Unable see the transported changes.

Hi All,
There is change in my source IDOC structure for mapping.
In my dev system i have imported this changed idoc and made the mapping changes
I have transported these objects from DEV to Test server
The changed mapping got successfully transorted from DEV to Test server
For changed IDOC the changes were successfully imported from DEV to Test server. But there was problem for assembly. The problem was with Version conflicts for this IDOC.
What I did is, I deleted this IDOC definition from test server and retransported the IDOC from DEV to Test server
This time the IDOC got successfully imported and exported in test server. SWC got assembled successfully.
But the IDOC did not get created.
I can see the IDOC in transported list but cant see the IDOC structure created in test server under Imported objects.
Please suggest.

Hi Sheetal.
You can see in change List in Test Server if there are objects stopped (not active) there. Or maybe you have to retransport all objects. If In the Test Server shows the conflits message, you must accept this updates (accept button new objects).

How can i see the document change for project in CN60

Dear all,
i want to see the project change in the report.
i know i can see it using cn60
but now, the system states that there is no data.
i have ticked document change in the project profile.
it seems useless.
could anyone tell me how i can see the change documents?
is there anything else i shall config?

Not in the under status management. Section.
Run transaction CJEN for project
And check in cn60.
Regarding checking changes in cj20n.
Cj20nu2026.click on the WBS/Activity(which one u want to see).
Editmenuu2026.status.....systemstatus/userstatus.
Go to extramenuu2026..change documentsu2026.all.
Check in Allchangesu2026.and history.
I hope it will reach your req.

You can turn on fonts in actual type in the AppleWorks preferences.

When I use the selection tool to move vector points and bend edges, I only see the change in wire frame.

It just previews with a wire frame. I would like to see the preview change on the solid object. Is there a setting somewhere?

What do you mean by wire frame??And are you using selection or sub-selection tool since you have mentioned about vector point I doubt if it is sub-selection tool.Could you please attach a video demonstrating the issue where we see the mismatch in the preview and the output, so that we can understand the problem better and try to resolve it.

How to find the transport request which was released to Quality

Hi Friends,
Could anyone please let me know, how to find the transport request that was already released from Development to Quality?
there was some change in customization took place. I could find the user (through change log) who made these changes, however I could not find the transport request number he has already released. I did give his user name in SE10 and checked the released checkbox and did click transports to see them, however I found nothing. A message got displayed on the screen: Cross-system information for user xxx. I can't ask the Basis people about it, as its not yet been trasnported to Productive.
Is this the correct way to see the transport request number? Is there any other way to find the number. I can give the tentative dates when the change was released.
This post might already posted before, I did some search, could not find the exact info what I am looking for. Would appreaciate if anyone could give the step by step method to find it.

let me tell you the the situation in a better way.
When I see se10 with my user id I could see all the transport requests that I have released. However, now when I enter my colleague user id who did these changes (he is on vacation, otherwise I could simply ask him the transport number), nothing is shown on the page. in simple words the page is completely blank. Initially I thought it is because of some authorizations, but I can get the transport request numbers that are released by another user.
the info what I have right now are:
1. I knew the user name who did these chages
2. I knew the date when it was changed.
I just need the Transport Request number I mean which starts with DEVXXXXXXX.
As per your solution --> If you have any idea when the reques was relase you can select the request and click on goto-transport logs. This way you can find out the request. --> I knew the date when it was released, but didnt understand, the bold and underlined sentense in your answer.. select on which request? as I said, the page was blank after I enter his user id and activate it.. May be I did not understnd your solution properly. Could you please simplify it.

Is there any way to find the transport request by giving the
object name ? (Not by SE10 , where we already knows the trnsport request)

I will add one more option.............
In RSA1, goto Transport Connection. There Select your info object, drag and put on right side. Here you can see all the details (Last Changed by, Transport No, Package Name, etc......)

T-code to see the report generated by a Report Writer.

Hi,
I am new to report writer and need your help.
I have a output which is generated through a report writer.
I need to compare the code that generated this output in development and production systems.
The only information I have is the library name and a z report name which gives the output.(throgh t-code GR33)
But when I try to execute the same report in Se 38, it says that te report does not exists .
Please suggest what is the t-code to see the report generated by a report writer , so that I can compare the codes in different systems.

Thanks for the replies.
The actual issue is :
I have a report created by report writer in 2 languages in Chineese and in English.
In the selection screen of the chineese report some of the labels are missing.
It is getting printed as ####### instead of fiscal year , Period etc.
This is happening only in production while in the development system it is correct (Both the chineese and the English selection screen ).
I guess this is a transportation issue.
Please suggest.

How to open the Transported model Object in the Target Portal Story Board

How To Transport Applications Modeled in Visual Composer from NetWeaver 2004s to NetWeaver 2004
I have transported one VC model from Development portal to Testing Portal. But Once i transported , under the
PortalContent -> Visual Composer -> Models folder , i am able to see the transport model and the view. If i want to edit that model in the VC story board , I am not able to see that model name in the list when logged into the visual composer Tool of the Testing portal server.
Is there any thing need to do the work around it.
And onemore thing, In the development portal server, when i am working on that model , it will be depended on on system object for retreiveing the BAPI data. In the Testing protal server after i transported. , i need to map some system object to run the model in Testing portal.
What is the work around this to map the system object with the Transported model in Testing portal server.
should i need to create the new system object even if the R3 server is same as in Testing portal server also. or the System object need to be create only if the mapped R3 server is different from the Development portal server.
Please let me know how to do this.

I have exported the .gml file from the dev server Then i trying to import that .gml file in the production server. when i click on the import file option .it is opening the popup and disappearing immediately with out browsing the file I dont know wht is the problem around it.
But agin in the production server, i have just opend one existing model. then i clicked on the Import file option. then the popup is allowing me to browse the .gml file. but after i browsed the file, if say ok, it will be merging with the already opened model itself.
Can u please tell me , what is the problem, i am not able to browse the file ,when no model is not opened in the VC.

Application doesn't render the updated changes

Hi Experts,
When ever I made changes in the abap code / javascript and run the application directly from IE instead of SE80 I can't see the updated changes in the screen, instead scrap dispaly on the screen. It is the behaviour untill I delete all the browser history, temporary files and cookies from the browser and have to close all the IE sessions.
But when I launch the application from the SE80 there won't be issues.
What could be reason for this behaviour.
In my application I didn't use any sessions rather everything works based on the request scope.
Would there be any problem if I don't use session in my application, the reason I didn't use is because I don't need user logoff at any time.
Any suggestion how to get rid of this probelm.

Supposing you are comparing a debug application on the development machine with a standalone executable on the target machine, the behaviour of them can be different due to additional informations and precautions that are present in the debug application. The best option is to test the executable in the development machine and see if it behaves correctly: if it exposes the same wrong behaviour than on target machine you must check the differences between these two applications. See for example this tip from Wendi L.
If on the contrary the executable runs correctly in the development machine you must double check that execution environment is the same, including support files you are using in both machines. You can also try to remotely debug the program on the target machine, see this tutorial for an explanation of remote debugging facilities included with CVI.

Why we cannot see the created tracks in NWDI?

We created 3 tracks(A,B,C) in our NWDI.
However,
1) only one track( track A) is showing up;
2) Developers can check in their code into TrackB and TrackC without
error messages BUT we cannot see the code change any where.
So TrackB and C are existing but invisible.

Problems with the transport of substitutions

Hi all.
We have developped some substitutions. We have checked that everything is alright in development environment, and then we have tried to transport to quality environment. The transport log has no errors, and the control tables have been filled with the same data in both environments.
But when you go to transaction OBBH to see the transported validation, the line of every step in the validation where the exit is specified is missing in quality environment. Any idea?
Details:
- It is a substitution of Financial Accounting / Complete Document
- The parameter type of the substitutions is C_EXIT_PARAM_CLASS
- The exits has been declared in the following way:
FORM U913 USING bool_data TYPE gb002_015.
- Generation program RGUGBR00 has been executed in both environments
Do you see anything that seems incorrect?

Esto es porque la tabla GB01 está diferente en desarrollo que en calidad.
¿Tú como le hiciste para modificar en calidad la tabla GB01 para quitarle la marca al "BEXCLUDE"?

Why is the volume changer button up so high on the new apple headphones?
