Unable to access "Cache Hierarchy Server" config pages

BM 3.9 SP2
NetWare 6.5 SP8
In iManager I am unable to access the Cache Hierarachy Server/Client config pages.
In IE7 the page is just blank
In FireFox I get the error "The timer value cannot exceed 1 hour"
Does anybody know how to fix this - it is urgent!
Thank you in advance

I saw this on another windows machine as well. I believe that the port should be 1800 and not 18100. Look into the emd.properties and check if they are configured correctly.

  • Safari 3.2.1 - now unable to access Window based server at work (Citrix)

I have recently bought a 2nd iMac and updated Safari 3.2.1 on both machines. Since then I have not been able to access the Windows based server at work (I work from home a lot) which is accessed using Citrix software and Java Applet etc. I am certain it is Safari as I am able to access my work server on my old iBook (which runs Safari 1.3.2). It is very frustrating as I am unable to work. IT services at work are unable to assist as they do not support Macs and Apple software. Anyone out there able to advise on what I need to do?
    Thanks
    elwoodJJ

Update: after months of wrangling with our IT dept (who do NOT support Macs) the problem has somehow been resolved. I do not believe it was OS x 10.5.6 problem but more related to the 'Client Server' Java Applets. We now have a single log-in procedure for the Citrix server which works perfectly well. So I am using the latest OS X, Citrix software and Safari apps.

In weblogic 10.3.6, when you deploy using console, you have to click on start button which appears in Deployments page.
Your weblogic.xml file should be as below:

I have tried looking for the root cause about why LiveCycle was not able to resume normally, didn't find anything related.

LiveCycle uses Gemfire as distributed cache for cluster members. If you are using TCP Locators (caching based on TCP instead of UDP), below are the possible situations which might lead to “ForcedDisconnectException” :
    - There is time difference between two nodes.
    - These is network connectivity issues.
    - The high CPU usage by the member crashed.

  • I am unable to access internet when server app is running on mac mini

I recently installed the server app on a mac mini.  With the app open, I am unable to connect to web pages through the mac mini.  I do not have this connection problem with the server app closed.  While I can see my IP address I am also not able to connect to the server.  Would love some advice how what I am doign wrong with the setup.
My ISP is a DSL through century link, the mac mini is hooked to a cisco E4200 v2 wireless router.

You'll need to go through the configuration of the server, sounds like something is off.
Have a look at this site http://www.mountainlionserver.com as well as the Apple support articles.

  • Unable to access version history of master page

    Hi,
I think i totally messed up the master pages, i'm not sure what i did, but i edited seattle.html master page and published it. Now i try to access the site, i get error : "Sorry something went wrong....blah..blah "
Now when i tried to restore the version history, it throws an error shown below. Please help me to resolve this. I think i just did it in production server.. a big blunder i guess.
    Many thanks !

    Hi Alex,
    Thanks for your response.
In anxiety i was trying many different things and i found a strange thing. The first screenshot below shows how i tried it earlier. I right click (after checking out the file of course) on the seattle.html and then when i select version history, it doesn't
    work.
But in the second screenshot if rather than right clicking, i just click on the file name and then from the next screen, at the right side there is a Version History table listing all the versions. So when i select a version, the Restore button activates
on the Ribbon and now i can restore from here without any issue.
And there is another approach, we can restore through design manager. But if your entire master page is screwed up totally, then you won't be able to go to your _layouts/15/DesignMasterPages.aspx in the first place.
So i would suggest people to try the second method (from designer pane).
    Shot 1:
    Shot 2:
But in any case, i truly acknowledge your advice and it was a close shave for me :) It was very risky. I'm going ahead with your advice and in fact need some more advice.
I'm going to do the below steps and need your advice on this:
    1. I will make a copy of seattle.html and i guess it will create .master for itself.
    2. Now i right click on the seattle.html and reset to site definition. So i guess it will like what it was by default.
    3. Now I associate the copy i made with my site.
    Thanks again !
    Kind Regards,
    prajK

  • Cannot access web integration server admin page

    Hi guys,
1)After Installing 9iAS and setting up all the configurations needed to run the sample test page .jsp file from the web integration server i get the following error....YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VIEW THIS PAGE.
2)What value to set for HTTP & HTTPS proxy under the URL-http://host_name.domain:5555 ?
3)I tried to change the port number of the HTTP LISTENER from inside the http://host_name.domain:5555 pressed OK.Now how to find the port number of he web integration server(previously it was http://host_name.domain:5555 but now the port number is changed without which i cannot login to the admin page of that server.)
Gimme a solution to these probs
    Thanx in advance,

I am trying to access our Production Enterprise Manager for the 10g AS.
When I try to access it I am getting an error:
    An error has occurred!
IOException in sending Request :: Connection refused: connect
So from the command line I check:
emctl status iasconsole and it says that
    EM Daemon is not running.
So then I type: emctl start iasconsole and it says:
An instance of Oracle 10g Application Server control is already running
Do you wish to shut down first?
If I say no, the startup is aborted. If I say yes then:
The OracleOracle10gASProdASControl service is not started?
What the heck does that mean? The status shows the Daemon is not started, but when I try to start it, it says it is already running? Can anyone help?
    Thank you,
    Jeff

  • Can't access BEFW11S4 v2.1 config page / PASSWORD PROBLEM

    Hello.
I have a BEFW11S4 version 2.1 wireless router. Recently, I had to reset it to factory defaults.
However, since then, I can't access it from my web browser at 192.168.1.1 URL. It keeps asking me my password.
I've tried the "admin" password (with login left blank), both login & password set to "admin", and also with my previous password. Nothing works. I'm always having the red & white error page.
I can remember the firmware is 1.45 or something.
This is very annoying since I can't access the router's setup, and I'd like to add a few computers to my wireless network.
At the moment, Internet is working throught wired computers (at least!!!).
Anyone can help me ??? Thx!

hi... firstoff hard reset the router... connect computer directly to the modem and go to www.linksys.com/download and download the latest firmware for the router... go to ftp.linksys.com/pub/network and download tftp.exe file and save it on computer...run tftp application and try upgrading firmware using tftp application...after upgrading firmware on the router reset it and try logging on to setup page...let me know if you have any issues.

  • Unable to load forms Application Server starting  page as comprd to earlier

I have insatalled my Allication in Forms Application server 10g and it was running succesfully up to yesterday.
All of a sudden my application got slow down, and it is taking more time to load my first page(say Logon.fmx).
Clearly to say a pop like "oracle Application Server Forms 10g" is displaying for more time rather than skipping to my Logon.fmx.
    pls help

I saw this on another windows machine as well. I believe that the port should be 1800 and not 18100. Look into the emd.properties and check if they are configured correctly.

  • Unable to connect to WRT54G2 config page

I recently (~month ago) switched to a new computer after my old one (which I had configured the router on previously with no problems) died. Since then, I have been unable to access my router's config page (entering in the ip address simply results in a blank page with no prompt for username/password). Switching browsers (I've tried Firefox 5 and IE 8) does not solve the problem, nor does disabling AdBlockPlus/NoScript on Firefox. Can any of you figure out a way to help me access my router so I can begin forwarding ports again?

It sounds like your not using the correct IP address of the router. The default IP address for the WRT54G2 is 192.168.1.1. Sometimes you may have to put an "http://" in front of the IP address. Another item to check is to see what IP address your computer is pulling down for its IP address when configured to obtain the IP address automatically from the router's internal DHCP server. Usually, unless the user changed the setting, the router starts numbering the client IP addresses at xxx.xxx.xxx.100 and up. So for example if your computer's IP address was 192.168.3.100, the router's IP address is probably 192.168.3.1.
One other suggestion is to disconnect/turn off all other devices connected to the router including any ISP modem hardware. Its possible another device is defaulting or has a static IP set to the same IP address the router is using and causing a conflict.
A last resort is to do a hard reset by holding in the reset button on the router for at least 30 seconds, then try to access the router's administration page by going to the IP address of 192.168.1.1.

  • Suddenly unable las 36 hrs to access yahoo mail server on iPad and iPhone. What is going on, how to fix?  Have tried resetting mail accounts to no avail.

Hold off on purchasing stuff. I got my problem solved going through Apple Support for free. I'll try to walk you through this but bear in mind I've only done it once with an Apple Tech Support manager on line.
Basically you have to clear your keychain. Go to Finder Menu, Select Go, select utilities, select Keychain Access
Once you are in keychain access you may have to enter a password to unlock the keychain
Once unlocked, select preferences and then reset my keychain.
This is where I am fuzzy on what we did but as I recall that was all that was necessary with respect to the keychain access.
    Save the changes
Go to the mail program, delete your existing account
    Add a new account
De-select the option to automatically set up your account (VERY IMPORTANT)
Enter your email account info for @me.com
On the incoming mail server page
Enter the account type as IMAP
Enter the account description as iCloud
Enter the incoming mail server to imap.mail.me.com
on the outgoing mail server page
Enter the account description as iCloud
Enter the outgoing mail server to smtp.mail.me.com
    Check use only this server
And your problems SHOULD be solved
If I were you, before messing with the Keychain stuff I'd try editing the incoming and outgoing server address in the mail program first to see if that's a shortcut.
    Good luck!

  • Help: can't access router's config page

Hi, Anyone else having this issue? Whether is via WiFi or Wired, I can't access the router's config page. Thank you.

hectorresto725 wrote: ... I can't access the router's config page. ...What is the device model number? If it's a Comcast gateway try pressing the (probably recessed) Reset button (use a toothpick or similar), and then log in to http://10.0.0.1/ with userid "admin" and password "password". • BT HH3 unable to contact SMTP Hotmail server, but ...

My HH3 has for the last two months been unable to access Hotmail SMTP server (which previously it happily connected to for months). I swapped it with my old BT Home hub (the earlier model) which works fine. I'm using the same computer (a MacBook Pro) running the same Mail application that I've always used. I've tried a factory reset on the HH3 which made no difference. Strangely, the HH3 will allow me to access the BT mail server (POP & SMTP). I've cross checked the configuration settings for the HH3 and my previous HHub, and I can't see any differences.   Any help gratefully accepted.

If you had changed the username & password while installing the router for the first time ... use that ... if not then use only admin as in the password .... if both are not working you have ot reset the router ...
After reset admin password should work ......
