HI Experts,
My view has one input field and interactive form also have one input field when i button click ,the view input field value transferred to interactive form(adobe pdf form) input field ...
Please Help me....

Hi Mani,
Go through the following tutorial. The tutorial expalins how you can set the context attributes of a view context to the UI element of a PDF form.
Follow that process and map your view context attribute to the inputfiled of the PDF form UI element.

Open a message to SAP. In the message text, write that you require a credential for the Adobe Interactive Forms scenarios. In the message, include an e-mail address to which the credentials can be sent. The persons responsible will then contact you directly.

I think you need to create a custom program to check the print preview.
Check following link to create a print program for Interactive forms:

Context Binding is not possible in webdynpro component for Interactive form

Can you please tell me that why i am getting the context menu nodes in invisible mode while binding it to from interface.

Hi Abhil,
If your layout type is 'ZCI Layout' then you have insert the webdynpro script in the layout. After selecting the ZCI Layout click on enter and then go to layout tab, in this go to Utilities menu->select Insert WebDynpro Script.
If you do this then in the Hierarchy tab of adobe form you can see the (Variable) ContainerFoundation_JS, it means that you have inserted WebDypro Script in the form.
Finally activate the form and run the application.

Dynamic User Assignment for Interactive Form CO

Hello!
I want to determine the processor of an offline Interactive Form (send by mail) by setting the User-ID through the information of the context parameter. Thereofore I go to the Role-section of the corresponding block and choose "Filled from Context-Parameter" for the Processor of the Interactive-Form-Action and choose the field that holds the UserID-Information.
Result at Runtime: The Process stops just before the Interactive-Form-Action.
I am sure that I have the right UserId. I the same with a Datadisplay-form and it works but Interactive-Form CO doesn´t work.
Any idea to this problem?

I was not able to achieve the same with IF as Impersonalised form, i was able to achieve with only when i use Composite form as Impersonalised Form, if there are any other posibilities let me know...

Hi Sid,
there is no simple answer to this question.
Here are a few pointers on what to consider:
- Depending on what you want to do, the development environment and your familiarity with it. The choice is there (Web Dynpro for Java and ABAP, transaction SFP for print forms, Guided Procedures, Internal Service Request, printing in BI), but how well do you know your way around the environment? (Don't forget, the form is only one small aspect of your application.)
- Complexity of the form, and thus the need to script in Adobe LiveCycle Designer
- Experience of the forms developer (SAP-internally we have seen differences of several factors)
A simple interactive form can be done in 1-2 days including testing. With print forms, things become more complex with a medium-complexity form (a table, some scripting for business logic) taking about 7 days.
<b>Most importantly</b>, please take this to heart:
- A PDF form does not and cannot replace a full-fledged application. Most people don't realize that a form is in essence not a lot more than a user's view on (i.e. interface with) the system. The business logic is in the system, and should be limited in the form.
- Of an overall business process using a PDF form, at most 20% is spent on forms development. The bulk of the work is the application (usually involving some sort of workflow) surrounding the form.

It asked me an interface, i give name for interface.
Then it asked me package. I tryed many package, but it doesn't accept them.
How can i supply necessary package?

After interface selection, it gives message below:
Object can only be created in SAP package
and it gets package selection screen.
For example i selected ZBW package and press save icon, that time it gives message below:
SAP object SFPF FRM4 cannot be assigned to package ZBW.
How can it be solved?

I understand that i have to create first in transaction sfp
1. create a interface where i must import the data i want to bind in Adobe form
2. create a form where i must include the above interface
and there i have to map the data in the context which i bind in the Adobe form
3.In the layout i open the Designer where i create the PDF form
The question is:
This procedure is right or what else can i do?
Do i need ADS installation for this?
How can i run the form? I push when i created the form the Test(f8) button is there where i must run it?
Do i have to write a Application Programm and were can i write it and how i call it in the interface?
Do i need sth else?
I am talking for printing form.
As you can see i have a lot of questions.
I am new in this technology and Sap so i will appreciate if you help.

Error for Interactive Forms

Good Day Experts,
We are experiencing a problem in deploying a Web DynPro Java Application with Adobe Interactive Forms.
Here is the error:
"Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized. The requested URL was:"http://nw2004s:50100/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=document"
at com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.wsdl2java.soapbinding.MimeHttpBinding.handleResponseMessage(MimeHttpBinding.java:985)"

Click event in Webdynpro abap for interactive form

Hi ,
I am using a ZCLI form to be developed using Webynpro abap . I am new to webynpro abap but I have worked in offlined upload of pdf forms . My problem is I created a wedynpro component and integrated the form .The form is only opening up if the layout choosen is standard layout . if it is a zcli form it is not opening up . I am also not able to capture the click event from the form .
some immediate help required.
My requiremnt is to save 2 fileds from a form in an interactive way to a SAP database using webynpro abap .

Simple Question Alternate color for Interactive form

I can easily change the alternate color in rows for tabular but not interactive,
can someone show me how.

Hi,
At the moment, I don't think that's possible - see: Interactive report template
You can get the alternating colours when the page is first loaded (the above link has an example of doing that), but when you use the pagination functionality, the colours are lost.
