Ultiboard v5.72 via code default back to original values – help please!

I’m prototyping a fairly simple double sided board. I’m using the internal single pass auto router. I’m quite happy to have vias in the design but they need to be fairly large. Consequently before beginning the auto router I modified via size 0 to be :
X1=40mil X2=40mil Y=80mil RAD=40mil Clear=40mil Drill=40mil ‘apply’
After entering the sizes I get a warning window “you have changed the via sizes – please verify your production class to achieve best (auto) routing
I then click on ‘ok’ to acknowledge the warning. The values I have changed at this moment are still the ones I chose. I then click auto route../..production class 4M and it begins to route but does not use the dimensions of the via code I modified, if fact when I interrogate the via sizes after the route is complete, they have defaulted back to the original values !!
Have I not set some parameter or sommat? Any help would be appreciated

I say this not to be a jerk, but I don't think your going to get any help on this. Even 3 years ago they were up to version 7..........as of todays date, its version 10.......and in a month or two it will be version 11.......I doubt there is any support for 5.72.
What does the help file say about drill hole and via diameters? Those archaic bitmap autorouters sucked big then, and still do. Since version 8 its vector based and a lot more robust. I would suggest you download the eval 10 and give that a whirl.....just a thought. I haven't used 5.72 in over 9 years......sorry I can't be of more help.

Default selection of dropdown value help in bp search for custom field

Hi guys,
i've problem setting a default selection of the value help. I appended a structure containing a field of type CRMT_BOOLEAN to the crmt_bupa_il_header_search and show it at the bp search page.
The default order of the value help is
[ ] false
[x] true
which means that the first entry (false) is selected by default. I want the second entry to become the default entry. I tried to sort the ddlb_table of this field in the get_v_xxx but this didn't had any effect to the value help.

Is this approach not working at all? After sorting lt_bblb contains the values in correct sequence, the webui is showing the value help as before.
Is it possible to set a selected value in any way?

what i understand is you want to set the default entry is second value right?
if this is your requirement then go for this procedure.
In redefine do_init_context method and fetch the collection in that collection get your field name and value.
make a condition like this if the value = 'first value of your drop down' then set to second value.
this method will execute only in the initial stage means when ever you login into your business role this method will execute.
example:
lr_col ?= me->typed_context->yournode->collection_wrapper->get_current( ).
check lr_col is bound.
lr_col->get_property_as_string( EXPORTING iv_attr_name = 'DROPDONWFIELD' RECEIVING rv_result = lv_dropdownfield ).
if lv_dropdownfield EQ 'FIRSTFIELDKEY'.
lv_dropdownfield = 'SECONDFIELDKEY'.
lr_col->set_property( EXPORTING iv_attr_name = 'DROPDONWFIELD' iv_value = lv_dropdownfield ).
IF this is not your requirement then give me some screen shorts.

Material weight changes back to original value

Hi, we have a scenario where a material's weight is changed to a new value. This is done by an incoming Idoc, that is processed by a background job.
The problem is, the material get this new value, but it is changed back to the old value immediatly.
In transaction mm03 and looking at the material, in Environment -> Display Changes, from the menu, I see the new value is written by the background job user. But at the same second in time, the material is updated back with the old value, by the same background user.
Any suggestions?

As u can c there are two entries in the Change screen, the second is created by the same user or different and also by which tcode is it created. My understanding is there is some additional process started when u are doing a change. Also try manually doing a change and c if it gets back the original value. If not then I think your Idoc is firing some parallel process which is geting executed. I don't think the same process is updating the material otherwise you would get only one entry.

First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

ITunes UK - used to have this, how do I get it back?!! help please?

Need some help please! I have always used iTunes UK - downloaded that to my pc a long long time ago. For some random reason it seems to have changed to the US version - all the songs/albums are listed in $US rather than £pounds - and I can't download the same music I used to be able to downloand (i.e. says it's not available to the US version of iTunes). How do I get the UK version of iTunes back? I live in the UK - my credit card is a UK credit card - what do I do?

Click on the store icon and when it opens scroll to the bottom of the main pane where you'll find the "My Store" drop down menu. Click on the flag icon and choose the Union flag from the window that appears, this will return you to the UK store.

Problem of h:selectOneMenu it is popping back to original value

I have a dataTable in which one column is a <h:selectOneMenu> and the required attribute is false.
There is a inputText in another column and the required attribute is true.
Whenever I change the <h:selectOne> option to null (that is blank option) from a string option and delete the inputText box value and click the submit button the
<h:selectOneMenu> jumps back to its original value though I placed the required to false and a required message for inputText box.
Required Message that pops out for inputText is expected but the <h:selectOneMenu> popping back is not desired. How can I avoid it.

I updated my ipod touch to ios 5 and now it wont restore and i can't get anything back...need help please!

I updated to IOS 5 tonight on my ipod touch 4th gen and now it won't restore. I can't get it to restore from a backup either. It either says "iTunes could not restore the iPod "____" because the backup session failed or i get error -50. It appears all of my songs and apps are in iTunes, but I guess I don't know where to go from here to get things back to how I had them before. Is there a way to access an early backup to try that? or am I going down the wrong path? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

don't ask me why this worked, but it did for me last night. In iTunes, where your device shows up on the left side, I double clicked on it. It then allows you to change the name like you can for changing file/folder names. I changed 1 letter on the name of the ipod and hit enter. I then right clicked on the new ipod name and chose restore from backup. My choices for backup was the original name of the ipod only and not the name i had just changed it to. I told it to go ahead and backup from the old name figuring I would get the same results, but not the case. It restored it with all app, music and pictures with one exception...all of the settings, email setup and information within the apps was lost. Atleast that an easier fix than starting all over. Hope this will work for you guys too with the same issue.

so ive recently updated my iphone 4 to iOS5 after several frustrating attempts, constantly coming up with some error message. this was very surprising to me and i started searching through forums after forums to see whether this issue was only happening to me, turns out that apple servers were crashing because too many people were trying to get the software update at the same time. thinking i can live without iOS5 for a few days, i ignored the problem and didnt attempt to update again a week or so later.
i tried to update the software again yet the same error occured, (-5000). after some research, i found out that this was due to some folder permission problem.. the phone failed to get past the "backing up" stage (the status bar stays at the same place). this was somewhat strange as a few days before i first attempted to update the software, my phone was sync-ing fine. i thought that, "maybe it's because my phone is new and hasnt been manually backed up before", and also have been told by friends that some times their back up takes close to an hour. so one night i left the phone "backing up" overnight hoping that in the morning it wouldve backed up, however, in the morning the status bar remain at the same position as when left it and went to sleep.
non of my friends have ever encountered such a problem and i have searched the web inside out for an answer!! one thread suggested that i uninstall itunes and reinstall it. i did to no success. another thread suggested to delete the backup file and attempt the back up again. i tried but again in vain. being very frustrated, i took a deep breath and clicked the "continue" button which restored my phone and implemented the software update thinking this problem will alleviate itself. after getting iOS5 and having my phone restored to factory settings, i had to put back all my songs, contacts, photos apps etc etc. i then proceeded to back up my phone under the new OS hoping something along the lines of completely restoring will never happen again. however, the exact same error message poped up!!
PLEASE HELP!! i have no idea how this situation arose. i havent done anything out of the ordinary except for this one time where i charged my phone on a friend's laptop a day prior my first attempt at updating the software, the phone simply charge for around 2 hours and didnt sync at all. any help will be greatly appreciated

sync-ing shouldn't have anything to do with other people sycn-ing does it?
also whenever the status bar or the backup stops, itunes seems to stop working aswell and freeze. this is again frustrating as i have to go to task manager to close itunes and start it up again

I have a method is thats all information from the Database and I need to hold this data
in a HashMap of some sort of data structure
Lets suppose this result set returns 5 rows.I need to hold all 5 rows in a datastructure.
The variable f_OrderID is the principal and this should return back all values associated with it.
I cant use HashMap as the key:f_OrderID is always the same,

Please can anyone help me how to store this in memory,

Where do I find my Iphone Back up file? Help Please

Ok, so my phone has been in restore limbo for too long. SO im jut going to unplug it.
But before I do that I want to locate my Iphone Back up, where is it located?

Maverick won't install! And I have nothing backed up...help please!

I updated to Maverick but now it won't install. It says I have to repair discs but when I go to utilities and repair they won't repair. Now when I turn on my computer it goes directly to the install maverick screen and I can't do anything else. My computer is not backed up (stupid, I know). Is there anything I can do to fix this? Is there some way to backup my computer to an external HD at this point? Can I revert back to mountain lion? If I go back to factory settings do I lose everything? What should I do??

If Eric's suggestion of Command+Q doesn't free you up, have you tried Force Quit? -- click and hold the black Apple icon in the far upper left corner -- Force Quit is SCARY powerful and I suggest it ONLY if you are all out of other options -- if FQ gives you the option to quit Install and other things, do so and when you reach a simple desktop or Finder window grab an external drive, plug it in, and backup your documents and non-App Store applications manually.
Then turn the machine off, have coffee or tea, and decide on your next course of action.
Final suggestion, when you do ultimately get back in order, get a Time Machine and use it. A 100GB external drive is less than $100....I suspect you may have already thought of this.

My page has a button that, when clicked, calls a Java function that sets a PageLegend and changes an image but then FireFox reloads the page switching everything back to original values. What's up?

This is happening with an ASP page. Not sure when it started, but the page used to work fine. The Java script is listed in the troubleshooting section. The button calls nextPic() which calls showPic(). After nextPic processes the page is reloaded.
