UCCX Outbound Campaign(Preview) Reports

Hi All.
I am configuring outbound(preview) campaigns on UCCX 8.5SU3. Once the campain is done, is there any defult report in which I can see the status of each contact of the campaign such as successful, not dialed yet, invalid number etc?

I'm afraid not - it should be feasible to create a custom report for this purpose though.

    On the Agent Outbound CCDR Report there are 18 Call Results.
    There are a few that the system can not detect:
    5—Customer does not want to be called again. 
    6—Call connected, but wrong number. 
    7—Call connected, but reached the wrong person. 
    8—Customer requests callback. This is not applicable for IVR-based outbound campaigns. 
    I understand #8, there is a callback button for the agent to schedule the callback. 
    How does the system know when 5,6, or 7 occurs?

    page 45 onwards suggests the agent can select:
    'Reclassify' allows selecting 'do not call' (presumably 5)
    'Skip-next' then 'wrong number' (i.e. reason 6)
    'Skip-next' then 'not home' is presumably 'wrong person' (i.e. wrong person, right number - reason 7)
    I've not used preview OB for a while, so may be wrong... but I'd test those outcomes.

  • Agent reporting for PCCE Outbound campaigns

    Hi all,
    I'm running through the out of the box reports to find the relevant report for outbound campaign at agent level. 
    a) Agent Historical All Fields
    b) Agent Skill Group Historical All Fields
    c) Agent Queue Interval
    None of these report are showing any values for Completed Tasks (Handled, AHT, etc). Only the Agent State Times are shown
    Using the same query from those reports and running it directly in SQL, the following fields are populated with values (CallsAnswered, AutoOutCalls, AutoOutCallsTime, PreviewCalls, PreviewCallsTime, ReserveCalls, ReserveCallsTime, etc)
    Does that mean that is no out of the box reports for agent based outbound campaign and everything needs to be customized?

    looks like the call is failing while nagotiating the media at gateway.
    could you please attach Dialer logs  (i see only few snippets are posted) and Gateway sip traces completely?

  • How to get info from imported file in an outbound campaign IVR-based. UCCX 8.5.

    Hello.
    Somebody knows if it is possible to get the information inside my ivr script from the file imported when I create an outbound campaign IVR-based?
    I want to store in variable data like first name, last name, account number... And use them in the flow of my IVR script.
    I´m using UCCX 8.5.

  • Uccx 7 custom layout - outbound campaigns

    hi, i created a custom layout, now how do i make for the outbound campaings use my custom layaout? by default the outbound campaigns are using de OODefault. i  can not modify the default because i need this for another outbound campaign also.

        Are all of the contacts and the UCCX server in the US or overseas?  I'm not completely sure what you are asking about presenting the call.  The dialer in UCCX is not a predictive dialer but instead a presentation based dialer where the agent is presented with the call and then has to disposition it.  There isn't a way to change this in UCCX, only in the UCCE product line.  Can you elaborate a bit on what you are doing?  Also, can you either upload the MIVR logs from the period when you were trying to dial or read through them and see what errors are being presented?  These logs are usually pretty easy to read through and you should be able to figure out the exact failure cause.

  • UCCX Outbound Option - What needs to be configured besides UCCX Outbound config

    I'm trying to setup Outbound Option for UCCX 10.0. Unfortunately my knowledge in VoiceGateways isn't really deep. What I'm wondering is:
    1) On progressive mode: Do I need to add some components (e.g. VGW) to CUCM first or is UCCX talking directly to the VGW?
    2) On direct preview mode: Even if I havn't configured CUCM (if needed) and VGW properly, an outbound call should be suggested to the agent anyway before dialing, is this correct (if UCCX Outbound Option is configured well of course)?

    we make only CUCM initiated calls to UCCX and dont have a PSTN connection.
    1. How to configure UCCX outbound in this case.
    2. How to use Phone in same CUCM as customer and Agent.
    if possible kindly guide me how to implement it.

    Only if you modify the report to add an additional filter via the stored procedure or Crystal. The general concept of custom reports is somewhat explained in the Historical Reporting Administrator and Developer Guide. It doesn't hold your and through it though; I suggest finding yourself a DBA or Crystal Reporting resource before attempting this.

  • Print preview report running error in client workstation

    dear all,
    I face an issue in  preview report in client,
    The report is write in store procedure, using crystal report for the designer. I use OLEDB SQL native clilent.
    My report is running well in server
    the server os is windows server 2003 , SQL server 2008, SAP Business One 8.81 PL4,Australia localization.
    But the problem is on the client work station, it can not preview. some clients only install pure SAP Business one client and using the windows 7.
    I also run in windows XP client workstation, it runs well.
    Should i install crystal report in client workstation?
    Is there any driver or crystal report runtime that i must install first in client ?
    Please provide me the link that i can download.

    Did you try the "Validate" function from the Word Template Builder?
    It helps find many of these issues. The only thing that makes it more difficult to use
    is that it tells you onlythe line number in the RTF file.
    So if you don't know which field causes the issue, you need to open the RTF file
    in a text editor like notepad, got to the line number and look for some
    regular text close to it to the error to find where the issue is in the word document.

    Hi friends,
    I face problem when preview report. I import all my report to server and test it to server. When i preview the reports, it can't run well. It preview the error like this.

    I don't know , what it means.
    the query report runs in store procedure then attach it in crystal report.
    Actually , before i import to my user's Server, I test it in my local notebook first. It runs well. I also have tested it in my friend's notebook, it also runs well.
    Does any one know how to solve it ?

    Fyi , The Windows is installed in 64 bit, and the sql server is installed in 32 bits. When i analyze in sql profile the parameter date in the crystal report is converted. But when i run it in my local machine(My notebook), the date parameter is not converted and runs well.
    Is this the main problem , if the SQL server is installed in 32 bits  ?

    According to the error message, I guess that the error occurred when you previewed the report in Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS).
    Based on my research, I think it may be a Window Layout issue of Visual Studio. Please try the steps below:
    Click “Window” button from the toolbar ribbon.
    Click “Reset Windows Layout” option.
    Click “Yes” to finish the operation.

  • Running Predictive/Progresive outbound campaigns without the use of IVR

    Is it possible to run a predict/progers outbound campaign with a 3:1 (port:agent) ratio without the use of ivr
    could i instead place the customers on hold somewhere in icm while the agents are busy?
    just a thought...

    What you are asking for in essence is the ability to queue the call. This is only possible in an ICM environment with an IVR or with some other peripheral integration utilizing the Service Control interface.

    The provisioning API introduced with 9.0 is how you'll do it. I don't recall whether contact managment is in the 9.0 revision of the API or is being added in 10 though.

    I am using Cisco UCCX 10.0. I configured outbound system in uccx and calls are offering to agents.
    Anybody please help how a call can be marked as callback in uccx.
    Also whether i can update the result of the call; for example: I am running a campaign for credit card. Whether i can update any where that what each customer responded.

    The agent has a Callback button in CAD while the call is connected to setup the callback. The callback window defined on the campaign will decide how much slack on either side of the desired callback time system will offer that preview call to an agent. Also, the missed call behavior defines what happens if the subsystem cannot find an agent within the window.
    Also whether i can update the result of the call
    The call result is set to Voice (i.e. customer responded) by default unless an agent Reclassifies the call. Again, this is a button in CAD. The Admin Guide defines what will happen for all of the other result states.
