale that Remote Web access or Set a specific Port so it does not interfere with port 80. So does any one know how to fix this or get rid of this issue?

10.7.4 Web Access for Active Directory Users

Does anyone know how to permantly set the AuthType in Web Services to Basic ?
The reason I ask is I have a web site I want to protect and allow active directory users access to it.
I have added the users to a local group, added the group to the Who Can Access option.
Local users can log in but not Active Directory. If I edit the conf file for the site in /etc/apache2/sites and change the AuthType from Digist to Basic it works fine until I change something in the server app then the conf file gets rewritten.

I have an Iphone 4S and I use a personal hot spot (AT&T) for web access for my MacPro laptop.

When I am done with surfing the web I turn my hot spot off (slide the button to the left so the green is off) When i come back to use it again my hot spot is already on. Have I been using data all night long while I am sleeping? I have been going over my data limit and have to buy more. I don't know if this is a phone problem and are others having the same problem?

Turning off web access for published calenders ?

In order to retain some protection for private calender data being available to everyone via the internet, is it possible to publish an ical, but limit access only to subscribers accessing through ical ?
seems a massive privacy hole here...

The publish location is either password protected or not - I can't see any way that the access method (iCal) would be able to be unprotected. However, I do understand your concern.
There are a couple of ways that I know of to password protect your published calendars. The first is detailed here http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=61725 but suffers from the drawback that you would need to provide subscribers with your dotmac password which would undo all your privacy at a stroke! The second is to publish to an independent service like http://www.icalx.com which offers the option of password protected and published calendars. (If you need more than one password, simply set-up more than one account.)

Company Webmail Outlook Web Access

When I'm on a biz trip I have to use Web Access for my webmail. I noticed that when I use Safari vs. when I use my PC lap top, the whole look is very different. PC allows me to have a preview page and on my ibook it constantly asks for my password. And I can't use several features that are offerend through my PC laptop. I tried using Mac version of Explorer, but it doesn't even open up the webmail. What can I do? Do I need to start carrying my PC laptop on biz trips?

MS uses ActiveX controls in the Windows version of OWA that simply do not exist in the Mac version. We have both flavors of client at the school where I'm the Tech coordinator, and Exchange 2003's Mac OWA client is substantially better than before, but nowhere near as good as the Windows version. Such is life with MS - Windows will always get preferential treatment.
However, the bigger issue is that Exchange 2003 OWA seems to be having serious loading issues in Safari 2.0. Ever since I upgraded my school's machines to 10.4.2, OWA has been all but inaccessible using Safari. The left pane loads, but the right pane, where the messages appear, takes ages to load if it ever loads at all. No problems under IE or Firefox. Is there an Apple rep out there to address this to? My faculty and staff are very irritated, and I'd rather not switch away from Safari and confuse them even more if I don't have to.

Connecting to Remote Desktop Published Apps through RD Web Access not working

I have configured an RD Gateway server. My scenario is like I have a windows 2012R2 server with all RD components (Gateway, web access, connection broker, session host) configured, since this is for a poc. Externally I can access rd web access portal (https://<servername.domain.com>/rdweb)
and can connect to the target server using "Connect to a remote pc" tab without any issue.
But I can't connect to any published app from "Remote App and Desktop". The error I recieve is "unable to connect to remote pc. please provide the fully-qualified name......."
At the same time I can see below errors in event logs related to connection broker:
Error 802:
RD Connection Broker failed to process the connection request for user domain\Administrator.
Error: Element not found.
Event 1306:
Remote Desktop Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user domain\Administrator.
Error: NULL
Error 1296:
Remote Desktop Connection Broker Client failed while getting redirection packet from Connection Broker.
User : domain\Administrator
Error: Element not found.
Googling I could see some posts related to these issues, mentioning about to check the network connectivity between RDCB and the target server. I can defenitely say it is fine and already mentioned I can connect to the same server using "connect to
remote pc" tab.
Just FYI, I have this server as Amazon EC2 instance and the domain is configured as Amazon directory service. Can someone please help me at the earliest.. This is pretty urgent as my tasks are pending due to this issue..

I have seen similar issues with Essential role installed, if it’s installed on the terminal server, please remove it.
Please also ensure involved machines are fully patched and keep port 443 of the TS server open.
When external users connect to the Web Access page, are they able to see remote apps? If not, please check whether user assignment setting is configured correctly for remote apps.
Are users able to open remote apps from internal network?

Need Help in the installation of p6 v7 web access on weblogic

i checked the configuration on page 160 on the admin guide and i did everything as stated in the guide

I am not able to understand anything from the error message which you have pasted. But I have successfully deployed the primavera web access for company.
I have written down the steps properly using some images also for my future reference in a M.S. Word document.

No Attachment in outlook web access

When creating a purchase order from the SAP, we have a partner that should get the Layout in PDF
of the Purchase order via Email, when sending it to this email, the partner get this email however:
1. if the partner looks at Outlook he can see email and the attachement.
2. if the partner looks at Outlook web access the attached file does not appear, however the
sign of the attachment does appear.
Any suggestions?

Their is no problem from SAP Side.
He has to configure his outlook web access for this .
Normally sometimes due to security reasons attachments are blocked in the outlook Web access.
