  • After an Itunes update Itunes now doesn't let me sync Iphone to computer because it says my computer is not authorized even though it is authorized.

After another lovely Itunes update my Itunes is now not letting me sync my Iphone to my computer. This is the error message I recieve "The Iphone 'Des's Iphone 5' could not be synced because this computer is not longer authorized for purchased items that are on this Iphone. It then tells me to authorize this computer even though it is already authorized. Also I can play all of my purchased itunes items on my computer even though it claims it's not authroized when I am trying to sync. After deauthorizing and reauthorizing numerous times and attempting many other things I have not been able to solve this issue. After looking through these disccussion forums I have not seen anyone with this same issue. I would appreciate any help anyone could provide.

    Hey CarlyR_,
Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues related to iTunes Store authorization. The following resources may help to resolve these issues:

  • ITunes 11.0.1 will not sync iPhone 5 and iPad

ITunes 11.0.1 will not sync either my iPhone 5 or ipad.  After a sync attempt, a box appears which says the device cannot be read or written to.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
    View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then try the action that you're having trouble with again. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

  • Recently downloaded latest version of iTunes software, afterwards, while trying to sync iphone with PC received this error message: Unable to Load Resource not found; SyncUICoreLocalized.dll; please advise, thank you

Recently upgraded PC with latest edition of iTunes (1/30/2014), afterwards, received this error message while attempting to sync iphone with PC: Unable to load, resource not found, SyncUICoreLocalized.dll

THIS HAS EVERY APPEARANCE OF A SOFTWARE GLITCH BY APPLE ... So first suggestion is NOT to begin reinstalling various software but to await some answer & fix from Apple.  Too many have same problem on various systems, in my view (I am not an Apple rep but have certainly faced many glitches over the years).
PS - LOTS of Apple software problems these days, including many people having their Contacts shredded.  What's going on with Apple?

dann kannst du dir die richtigen aussuchen und nochmal laden.
PS: "Purchased" ist das im englischen, sorry

  • Itunes 11.0.2 won't sync iphone(iOS 6.1.2) or ipod(iOS 5.1.1)

Since I upgraded to iTunes 11.0.2 I am not able to sync my music with my iPhone 4. At first I thought it was a bug in iOS 6.1.2, but today i tried to sync my iPod Touch (3º gen) with iOS 5.1.1 and it has the same problem. iTunes syncs my apps, but when it gets to music it just finishes the sync. I restored my iPhone, and now i have the same iPhone (with the backup copy) but without music, since it does not sync.

I also could not sync music after updating to iTunes 11.0.2. Today I lost a few hours of my life fixing it, but in my case the fix was banal and annoying. In Itunes>Preferences>Devices there is a box "Prevents iPods, iPhones, and iPads fro syncing automatically". I unchecked it and all is well. I am sure that I did not check the box in the first place, so it must be a default or the result of importing settings when updating.

  • Itunes crashes everytime I try to sync IPhone 4?

For the past week, whenever I've tried to sync my IPhone 4, itunes keeps crashing. It will get to step 2 of the sync "backing up" and then crash every single time. I tried restarting to the computer and IPhone but that didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes and that didn't work. I've considered restoring my IPhone but I'm afraid if I do that and it still doesn't work then I'll just be stuck with a phone that has no music on it, in addition to having to try and get back all my contacts, photos, and apps.

I have the same problem with my iPhone 5 (model MD664LL/A), but immediately as soon as iTunes checks in the the iTunes store. Error signature (on Windows XP) is: AppName: itunes.exe     AppVer: 11.3.1.2     ModName: itunes.dll ModVer: 11.3.1.2     Offset: 00e0d157.
No changes made on this machine, but this crash cripples Windows until it's dismissed.

  • ITunes lost ... how to sync iPhone data back to blank iTunes ..

    Hello Everyone,
Previous iTunes was lost and now have formatted and reinstalled Windows7 x64.  iPhone (10.5.1) is currently backed up, via the new iTunes, to iCloud.  And to the new computer as well.  No other devices or computers involved.
How do I perform syncing operations without losing everything that's on my iPhone?  Open to any solutions.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Mac itunes 11.1.2 not finishing sync iphone 5s

I have just updated my Iphone 5s to 7.0.3 and Itunes to 11.1.2 on my MAC 10.8.5.
When performing a sync when the phone is plugged in,  Itunes does not complete the sync.  Instead the progress bat at the top just sits there "progressing" with the notification "Finishing Sync"  Which never happens.  I left it overnight just in case there was an issue, but when I checked it it had not completed....That meant 8 hours of Finishing Sync.
Any suggestions, given I have already tried rebooting bot the Mac and the phone on several occassions.
    Cheers

I tried hitting the sync button again with my iPhone 5S, iOS 7.0.3, and iTunes 11.1.2, but it still stalled at "Finishing sync".  So after 50 minutes I simply ejected the iPhone and disconnected it from the Apple supplied USB cable.  Guess what!  The sync appears to have worked perfectly, despite iTunes hanging.  BUT, BE SURE YOU HAVE BACKED UP YOUR iPHONE BEFORE TRYING THIS!

  • HELP! iTunes won't show iPhoto when syncing iPhone 6

PLEASE HELP!! I know this has been covered to some degree in other threads, but I haven't been able to solve this. My iTunes will not sync my iPhoto Library wih my iPhone 6.
Basically, I bought a new iPhone 6, which was restored from backup. I was never an avid user of iPhoto in the past and because most of my photos come from a different camera and most of my pictures have been compiled through time, I never really saw the point in filling up my measly 16gb iPhone 4s with a bunch of pictures. So I never really synced my photos in the past.
Now that I have a 128GB iPhone 6 I figured I could start sycing my pics and share them or whatever. I'd like to able to sync to my iPhoto Library via iTunes to my iPhone.
So this is what happens. I can see my photos fine on iPhoto. When I connect my iPhone, only iPhoto launches and it 'll download any recent pics.
When I launch iTunes, it'll detect my phone - BUT when I go to the Photos tab, when trying to sync to my iPhoto Library, the ONLY option I am given is to sync to "PICTURES" folder which contains my 'desktop pictures' folder with only 40 some pics... BUT IT ALSO HAS MY IPHOTO LIBRARY WHICH ITUNES WILL NOT PICKUP ON???
Am I missing something?? thanks everybody in advance for helping me.

When I go through Media... It shows me iPhoto and Photo Booth icon but prompts me to open iPhoto to see the photos... even though as you can see from the window in the background iPhoto is open....
And thanks very much for taking the time to help btw...
