Unable to access apps and i tunes

i have had to cancel an old email address. As a result I can not use the app store as it is still asking for my old password with old email address. Can you advise what I should do PLEASE?

Does the issue occur when downloading apps from scratch or when updating apps?
- Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store
- If you see your old Apple ID email there then tap on it and sign out.
- Then sign into your current Apple ID

but we are not able to find service SRA001_PCAPPROVAL in
Activate and Maintain services (/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE) .
Could you please guide us how we can get those Odate services for application ,what are the activities we have to perform.

Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set this to Allow Changes.

Unable to access Apps on HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

Hi guys,
I can print wirelessly and print remotely using the ePrint apps on my iphone and ipad. Until recently, I have been able to access the apps, but this has stopped. I now get the following error message:
"The printer was unable to connect to the server. Chieck your internet connection and try again."
The internet connection is stable and fine. Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
Sorry to hear about the recent issue when trying to access apps on your Officejet Pro 8600, I would like to offer a few suggestions that may help.
Check for updates on the printer, Getting the Latest Firmware and Product Updates.
Power off the printer and ensure the power cord is connected to a wall out let.
Next you want to power reset the router. If it has a power button press that, if not, remove the power cord. Wait 60 seconds and then allow it to power back up. Once router is fully on, power up the printer.
Try to access an app, if it works there is no need to continue. If it doesn't, try the next suggestion.
Refer to this Thread answered by a colleague of mine happytohelp01 : Efax 7510 still won't work after turning off/on ePrint several times. Follow the steps to setup a Manual I.P and DNS for the printer over the network. The steps will be the same, if not very similar for your printer as the one in the above post.
Try to an app once done, if still unable, continue below.
Go back to the above Thread, rather than using the DNS suggested try this set; Primary DNS Server : 209.244.0.3 & Secondary DNS Server : 209.244.0.4.
Try to access an app, if the feature is still not working you will need to call HP's Cloud Support team. If you live in the USA/Canada, 1-855-785-2777. If you live outside the USA/Canada, click HERE to find the Technical Support number for your country/region.

Verisign VIP Access app and new iPhone 4 error 20228

I upgraded to the iPhone 4 from another iPhone and while recently logging into eBay I found out that my VIP app would not work on the new phone. App says " Unable to activate. Try downloading VIP Access again from the App Store. Error Code 20228." I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it from the App Store to the new phone and get the same error every time I launch it. I tried a Google search and the Verisign support site but came up empty. Any help would be apreciated.
Note: Once it is working I realize I'll need to update my credentials at each site I use it at as they can not be duplicated. That is not my issue here.

To add to this, I have downloaded the VIP Access app to my wifes iPhone 4 (which never had this app installed previously)and I get the same error.

Unable to access /irj and /nwa on the java netweaver 7.01 after update.

Unable to access the http://localhost:50100/irj and http://localhost:50100/nwa only http://localhost:50100 is working.
System info is also working.
Tried to check for different threads but none of them suggest any solution.

Hi Harshit,
You mention "Unable to access the http://localhost:50100/irj and http://localhost:50100/nwa only http://localhost:50100 is working."
But did you tried http://<HOST Name- FULL FQDN>:50100 ?
Check whether this is working alright if not then it is related to either firewall or some network config issue (e.g. DNS or IP resolution issue).

IPad mini retina "unable to download app" and play videos

Hi guys!
Just got an iPad mini with retina display,but can't download any app,not even upgrade iOS,it says "unable to download app".
Video streaming it's not working either on safari....for example won't play any music videos on You tube.
Anyone knows how can I make it work?

Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing, Wall Paper, Sound etc will be reset

I'm using iA Writer on my new iPad. I've opted to store doc's from this app on iCloud. Now I'm unable to access iCloud and retrieve my doc's so I can continue writing. Needless to say this is very frustrating. Is there a solution for this issue?

Please, need help. I'm using iA Writer. I opted to store doc's on iCloud and now I find I'm not able to access iCloud in order to retrieve said doc's. A solution to this dilemma would be greatly appreciated.

iA Writer on iDevice:
Look at the Storage List, there should be an iCloud entry (along with iPad/iPod/iPhone, and Dropbox). Choose iCloud to get a list of documents.
To write a new file: Be sure to have iCloud chosen in Storage. Create new doc, write and click on the Storage list. File is written to iCloud.
iA Wrtier on Mac:
Write file and save locally, then choose: File>iCloud>Move to iCloud.
To read a file: File>iCloud>[choose file name]
I should add that files read by iA Writer must be files created by iA Writer, either on same device/computer or another.

I may have misunderstood your post. If my ipad is not connected to the internet, I can still open a file I had saved on iCloud (only this is the "local" copy of it). When I'm done, it's saved locally but when I turn on wifi and access the file again and then press the Storage List icon, the file is saved to iCloud. Are you saying that you can't open a local copy when not connected to wifi?

Updated 1st gen iPad, unable to access apps.

I recently updated my 1st gen iPad and my pictures and music seems to have transferred but none of my apps did. I can see them but cannot open them, they are dark in appearance as they look before they have completed downloading. I accessed the app store and was able to download a new app...

I plugged in my ipad and ITunes says "iTunes was interrupted while restoring the contents of the iPad. Would you like to retore this iPad again now?". I pressed continue restore and a message came up that says "An error occurred while restoring this iPad (-1)". Im not sure where to go from here, or how to "unsync" and "resync".

TS3716 Unable to access Version 11 I-tunes

I bought an I-pod Classic. Every computer in my house has Version10/10.2 I-tunes installed. I actually installed Version 11 I-tunes on lap-top. I have no idea how to find it. When the Classic is plugged in, I still get the message that the I-pod requires Version 10.7 or later. How do I access/install Version 11 I-tunes. Already went to I-tunes.com and followed their download steps. Please help. Doesn't show up anywhere.

I can access the Internet but unable to access apps

I am actually on my iPod as I ask this question, but I cannot access YouTube, iTunes, or any of my apps that require Internet. But I can still use Safari!! I've tried to reset my network settings and connect to different wifi networks but nothing works. Help!!!

All I can suggest is to:
- Restore from backup
- Reset all settings Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts
and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore ot factory defaults/new iPod
