You should be able to go > App Store > App store (menu) > store > view my account > sign in. Where do you vary after following this point. In between ID summary and Settings should be a section marked iTunes in the cloud and directly below but within that section, the message we are seeking.
I'm not doubting you, just don't see why you have this problem.

Firefox OS is not displaying correctly. it appears that the CSS and JS are not rendering! Any help would be most appreciated!

I would have preferred to show anyone a screenshot of the web pages, but there is not an attach file on this forum. Anyway, with only Firefox OS , not my other browsers, the web pages are not rendering correctly. For example on Facebook there is no header or footer. JS is active in the browser and as I said Chrome and Safari are NOT having any problems. I am surmising that the CSS and JS files are somehow not being displayed. I may be very wrong, but I would gratefully accept any help someone has to offer. Thank you and have a great day!

I have 22 episodes of "Tigger and company" in que in my iTunes account by accident that I do not want to download. I go into my "purchases" to delete and the are not there. Any ideas on where to find them and delete them so they will stop being qued?

Please advise on how to remove "purchases" in iTunes that were done so in error - that haven't been downloaded to your account - and you want to stop them from being downloaded and remove them from the "que" of what is available for downloading. I have checked the "purchased" tab on my account and history to see if can delete from there and aren't listed.

First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.

This could be a couple different things.
     The device is not authorized to the Apple ID.
         Continue setup for the ID on the device.
There is an account issue
        Is she able to get signed in at
               Appleid.apple.com
                   and manage the account
Can she get signed in at
Supportprofile.apple.com ?
         How many devices are registered to that Apple ID?

Opentype fonts do not appear in any applications

I recently discovered some opentype fonts that came with Adobe CS3. The fonts are in the font folder in the root library and appear in the application Font Book. However, the fonts do not show up in any other application, including the Adobe applications. The fonts are all enabled. I suspect I am missing something very simple, but cannot figure out what it is.

There's a lot of fonts hidden in that fonts folder on that CD glad you picked them up.
I assume you installed the fonts by double clicking them and clicking install.?
You may need to rebuild your font caches per application - this will erase your prefernces so start it with the CS3 application you use least (choose between ID, PS and AI).
Hold down shift command option (Shift apple alt) as you click the CS3 application in the doc. When the delete settings file appears click OK. This will rebuild your preferences including your font cache for that app.
Then check you fonts and post back.
I'm curious that they're not showing up anywhere except font book but we'll start with CS3 and see where we get to.

My Airplay Icons are not appearing on any of my apple products.

I have an Apple TV and the Airplay mirroring worked fine on it, until about a month ago. Now the icon doesn't appear on any of my products. Everything is connected to the same Wifii network. I have reset my Apple TV and it is up to date with the most recent updates.
Does anyone have any trouble shooting suggestions?

I am unable to click most links and photos are not appearing

Tried to download some apps from itunes but none of the icons are appearing and most links are unclickable.. I am able to view text but not pictures and the instal button will not react when I click it.

Although you're not getting an error number, perhaps try the iTunes Store loads partially or returns "Error 306" or "Error 10054" section in the Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) section of the following document:

Some PDF Document Fonts Are not Appearing Correctly.

To give an example, I am talking about this document. The image shows how it appears with my adobe reader, even though readers like evince or okular display it just fine. THe problem persists with several documents, but not all of them. So far I am not able to find a pattern.
My Adobe Reader version: 9.5.5
Platform: Linux mint petra

Photos I take with my iPad are not appearing in any album in my photos!

When I first had the iPad the photos I took with it were saved to the cameras roll album. Now they don't seem to be saved anywhere. I can't see anything in the settings or user guide that helps? Any ideas anyone please?

If you have a computer, you can import the photos to the computer and then delete them for the iPad. You don't even need iTunes to so this, because you aren't syncing, you are importing.

When you say "Colors/Fonts" are not saved, I'm not sure what you mean. How have you determined they were not saved?
Also, not sure what a "RAW" AI file is. I assume you mean simply a native format .ai file.
.ai will save all font and color information. It does not "embed" fonts, but it saves what fonts were used and will call the correct fonts when reopened (assuming fonts are available on the system).
CC 2014 also has a "Package" feature that will collect assets (fonts and images) into a central folder for easy distribution.

Not all fonts can be packaged depending on their licensing. Some fonts are set to not allow packaging. For those you would have to manually locate them on your computer and add them to the folder where the packaging occurred.
For the images have you checked the "copy links" option?

In order to be cross platform you must be using the Open Type version of all fonts to cause the least disruption. Macs can read and process the Windows .ttf type format but PCs can't process Mac formatted type. Most recent versions also cannot use the older PS Type 1 fonts.
