There is no GOP vbios for Fermi series GeForce vgas (5xx) or older. Only Kepler cards (GTX6xx) are provided with GOP vbios versions. You can contact MSI to ask if there will be GOP support for old cards but chances are little to none: >>How to contact MSI.<<

Good news, MSI now send us the file and it is attached.
Decompress the attached .rar archive with Winrar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Create a bootable usb stick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=165175.0).
Then unpack the previously provided archive (TV273MH.1L0.rar) and put the included file (TV273MH.1L0) on that stick.
Rename TV273MH.1L0 to 1L0.rom. Put the atiflash.exe also included in the archive provided on the USB stick too. Now boot from the stick.
Type atiflash -p -f -noaper 0 1L0.rom [ENTER] and let it flash the vbios.

    Use the attached.
Decompress the provided .rar archive with Winrar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Then flash the desired file with Nvflash for dos: http://www.guru3d.com/files_details/nvflash_download.html
To do so rename the desired file to .rom and create a dos bootstick (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=165175.0)
Put nvflash and the vbios file on it and boot from the stick. Then type nvflash -4 -5 -6 gop.rom (if renamed vbios that way) and hit enter. Confirm the questions and let the tool flash.

No! For any card a vbios needs to be requested individually. Same gpu or even model doesn't mean same vbios. Even cards of the same model may use different versions depending on the batch due to changes during production

Looking at sensors (GPU-Z) and there is no information for the fan.
Only reason I started to check this, is because I rebuilt the main HDD and noticed that the GPU fan sounds louder than it did a couple days ago. I've also noticed that I can't switch between the options in the Gaming App with having to restart, which was not the case last week. There is also no change in fan speed through the settings there.
