UCCX 8.0.2 CCX Engine in service But State Of some services are shutdown

I used UCCX 8.0 for My Contact Center and it works properly but some service of ccx engine as list below are shutdown.
1. Bootstrap Manager
2. Log Manager
3. Cluster Manager
4. RTP Port Manager
5. Executor Manager
Can anyone help me???

Do you mean you can't get it to work with WiFi? I don't believe you need cellular service to use anything except phone related services. So iMessages should work if you have an active WiFi connection. But I'm not an iPhone expert. You might get the manual to see if it is helpful:

Each country is a separate business. If Apple in Australia fixes a phone purchased in another country it reduces their profit. The good news is that Apple stores will frequently replace phones purchased in other countries under warranty, but they are not required to do so. Some countries are more liberal than others. India never does, for example.
Why don't you just buy it in Australia? The price difference can't be that great. -
CCX Engine Shutdown - UCCX 802 on VMWare
All,
Installing UCCX 802SU3 on VMWare. CUCM version is 8.5.1SU3. Checked compatibility matrix and these two are compatible.
I am using VMWare Server 2.0 as a Host. VM Server configured:
Red Hat Enterprise 4 (32 Bit)
2 x CPU
4 GM RAM
2 x 146 GB HD
SCSI Controller is LSI Logic
Install was successful. I used a temporary license that was working for a UCCX 802SU3 system on physical server (MCS 7845). Initial configuration was successful.
When in UCCX Serviceability page > Control Centre, following three services are SHUTDOWN:
Cisco Unified CCX Engine
Manager Manager
Subsystem Manager
I tried to start CCX Engine, they went to starting --> Partial Service --> Shutdown. All other services are IN SERVICE.
I have tried Demo License and the same problem happened.
Anyone knows about this problem? If any of you successfully installed UCCX 802 on VMWare, I would like find out how your VM Server be configured.

CUCM nor UCCX are not compatible with VMWare Server, only VMWare ESXi 4.0+, so if this is a production environment you are running on unsupported platform.
I am not saying that it is your issue though for the service failure, your only to figure out what the issue is to look into UCCX logs, starting with MIVR logs. You can gather the logs by using RTMT application.

I'm looking for solution how I can monitor Unified CCX Engine JVM Heap counter from external system.
Description for the object in RTMT:
Object: Unified CCX Engine JVM Heap
Counter: PercentageMemoryUsedAfterGC
Desc: This represents the percentage of heap memory that is used by the application after the last full Garbage Collection cycle.
At the moment I see the only one solution which is to get the value via SNMP. But I couldn't find the OID for this counter. Can anyone tell me where I can find it or suggest another solution ?

I have not tried to access this API from UCCX, however, it's just another VOS API which should be the same on all VOS platforms. An attempt to query the UCCX server for its PerfMon WSDL, does not return one, so perhaps it doesn't. It did work on my CUCM.

in UCCX 8.5 Cisco Unified CCX Engine is in shutdown status from CCX Serviceability. I added CM Telephony Call Control Group with 10 CTI ports. I can see CTI port in CUCM that are created, but their registration status keep state "unknown"
I am using UCCX 8.5.1.10000-37 and CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2.
Please for your suggestion what I am missing. I am attaching a MIVR log.

Hi! I have the following case:
Abonent A calls to route point B that is registered in UCCX as a trigger.
The route point plays greeting and redirects abonent A to cti port C that is controlled by UCCX.
Cti port C calls to operator D. Directory number D has assigned external call control profile.
The external call control profile sends a http request to the routing rules servlet.
The routing rules servlet answers with divert on directory number E. Directory number E is not associated with UCCX resources.
Abonent E answers the call. UCCX drops the call immediately.
In UCCX logs i discovered an error:

I am failed to find any description for this error. What does it means? Is this case supported by UCCX?In our case, when we do the backup, it is only 94% completed with the following error:
"ERROR: Unified CCX Cluster View Deamon is not running. The Unified CCX database backup cannot be initiated., Backup Completed..."
The CCXCOMPONENT got the error while the rest of the components succeeded. Any solution? -
Route calls to two different CSQs, but show single set of Service Level stats on report
We have a single node UCCX 9.0.2 Premium environment to handle our ACD operations. Our agents take inbound customer service, claims and sales calls for a few dozen of our clients. All of these calls are currently taken by the same two teams of people regardless of which client it is for, with the sales calls going to one team and the customer service and claims calls going to the other team. There is a Sales CSQ and Skill for each client, and a Customer Service CSQ and Skill for each client. Currently the caller is presented with a menu giving two options...press 1 for customer service, press 2 for sales.
What we are looking at doing is adding a third prompt specifically for claims. Claims issues are handled by the Customer Service team, but only certain members of the team. Obviously I can create a new CSQ and Skill for Claims for each client, then have the new prompt route to the CSQ for Claims.
The challenging part is the reporting for this. We have to report Service Level statistics for Customer Service calls (but not sales) for each client, to show whether or not we're meeting the service level agreement requirements. The splitting out of claims calls to be handled by specific people is something being requested by our internal management, not the client. But as far as the client is concerned those are customer service calls, they would count toward our customer service SLA, and they expect to see a single SLA statistic reported.
I know that it's only possible to add multiple skills to a CSQ and force agent selection based on a specific skill in CCE (not available in CCX). But is there any way to script my way around this to get the same end result, and have the reporting data still reflect a single set of CSQ service level stats?Thanks Aaron. We're running HRC right now, but I've been dying to switch us to the version of CUIC that's built in to CCX for quite a while and it appears I may be able to do so soon. I'm hoping to utilize some of the additional flexibility of the saved reporting templates in CUIC to massage the data formatting as needed.
CUIC Premium is something our management will be considering, but I'm anticipating the license for it being very expensive and probably causing them to eliminate it as an option. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get my hands on a demo copy of it to try to "sell" it to them either.

PowerPivot - SP2013 - Cannot create the service instance because the parent Service does not exist
Unable to setup PowerPivot using PowerPivot configuration tool.
I have One server which has SQL 2012 SP1 and SP2013.
The farm is configured with all service applications.
SQL has default instance with DB Engine and SSAS Tabular. Reporting Services has been configured using SharePoint mode and has a service application.
The Power Pivot instance is set up with DB Engine and the SSAS.
I keep getting this error. Ive tried so many times uninstalling, making sure features removed, rebuilding the farm (thank god for autospinstaller..)

Service Order - Automatic proposal of services
Dear Experts,
For a service order, for a specific item say "Engine" I should automatically propose the following service operations.
000001: Engine
0001: Change out engine
0010 : Remove all electrical connections 4 hr 2 8hr
0020: Disconnect Fuel System 2hr 2 4hr
0002: Oil change
0010: Remove plug and Drain oil 2hr 1 2hr
0020: Re-install oil plug 1hr 1 1hr
To be more clear,
For Engine, we have two services proposed automatically
1) Change out engine
2) Oil change
If I select Oil Change, the following services are proposed automatically,
0010: Remove plug and Drain oil 2hr 1 2hr
0020: Re-install oil plug 1hr 1 1hr
How can this request be acheived.

CCX CAD hang on reserved state
Hi,
We have CCM and CCX.When CAD in reserve state it hangs and we need to restart the CAD and login in again.Secondly on status bar i see partial status.

This problem starts automatically.
I have check the configuration and also restarted services in CAD but the problem still persists -
We are testing an app at work and Push notifications are not getting delivered to certain devices (iphone 4S/ios7.0.4 and ios7.0.3 - Push never worked for these two devices for this app). Received OK responses from Apple PUSH services, but notifications not delivered to these tow devices.
PUSH notification were delivered to some of the other iOS devices: (iPhone5 / iOS 6.1.4 and iPhone5 / iOS 7.0.3)Sounds like you have a battry issue but don't want to believe it.
If a car was running fine on one tank of gas, then you filled it up with another tank of gas and it began to run funny, one might suspect that tank of gas. But let's just say coincidence blew a valve-- would you think the new tank of gas was the culprit?
BUT WAIT!! It just might have been! The gas could have been of higher octane and put more more strain on the valves; you know, like going from 87 octane (OS6) to 93 octane (OS7) and showing you the engine was on the edge of compromise.
Sometimes you have to go with common sense. If everything else is ruled out, it must be the battery. And if it runs fine one moment in OS6 but immediately ***** in OS7, I'd believe my battery was suspect-- though comfy-- in OS6 but the OS7 showed its true power.
Moreover, if you had the answer-- or didn't want to believe someone's more competent advice-- why did you even call? You've already shown that you don't know much when you asked if you could go backwards after setting up the new OS as a new phone.
Additonally, if you're such the know-it-all, but yourself the $29 battery and put it in yourself. It's a piece of cake.

We are using Sharepoint 2010 and SQL Server reporting services 2008 R2. We have the sharepoint site bound to port 443 using a certificate. We also have the same certificate bound in the reporting services configuration manager's
web service URL tab. In CA should we put the SSL URL or the non SSL URL? Right now in CA it has the then non SSL URL,
http://fakehostname/ReportServer_REPORTSERVICE. We have some sporadic issues and I am wondering if setting this to our SSL URL will help. Please let me know

I notice you mentioned that you have some sporadic issues, what are these issue? If there are errors, please post the detailed information about the errors.
What is the mode type of SQL Server Reporting Service, native mode or SharePoint mode?
