Is oracle release cumulative?
For example, we are considering to install R12.1.1 and other language packages before going to R12.1.3.
But according to the release note (788053.1), Ukrainian language patch needs to be installed at R12.1.2.
Note: Applies to Ukrainian Customers
You must be at Release 12.1.2, to add Ukrainian. For details on how to apply Release 12.1.2, refer to Oracle E-Business Suite Readme, Release 12.1.2 Document 949406.1. The Release 12.1.2 NLS Software for Ukrainian is available from My Oracle Support Patch 9216658. This patch contains the translations for NLS Release 12.1.1 Patch 6678700 and Release 12.1.2 Patch 7303033. To complete the installation, refer to the Ukrainian section in the Post-installation Tasks.
But it feels quite hassle to go 12.1.1 -> 12.1.2 -> 12.1.3 instead of 12.1.1 -> 12.1.3.
So, the question is that can the Ukrainian language patch be installed still on 12.1.3?
I can't find a separate language patches for 12.1.3 from oracle support.

So, the question is that can the Ukrainian language patch be installed still on 12.1.3?You do not have to go to 12.1.2 to install Ukrainian patches, 12.1.2 is the minimum release you should be on so you can be on 12.1.3 to enable this language.

You can apply the Ukrainian NLS patch after upgrading to 12.1.3 by applying (Patch 9239090 -- Patch 12.1.3: ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.1.3 RELEASE UPDATE PACK) for Ukrainian language -- See (Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme [ID 1080973.1], "Perform NLS-related Step (conditional)" section) for details.
You could also refer to (Using Lightweight MLS With Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 [ID 1077709.1]).

thanksAre you asking why those non-ASCII characters are printing incorrectly? It's because the console is still treating the output as ASCII. The JVM is encoding each character as two bytes according to the UTF-8 spec, but the console is treating each byte as a separate, ASCII-encoded character. Changing the locale of the OS or the "file.encoding" property of the JVM doesn't affect the behavior of the console.

Hi! I recently purchased a E6. Has updated software version to the latest Bella (What now regret!) I have the following problem: After unlocking the screen, i start typing need me contact. In the Ukrainian language, there where on the keyboard is characters "." and "," Is the Cyrillic letters and they do not typed. In the Russian language (which is very similar to a Ukrainian) there are also the same letters and they typed. Please help in solving this problem, because very inconvenient to use the phone.

When you update your phone to Belle, it may remove additional languages that may have been (pre)installed on your device, as mentioned in the Belle update FAQ:
A software update resets the language settings of your phone to the state in which the phone left production originally. That means, as an example: If your phone was originally produced for the Finnish market and had some additional languages like Chinese added manually later on, after the update to Nokia Belle your phone will not show the extra Chinese language anymore.
To solve this, you need visit your local Nokia Care Point and ask them to install Ukrainian language support on your phone.

Win 8.1. Core language and multi-language support.
HI,
I've used a US developed program with multi-language support for years in Win XT and Win 7. As the program now supports win 8.1. I've upgraded to 8.1. and the new release of the program. However it will not work properly and the reason given is
that my version of 8.1. has a different core language compared with what the program uses and this version is not multi-language supported. Now I wonder if there are various versions of the core language in 8.1. or is the core
language unique, supported by various language packets for menu's, guiding texts, etc. Why do I then need a multi-language supported program? Where can I put this question?

Ukrainian language support for virtual keyboard
I'm very interested to be able to write in Ukrainian language on BlackBerry 10. However, the Ukrainian layout is missing. Thus, I created a new feature request which you can find here: https://www.blackberry.com/jira/browse/BBTEN-858.

No news from my side but there's an article on ITC.ua which states that Ukrainian mobile operator MTS announced Ukrainian language support for BlackBerry 7 and 10 to be delivered by this summer. CS6 installer in Ukrainian language
Turned Adobe site and all of download assistants, application managers and download sections upside down, but couldn't find Creative Suite CS6 installer in Ukrainian language.
When I try to use application manager / Download Assistant - it gives me Russian language installers of separate products (but not the Creative Suite package) in russian language, when I try to install doesn't accept my ordered license:
Adobe Design Std CS6 6.0 MLP AOO License UKR (65163306).
Is there anybody, can help me with that?

I have simulated and activated Ukrainian language in the RSCPINST report. but still in the SMLT the Ukrainian language is not there.............

I purchased my Nokia X6-00 in USA because the price not knowing that it does not have Ukrainian installed. Does anyone know how to install ukrainian language to the phone? I called support and they said to google it. Help please!!
You can start here to search for a care point to visit: europe.nokia.com/support/repair-and-recycle/repair/care-points I find it pretty wierd that they told you to google it. If you are unhappy about the respons from the care point you should contact nokia directly by using the 'contact us' tab on the top of this page.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up guest users” (without the quotes) in the search box. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2. -

How to restore the languages in the input sources under 'Language and Text'
Dear all,
Recently, I am trying to free up my disk space on my macbook and I downloaded this software call Monolingual. Basically, it removes languages that you do not use to free up the disk space.
However, I accidentally remove the language that I use which is Japanese and now it seems like I cannot find it anywhere under the input sources of language and text.
Does anybody know how I can restore everything back to normal?

Best to avoid Monolingual and simlar "cleaning" utilties if possible, it is too easy to make mistakes that destroy parts of you system.
Your problem has nothing to do with your hardware, so in the futue it would be best to use the software forums for similar questions:
