Unable to access Adobe Story both desktop and online version

Hello,
i'm not able to sign into Adobe Story both desktop version - first it gave me this error -
There was an error with this action. Try again later.

now when i try to sign in it just hangs on "processing" splash page
when i try to log into online version - tried Chrome, Firefox and IE10, it doesn't seen to be able to connect to the server:
Adobe Story app that i'm using is a part of Creative Cloud CS6, all other applications work fine, all latest updates installed.
Story updated itself today when i opened it first, before today i didn't have any issues accessing either online or desktop version.
If the issue is on Adobe server side, any idea when it will be resolved?

Both Desktop and Modern Versions answering incomin...

Hi Folks
I'm using Windows 10 and have both the desktop and modern versions of Skype installed.
When an incoming call comes in, I answer it with the desktop version but then a few seconds into the call, the Modern App starts chiming and indicating the same incoming call needs a response.
This is annoying because we've already started the conversation and the chiming is distracting. It goes away if I hit the red phone button.
Is there a way to disable the modern app from receiving calls?

In Windows 10 the charms are gone and Skype Metro won't let me see the settings. Access Printer from both desktop and laptop

Can i install a HP Photosmart 5510 on my desktop using the usb connection, and access the same printer from my laptop using wifi? Desktop is XP Pro and Laptop isn 64 bit Windows 7.

You can, but why? The 5510 is a network-able printer. Connect it wirelessly to your wireless router and be able to print AND scan from both computers.
Sharing via USB will only sharing printing, not scanning. It is hard to set up and the host computer can never go to sleep!

Unable to install Adobe Story desktop application.

Okay, so just as the title says I am having trouble installing Adobe Story for desktop. This is what I have been doing:
1. Going to the site and clicking install desktop application.
2. Saying ok to the install.
3. Then when open and save comes up I have tried both.
4. Saying that yes I want to install the application.
5. Then I press continue.
Then it always says this: The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.
I have uninstalled Adobe Air then I reinstalled it. It still does not work. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you mail us the AIR installation log file? It would help us to isolate the cause of this issue.

Adobe Story plus desktop app not login in. Please help! I have tried everything!

Hi, I have creative cloud cs6 and I can't use my Adobe story plus desktop app.
Any time I try to enter, the app ask me first about my creative cloud email and password and then it ask me a password to the desktop app and to repeat this password too. Then nothing happens and it returns to step 1 with the window of LOG IN and MORE INFORMATION Buttons. I have try to unistall and installl, uninstall adobe air too, also to delete and renabe the folder Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/com.adobe.story.....
Doesn't work.
I have MOUNTAIN LION 10.8.3

Ok it has been fixed I thing connecting just by cable instead of wifi. Crazy but real. But this was not happening with windows partition in the same macbook.

Cannot access adobe story either from premiere or thru browser

I cannot access adobe story. I am registered user of the master cs 5.5 running on a Mac under lion (10.7.2). I have a valid adobe ID and password and no matter what I do I just get brought back to the login. This is maddening. I've tried different browsers and nothing works! I know my id and pw are valid because I have no trouble logging in to my adobe account. Need some help.

Launch Aurora in both desktop and modern views?

Is it possible to launch Aurora in both desktop and modern views simultaneously? When Aurora first introduced the modern view, launching from a taskbar shortcut on the Windows desktop still opened the desktop view, while launching from the Start screen tile launched the modern view.
Is this still possible?

The desktop and "Windows 8 Touch" (modern) app now share the same [[Profiles|profile]]. This means you now have access to the same bookmarks, history, saved passwords, etc. from both apps. However, because of a limitation of our profile system, you can't run both at the same time while they are sharing a profile.
However, you can run both at once if you first create a separate profile for each app:
# [[Use the Profile Manager to create and remove Firefox profiles|Start the profile manager]], create a profile named "desktop", then exit the Profile Manager.
# Create a [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Shortcut_to_a_specific_profile shortcut] to launch Firefox with these command line arguments: -P desktop -no-remote

I'm sorry this process is so complicated! We want to make it easier to use both applications at once, but we may need to make some very complicated changes to our code to make that possible, so it's not likely to happen quickly.

No. 10.6.3 was the last retail release of Snow Leopard. Download the 10.6.8 Combo updater and put it on a flash drive to make it easier to install the largest part of the update.
Also, don't push the same disk image of SL to your Macs unless they are exactly the same model as it was originally installed on. The wrong hardware drivers will otherwise be in use.

Using different templates for the desktop and phone versions of the same blog

I have a site which was created in Adobe Muse and is hosted on Business Catalyst.
I have created both a desktop and a phone versions of the site.
I want to know how I can integrate the blogs that I currently have on the desktop site with the phone version that I just did, using different templates for the desktop and phone versions of the same blog. This is in order to ensure that visitors to the blogs on the website are directed to the templates that render correctly for the devices they are using.
My current approach has been to create both a desktop and phone versions of the blogs. The problem with this however, is that the dates are different and the comments are separated between the two blog versions!
I have also tried enabling mobile templates in BC, but still couldn't find a way to specify the mobile versions of the templates for the same blog?
To recap my problem, I basically need a solution where the same blog uses different templates for desktop and mobile (both templates use different navigation headings and menu styles)

There can be few reason for this, including page contents links or contents used in phone/tablet version.
Please provide the site url , also try to publish the site as a trial site in Business Catalyst with all layouts which would help to isolate the issue.

Blog pages to show on desktop and mobile versions

I have a domain hosting separate desktop and mobile versions. I need to have the blog posts show on both versions.
Posts such as http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1217947 state that I can define separate mobile and desktop templates for the Announcement module (although I can't see the option anywhere). Is there something similar to the blog module?

"Sorry you can't access the BT Sport App and onlin...

I've been trying to login to the BT Sport app and keep getting told that I haven't activated it yet. I'm shown an activate button and when I press it I'm taken to a site where I have to log in using my My BT credentials. Upon logging in I'm shown the following message:
"Sorry you can't access the BT Sport App and online content because a BT ID created by Stephen is the account holder."
The message is completely nonsensical as I the account holder and I've logged in with valid credentials. I tried calling the helpline and am still waiting for someone to call me back, even though I called them two hours ago. What awful service.

Can the desktop and mobile version of site share one News Announcement module?

Hello. Can I make the News Announcement module work for both the desktop and phone version of a site? I want to use one set of News Announcements so have created a separate template for the desktop detail and the phone detail.
On the mobile News page, seen here, news - Latest News (make sure you reduce the browser to a phone size) I have altered the module code generating the announcement list from {module_announcement,a,,,,} to the following so that it uses a mobile specific template (as suggested on the BC help page here Business Catalyst Help | Using custom templates for modules). The template is in the Templates folder.

But it isn't working yet, on selecting a news item link on the mobile version the detail loads but it is the desktop version not the mobile version. Is my code snippet wrong? The news items themselves have been assigned the desktop version template which I imagine could be the problem. Is there a way around this or do I have to create two sets of news announcements, one for desktop the other for phones?

Unable to load Adobe InDesign CC 2014 Type Library (Version 1.0)

I've just upgraded ID from CC to CC 2014 and now a script that had always run without issue now won't work. I get an error saying 'Unable to load Adobe InDesign CC 2014 Type Library (Version 1.0)'
The bit of code I was running was executing a little VB script copying files:

From trawling the net I can see stuff about the 'Resources for Visual Basic.tlb' file. I can see this in the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 10.0\en_GB\Scripting Support\10.1 folder but clearly it isn't registered or something similar.
Can anyone help me get past this problem?

Do you mean copy the 'Resources for Visual Basic.tlb' into the Version 9 folder?
If so I already have the file in there: "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 9.0\en_US\Scripting Support\9.0\Resources for Visual Basic.tlb" as well as the file in this location: "C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 10.0\en_US\Scripting Support\10.1\Resources for Visual Basic.tlb"
The only difference between the 2 installs that I can see is that v10 also has a locale for en_GB.

What is your iPod firmware number as shown in the iTunes summary page?
Is there any error message when you try to sync the vidoes?
