UDF and Category mapping table name?

Hi
I have created UDF on the screen and categorized these UDF for the user convenient. Now i would like to know the table where the system store this mapping.
Here i am attaching the mapping screen which table i needed. Kindly refer the screen shot it would help to understand my requirement.

Hi Sunrag......
If your PO is linked with SO. Then you can fetch customer name easily by FMS in PO.
From there you ca gte the Customer Name into your PLD and it wont hang also.....

In IW32 transaction Plan Cost and Actual cost in cost tab ---Table Name.
Req: needed plan cost & actual cost table names for particular order number.( For New Report )
Can you please let me know where Plan cost & actual cost get stored in IW32 in Cost tab ( table name / function module name ) or how its get calcualted for particular order number.

hi ,
i too had same issue , i wrote following FS for that :
Actual and planned cost from PMCO-WRT00 to WRT12(the sum of values should be considered for actual as well as planned ) for PMCO-OBJNR taken from CAUFV -OBJNR for order number AFIH-AUFNR and also currency from CAUFV-WAERS .
Actual cost will have valuation type PMCO-WRTTP = 4 and planned cost will have valuation type PMCO-WRTTP = 1 , which will be placed in different column

How to find and replace the table name/column name

We have just upgraded the application to R12. Have many reports developed in Oracle Reports Builder. There are many changes in R12 table and column names when compare with 11i. Please suggest a solution to change the table name or column name in multiple reports queries instead of doing manually.

SAP Vendor Number and MDG Business Partner mapping table name

Hello Expert,
We are using MDG for Materials and Suppliers, while using we found some times error on vendore number and business partner mis-matching.
Could you please tell me which table I should check where I can see ECC vendor number with MDG business partner number.
It will help us to validate the wrong mis-matched one to correct in one go.

Hello Vijay,
You can find the Vendors in table LFA1. Your Business Partners are in table BUT000.
The number ranges transactions are as follows: Vendors - XKN1, Business Parners - BUCF
You should check the NR Status and make sure your value is greater than the last created LFA1 record, so your PPO does not fail (that's in case you're going the direction BP -> Vendor and don't have the "Same flag" active in view V_TBC001). If you are trying to synch up from Vendor to BP, you'll have to check the view CVIV_VEND_TO_BP1 instead.

How to find Table Name and Field Names given a Data Source

Hi,
I tried ROOSOURCE table in R/3 to find the Extract Structure and Extractor names for a specific data source, let us say 2LIS_02_ITM (PO Item Level).
I know the extract structure for this data source is MCO2M_0ITM
I am not able to find where this structure is extracting the data for every field.. I wanted to know the corresponding table name and the respective field names.. Both the existing and Appended fields..

Table name in Receiver JDBC Adapter

Hi All,
I am using receiver JDBC adapter.
But table name consist of " like BPC."#II" .
After mapping table name becomes BPC."#II" .
I am getting error while pulling data from DB.
Is the table name creating a problem.
Please remedy of this if you have come across such scenario.

E3200 - mapping host names to ip addresses

I used to use a netgear wgt624 and it mapped host names connected to the router to their ip addresses. This way if I was on server1 I could ping server2 by name and it would translate the name to the ip address. This feature doesn't seem available on the e3200. Actually only the wired servers have this problem. Wireless machines do show up listed in the router. Is there a way to have the router automatially associate a host name with an ip address for wired macines?

Before I suggest you any troubleshooting steps, I would like to ask few questions. Like can you able to ping the server2 from server1 and vice-versa. Does the DHCP client table show the entire wireless network in the list? Let me know what IP address gets assigned in both the servers?

What is the table name for material master change, so that I can get the old values and new values at plant level.
More specific:
I want to check the old values for Re order point and Safety stock in MRP1 and MRP2 fields in material master for many materials. Please help.

Hi David,
You can create value mapping tables in Integration Directory.
First you have to create Value mapping group using menu Object>new>Value mapping Group
to Display value mapping you have to use Tools--> Value mapping.

Need bapi to give table name on basis of field or stucture.

Many a times wan we want to know table name of field from tecnical information but there we gets stucture.
It is very time consuming to find table for that field.
Is there any bapi or program where we insert information related to that program or transaction , such as structure name and field
and we get table name where actually data is getting stored?

Go to SE 84->ABAP Dictionary-Fields
enter field name (which you got from structure i mean from F1.) Execute ,you will find list of tables where this field is used with that you can find table for structure field.

Use of quotes in a table name?

Hello,
It seems Oracle treats a table name with and without quotes differently.
SQL> create table abc (x integer);
SQL> create table "abc" (y integer);
These two commands result in two different tables as can be seen from the following commands:
SQL> desc abc;
SQL> desc "abc";
However, I cannot get the list of tables.
SQL> select * from tab where tname like '%abc%';
returns just one row.
SQL> select * from all_objects where object_name like '%abc%' also does not show me abc and "abc" as two separate tables.
Q1. Is there a way to obtain the proper list?
Q2. What is the proper qualifier for specifing a table name? For example, SQL Server supports "[" and "]" around the table name. However, I could not find the equivalent grammar for PL/SQL.
The following command works (by trial and error):
SQL> select * from (abc);
However, the following doesn't:
SQL> drop table (abc);
which means that "(" and ")" are not the qualifiers.

Import and export and the other tools use quotes so
that objects will be properly re-created as they were
originally specified, even if some one uses reserved
words or case sensitive names. At least they should. I recently had a customer using FoxPro (!) to access my Oracle Datawarehouse and he named one of his column "ALTER" (age in german). Then he complained that my database is not working because he was getting an Oracle error (ORA-00936: missing expression)!
However, if some developer made me
type:
SELECT "MyCol1", "MyCol2", ...
FROM "HisTable"
WHERE "SomeStrangeColumnName" = 42every time,
I would think seriously of homocide :-).I know the feeling :-)
