There was an error when i down loaded PS and now it wont let me re download PS again all the other downloads worked ok

I've just updated my iPad to iOS 7.02 and I'm not able now to download new apps nor update the version of the existing ones. All of them are "waiting"... for ever.Even, when trying to download a new app, a "dratf" icon appears on the ipad, not the app's own icon...
I've tried to switch off and on the iPad, disconnect and reconnect the itunes id... and nothing works. Even deleting an app, to download it again, doesn't work. It even doesn't ask for my password!!! (Stays with the small square with a circle around, the one that gets "bolder" while downloading... but it doesn't get bolder now. Just stay...).
Any suggestions? I wouldn't like to reset the iPad, since I've got data in some apps that I wouldn't like lo loose...
By the way, I can not either delete some apps with thos "draft" icons... even when the alert that appears when trying to do that is shown and select "ok".

Thank you, Once_was_lost, but it doesn't work either. I tried it yesterday as an option (I think you're referring to the options of those apps in the settings app).
The problems are still here... I've been able to update some apps using the PC itunes (connecting the app to it), but all the other apps are still "wating", and I have two new strange things:
* I cannnot remove the apps that are downloading (at least those that are supposed to be downolading ) . But I could remove one from the PC... and now there is an "empty line" in the "to update apps list".
* Stranger: though I cannot download new apps or music from the store, I can do in-app purchases!!! In that case, I'm asked for the password and the item downloads. How is it possible?????
I can download with the same user in the PC, in the iPhone... but not in the iPad .

i have backed my iTunes with over 10,000 songs on a hard drive and than i reset my computer to factory settings because my email was hacked, when i downloaded the music back to my macbook pro only 2030 were able to be downloaded . how can i download all my music back?
michel p.I usually err on the sideof caution when someone says "downloaded" and take it to mean anything fro actually downloaded, to copies, to imported, to moved (frolder to folder), but even if they were "downloaded"... if the old email was hacked, and subseuqently closed out, that leaves the downloaded files "orphaned" if you will, belonging to the old ID. So, while they may be on the HD, they're inaccessible now.
One of the biggest reasons I NEVER keep anything in my library with DRM employed in it. I bought it. I own it. I'm not going to get locked out of it. -

Yes, my first post is all about how darn iffy the adaptors are and I have two of them to return now.
I question your answer because I am betting that four drives that are in one enclosure NOT all RAIDed together as one drive, but as four separate drives that those four drive will count as four devices. The daisy chain that I had going had eight drives in TWO quad boxes, four drives in TWO dual drives and another drive in a single enclosure. A total of five “devices” if you will, but also a total of 13 drives that were usually in this daisy chain.
Both of the Apple branded Thunderbolt to FireWire adaptors chocked BIG TIME on this and it works no problem on my older MBP. You basically can not use a new Mac when you are connected to a daisy chain like this!
Just checked the Apple website and indeed, I can get a new MBP with FireWire 800, just not with the Retina display! I wish that I would have known this five months ago before this all started! -

I downloaded two movies from itunes at the same time (both free digital copies from a dvd) and when they finished downloading... they disappeared. I've not been able to re-download them or find them.. anywhere. Any suggestions for tracking them down?
If you downloaded them on your computer's iTunes then they should have gone into the Movies part of your iTunes library, if on a device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then into the Videos app - they haven't appeared there ?
If you downloaded on your PC and they don't show in the Movies section then you could try searching for them by name (or part of their name) via windows explorer and see if that finds them. Or if you downloaded them on a device and they aren't in the Videos app then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them, and if not can you find them via the device's spotlight search screen (swipe your first homescreen to the right) ? -
Webstart not able to automatically download and install JRE
I'm using the following tag. It used to work a few months ago, but now webstart says it could not able to automatically download it, and that the JRE must be installed manually.

Why don't you just use 1.6.0_03+ ?
I'm not sure if _03 will ever be pushed, but I might be able to get 1.6.0_05 pushed for auto-download after it is released in a few weeks.

I've purchased Logic Pro 9 for $200 on the app store. I've invested time and moneny into plugins and creating music with this DAW. Ever since Logic X replaced the previous version, I've been worrying about whether or not I'd be able to re-download my Logic 9. When I go to the "Purchased" tab in the App Store, it says that the app is unavailable. I'll be going to college soon and I want to take my Logic 9 from my iMac to a MacBook Pro. However, when the time comes to move to the MacBook Pro, would I have to spend another $200 for a version that I don't want?
Your purchased copy of LP9 that you bought from the Mac App store.. should appear under the Purchase Tab so long as you have signed into the Mac App Store using the original Apple ID you used to purchase it in the first place....
If it doesn't.. simply sign out of the Mac App Store via the menu item Store/Sign Out.. and sign back in again using your original Apple ID and it should then reappear....
Also remember.. not to click on the LP9 icon itself in the entry under the Purchase tab.. but the download/install button to the far right of it's entry under the Purchase tab... and don't try to download it anywhere else in the Mac App Store as you will then get that 'Unavailable' message... -

Ever since I upgrade to the 7.1.1 software many of the tools I used to use I can no longer use. I used to be able to download pictures from Iphone to my laptop- now the laptop does not recognize the iphone as having any pictures on it.
I keep losing internet whereas I can even Google Maps.
I keep getting "TRUST THIS COMPUTER" whenever I plug into the USB port- I answer yes- and it keeps comming up
Any one out there in Iphone world that has fixed a simular issue- I hate going to the Apple store- it takes too many hours- even with an appointment- there must be a friendlier way. how do i download it ?As you've discovered, deleting random hunks of an operating system to fix problems doesn't usually work all that well. First, get Time Machine or some other backup tool going, as that'll be your recovery path should there be an error during the recovery. In the unlikely event something (else) goes wrong with the recovery here (whether some other corruption or a failed reinstall or otherwise), you don't want to lose your data.
In addition to the paths Strontium90 mentions, you can sometimes recovery Safari from an external copy of the same version of OS X; from another Mac running an identical version of OS X, or from a copy of Safari stored elsewhere. One of those other copies of Safari can be stored in the recovery partition, if your version of OS X is new enough to boot into that. (That's basically the reinstall path.) -

You should make backups of all your files. Losing a few movies may be the least of your worries when your hard drive dies. If you have backups then it doesn't matter if you can download a second time. Even if you could, a rights holder may decide to tell Apple to no longer distribute a movie, and then it would be gone again. If you have it on your backup then that does not matter.
The media rights holders say what can and cannot be done. Apple isn't known for announcing its plans until it is ready to implement them, so we cannot answer your question. -
My 2011 MacBook will not boot past the gray screen with the apple. I took it in to Apple and was told that my hard drive failed. The specialist was able to retrieve all of my documents and downloads but none of my pictures and videos, which are the most important. I was told that I would have to send my notebook to a company in California to retrieve my pics and should plan to pay at least $1000-1200 for the service.
Is there any way to get my pics and video aside from the above? How were they able to retrieve all of my other files but no pics? Can the hard drive be fixed?? I would like to replace the hard drive but am afraid to remove it from my notebook for fear of damaging it any further and not being able to retrieve anything else from the drive. unfortunately, you’ve just found out the most important reason why it’s a good idea to make regular backups of your MacBook Pro’s internal disk. There are other data recovery services; call around and do price comparisons if there’s no time constraint on recovering your data, but as with any other specialist service, you’ll get what you pay for. What Apple was able to retrieve was dependent upon which part of the disk crashed; in your case, it sounds as though your picture and video folders were the ones to suffer physical damage. No, the hard drive cannot be fixed. Removing the damaged hard drive from your MacBook Pro will not damage it further, unless it is dropped, gets wet, or receives a static electricity discharge. -

Hoping someone can help. I purchased a Big Fish Game app from itunes for my Ipad 1. I decided to delete it and reinstall it as there were some errors in the game. When I visit itunes to reinstall it it doesnt give me the option to reinstall/re-download and has it marked as downloaded even though its not now on my Ipad. I have already deleted and re-downloaded something else so I believe I know how to do this. Its a paid app so I would rather not delete it from itunes as an option.
