Unable o use mover's code for online purchase of open box item

I am trying to purchase this item:

I put in my mover's code and get a message that "Your Order Does Not Qualify for that Promotional Code". I don't see any reason it would not.

That’s quite a nice computer you have your eyes on, and at that price, I completely understand why you’d want to snatch that up as quickly as possible. It’s regrettable to hear your mover’s coupon didn’t apply as you’d hoped though, especially as there isn’t anything in the terms and conditions excluding open-box items. I can see why this would be more than a little confusing.
After collaborating with one of our internal support teams, it seems that our website classifies open box items a little differently than our retail stores due to certain limitations with BestBuy.com. As such, we are unable to accept the mover’s coupon for these items online; however, you should be able to use the coupon in-store on a qualifying open-boxed item of your choice.

I'm trying to purchase an open box item listed on bestbuy.com and when I proceed to checkout and enter in my shipping address I get the following message: We're sorry, but these items are not available to be shipped to that address:

Store pickup might be available, or you could try using a different address I have used two other addresses with and without hyphens with the same result and cannot proceed with the checkout process; would someone be able to look at my issue? Thanks!

It is likely this particular item is not available to ship to your area. Without knowing exactly what open-box item you were trying to order, and what address you were trying to ship this to, it would be impossible for me to say why it couldn’t be shipped to your address. If you want me to look into this you can send me a private message by clicking on the link in my signature. Sales Order Unable to Use New Condition Tables for Tax Condition Type

Dear All,
I am currently working on SAP R/3 4.0. I have a new requirement for my tax where I need to create new condition tables other than the 4 standard SAP tables which are Customer/Material, Division/Customer, Departure Country/Destination Country, Domestic Taxes and Export Taxes. My new tables consists of Departure Country/Destination Country/Shipping Point/Tax Code. The requirement is that the tax code is based on the chosen destination country and shipping point. The problem I am facing now is that no matter what types of table I create or even I generate with reference to the standard table, the access sequence will only refer to the 4 standard SAP tables above. Even if I put my own table in the highest priority for the access sequence, the same thing happens. My sales order will only pick up date from the standard table.
I wonder if anyone encountered the same problem as me.

I suggest fist check a simple thing ,whether u have successfully determined shipping point for each line item ,it is possible that just adding a line item will not trigger shipping point determination . So after u update the shipping point on line level u can rerun pricing and check agian if u r getting it .
Secondly for tax purposes I suggest Try to have Customer and material tax classification approach this allows to u have long term flexibiliy and also reduces your maintenance activity . As if u change or add number of shipping points and business changes using the sequence of shipping point ,the logic of just using shipping point will not work.
In Tax classification u cna add new condition table for each new tax category and use it in different access sequences.
This information can be passed on to FI using Different Tax code for Different combination.

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to correct your rescue email address for potential future use

Office for Mac comes with a single or (for extra cost) a 3 license pack. Unless your sister has multiple user licenses you may not use her code.

Make movement type relevant for BW Purchasing Extractor

How do I make a movement type relevant for a Purchasing extractor? Specifically 2lis_02_SGR.
The SAP functional team (I am on the BW team) started using movement type 161 and 162 for goods receipts. They set up the movement type in OMJJ in ECC. But it does not flow into BW via the 2lis_02_SGR extractor.
I went into the Transaction Key for BW and added 161 and 162 and now they show up in the table - V_TMCLVBW / TMCLVBW, but they are not flagged as statistically relevant. I have tried to go to tcodes MCB0 and MCB_ but get an SAP error "
View/table V_TMCLBW can only be displayed and maintained with restrictions
" and I do not know what this means or how to get past it so I can edit the table.
I have tried resetting up the initialization tables for Purchasing, but the movement types still do not come in the extractor. I think this is because the table still does not have these movement types flagged as statistically relevant.

I have gotten a developers key, so I was able to make V_TMCLVBW editable via MCB_ but this still brings me back to the change view for transaction key maintenance for transfer into BW. But I still can not figure out how to make the movement types relevant for BW.
