UCCX- 7.x how many licenses are currently in use?

Is there a way to tell how many licenses are currently in use?  Real Time Reporting shows just agents logged in and not supervisors, correct.  Is there a way to see how many users are currently logged in if supervisors do not log in as agents? Also, we need to include Historical Reports log ins as well.

Hi, you can try using the showlicenseusage tool added in UCCX 7.0.
The command is called showlicenseusage.exe and is found in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\Bin folder. Just open a command window, CD to this path
and type the command "showlicenseusage.exe".

  • AdvancedDataGrid: how to tell how many rows are currently visible?

Does anyone know how to query an ADG (or its rows) to figure out how many rows are currently visible (i.e. not collapsed) when displaying different levels of a hierarchical collection?
In other words I'd like a function that tells me that 7 lines are visible in this view
and 1 line is currently visible in this one
I  assume this is simple but can't seem to find the right keyword anywhere.

    Hi networka,
Please see this page for links to the resources you can use to manage a volume license: Customer resources | Adobe Buying Programs. You should be able to find this information by logging in to the Licensing Website.

  • How many users are registered for using the firefox sync server?

I'm working on a german wikipedia article about "Firefox Sync" and I need more information about the current usage and the historical development of this feature - number of registered users for the Sync Server at Mozilla - would be nice to have numbers for 2011, 2012, and current usage.
If possible, it would be also useful to know how many german speaking users are using the sync service.
Where are your Sync Servers located (US, Europe, Asia)?
What kind of systems and platforms are supported?
Is there a current documentation about the importance of the Firefox Sync Service, that I may reference?

    thanks for your fast reply,
your URL to the page with the ideas of the new PiCL service shows in the remark about the usability of the "Firefox Sync" some hints about the usage of the current sync service "only 1% of our users have actually done so" - so I will use that as reference.
But it would be nicer to have some public message - for example: a mozilla blog entry - from the mozilla services group about the number of registered Sync Server User - and also about performance and reliabilty.
But if that is private information only, you can close this problem.

We are a section of ten in our organization with 1000+ manpower. To make a lot of work lighter, we have decided to go for Acrobat Pro. Is it possible to get license for all ten of us? And if yes, how much would it cost?

You can click on the business link on this page and get the details about the volume licensing.

Try /debug/Show_CacheSummary.jsp. Possibly the user session section will be of help.

  • HOW MANY SSDs ARE OPTIMUM FOR USE WITH CS6, AND WHAT SIZE?

I HAVE A NEW HPE h8-1241, 16GB RAM, 2TB HD, NVIDIA GE FORCE WITH CUDA.  ADOBE RECOMMEND SSDs, BUT IS INEXPLICIT AS TO SIZE AND NUMBER.  WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND TO BE BEST?
    CARL

What I'd do with them, assuming they're modern drives (e.g., with Sandforce or Indilinx controllers inside that do wear-leveling) is to set them up as a RAID 0 array, then install Windows on the array and run everything off the one big drive C:.  That's what I do with my 4 drive array.
I also have spinning drives in my system and after a lot of testing I found that because the SSD array offers near-zero latency as well as gargantuan throughput, it's best to run everything from it - Windows system, swap file, Photoshop application, Photoshop image files, Photoshop scratch.
This seems to go against the advice you find all over to use a separate volume for the Photoshop swap file but SSD simply changes the rules.  Now with a RAID array you will have your maximum throughput and all your free space available at once for anything that needs it, and THAT is precisely what speeds your entire computing experience up.
Plus, if you find the space you've allocated restrictive in the future, you could add drives to your array in the future.  At that point you could either restore a system image onto the larger array and expand the partition, or reinstall everything to take advantage of the additional space.  Or you could stretch yourself a bit and add more drives now, to make your system more future-proof.  Systems always run best if you don't fill up all the space available (i.e., have a lot of free space).  You never know when Photoshop is going to create a 200 GB scratch file (I've seen it happen)!
Some motherboards have the ability to build RAID arrays using on-board SATA connectors, and indeed some people do that.  The Intel ICH series of controllers in motherboard chipsets can deliver impressive performance.  However, because my motherboard only offers SATA2 (3 gigabits/sec) connectors, I chose (after some research) a HighPoint 2720SGL PCIe RAID controller, because it's fast and (more importantly) it's rock solid reliable.  I'm not sorry I chose that part.
Not long ago it was ridiculous to think of building a system around a multiple SSD array, but the prices have fallen so far - even in the past months - that it's practical.
Just now I looked:  You can buy an OCZ Vertex 4  256GB drive for $185.99 at Amazon.com.  That's one of the fastest drives I'm aware of now, and needs the least special care.  You just plug it in and use it.  A 512 GB array would be $372, and a 1TB array would be $744.  Give them a few months more and the prices will probably be well under 50 cents a gigabyte.

  • Check how many licenses currently used - Business Objects 11

    Hi there,
We are coming up against the "all your licenses are currently used" problem from time to time so we're trying to narrow down some of the possibilities..
Is there any way through the central management console to check (after a report has just been run through the RAS) how many licenses are currently used? Like I can see, how many sessions are open, how many documents are open, connections etc. but do any of these correlate to licenses?
    Any help appreciated.
    Thanks,

  • Where to check how many licenses I've got for my CSI

    Hello,
    Two questions:
    1) Is it possible to check in support.oracle.com how many licenses are supported by my CSI number?
I follow this steps and check my CSI number, but I don't see how many licenses I've got.
1.Log into My Oracle Support (MOS)
2.Click on the More Tab, then Settings and select Account & Privileges
3.Click on the hyperlink for the relevant CSI
4.This will open a window within MOS and show the Supported Products
    2) I have several CSI numbers, but my email-account in support.oracle.com is only associated with only one CSI number. How could I know which email-accounts are associated to my other CSI numbers?
    Thanks a lot.

    Some suggestions:
Trying to find what information your employer has locally (such as a copy of the purchase contract, CSI, and invoices, etc ...) to help you verify the CSI's are current numbers that you want to inquire on would be the place to start.
Then, if you are an administrator for your existing CSI you can try to add the additional CSI's to your existing account.
Next, open an SR and request the information from Oracle support on who is listed as the current contact for the CSI.
In the past we were able to get help this way, but if support cannot help you then you should be able to go through your Oracle sales represenative. Though in the past this was often a different person every few months.

I received LR 5 for Christmas but have not downloaded it yet on my computer. I have had LR 3 for about 4 years.  I am due to buy a new computer soon but need to know how many licenses/downloads I will get before downloading LR 5 on my current computer.  I may also purchase a laptop in the next year so that would require 3 licenses altogether (current iMac, future iMac, future macbook).

    You have one license.
You can download and install it on an infinite number of computers, as long as it is only installed on two of your computers at any one time, and in use on only one computer at any given time.
So in your case, current iMac, that's would mean its installed on one computer, no problem. Future iMac and future MacBook ... so if you uninstall from current iMac and install on Future iMac and future MacBook, it's now installed on two computers at a time, no problem, as long as you're not using Lightroom on both simultaneously. And if after that, you got two new computers and uninstalled Lightroom from the previous two, you're still good, it's only installed on two computers at any one time.
