Unable to access contents of KM repository.

Hi,
1.) whenever i try to insert a word doc, ppt or xls file on in the Local repository via SI80 transaction code or via SAP knowledge warebench. It gives an error
"Could not retrieve the functional templete for editing process".
i have to insert the file as Multimedia Object.
2.) whenever i try to Checkin a file to the SAP repository it gives a error
   "File transfer error was reported my KW, file(s) could not be transferred"
  Note:- I am ablt to insert the file in the local repository, this error comes when i try to check in the file from local repository to SAP repository.
3) There is a file (Multimedia object ->jpg file )  in SAP repository. when I try to view it via SI80 transaction in web browser (ctrlshiftF6) it opens the SAP working directory "C:\Documents and Settings\abhishek\SapWorkDir" and a error message is displayed "Invalid operation".
when i try to open the same file from knowledge workbench it gives a error "Physical  info object was not created in your local repository "
Can you please suggest any solutions on these errors.

I don't know how helpful this will be, for previously there was a poster here, David Gimeo Gost who is a guru with Mail, but he has not posted for a long time. As your post is getting old, here is an attempt to offer some advice.
The outbox is, as you have probably guessed, the repository for emails that failed to send, usually because the intended recipient's server is down, and they will sit there temporarily until Mail tries to send them later. Another possibility is that the address is invalid.
If either of these things happen, you will be informed that it could not send the email and place it in your outbox until it tries again later. You should be able to see the contents.
If the outbox shows (7) items but on clicking on it there are none, and you have not received any message notifying you of failed delivery, then it may well be that there is nothing in there, and that the supposed (7) emails is some display error occurring in Outbox.
If you agree with this line of thought, you could simply delete the outbox by
1. Have Mail closed.
2. locate the ~/Library/Mail/Mailboxes/Outbox.mbox
and drag it to the Desktop. Opening Mail will create a fresh one, and hopefully one that shows no 'phantom emails'. You can always save the old one in another location until you are satisfied that there was nothing that failed to send.
One thing to be mindful about is that when Mail's mailboxes get too large, erratic behaviour can result. In 10.3 this can happen if your mailbox starts to build into several hundred MBytes or more.

    Here is what worked for me:
      My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.

  • Unable to access contents of "Out" box

    This forum was extremely helpful last time I encountered a mysterious snafu, so I am looking for help again.
    Whenever I open my Mail application, the window that shows first is whichever mailbox (In, Out, Drafts, Sent, Trash, etc.) I had open when I last quit the program. If this original window happens to not be the list of emails I need to begin my task, I will click on another of the mailbox or folder listings showing in the side 'drawer', extending left or right of this Mail window (i.e. to read new In mail). All of these mailboxes, with the exception of the "Out" box, are immediately preceeded by a right pointing arrow (flag?), which when clicked turns down and reveals the multiple contents therein. Also, the "In" box in this drawer always indicates in parentheses and bold italics the number of unread e-mails, when applicable.
    Recently, random emails have been getting caught in the "Out" box (not being sent), and the "Out" box in my side drawer now indicates in bold parentheses that there are seven emails trapped there, and I am unable to access the contents of this mailbox to attempt to re-send the emails that are occasionally getting stuck there. Normally, I have been able to still send email most of the time since noticing this situation, and there appears to be no obvious pattern regarding which mail does actually get sent and which gets jammed up in this "Out" box. When I do click on the "Out" mailbox (the only one with no arrow), the resulting "Out" window indicates 0 messages (0 bytes), yet as mentioned, it suggests a content of seven emails in the mailbox list of the drawer.
    First, how can I get to these inaccessible emails to either delete or re-send them? Next, how can I prevent future emails from randomly getting trapped and becoming lost, and why isn't my "Out" window showing a list of these seven emails much like any other mailbox will show all of its contents? Lastly, is there something on my hard drive which requires reconfiguration?

    Yes, it was a feature.
    I contact MS Support and this was the powershell cmdlet that solve the issue:
    Disable-SPFeature –identity Publishing -URL <sitecollection url>
    Enable-SPFeature -Identity Publishing -url <sitecollection url> -Force
    Or using the Feature Id
    Enable-SPFeature -Identity "c769801e-2387-47ef-a810-2d292d4cb05d" -Url "<sitecollection url>" - force
    The -force parameter was very important for the issue resolution.

    Thanks so much! I am backing up the entire computer now with an external hard drive - this should be fine right? And surely if I am backing up the whole computer these projects/videos will be backed up too? I wasn't sure how to do this any other way and I am clearly not great with tech issues.     This is fun BTW. Two days and two different silly errors applying themselves arbitrarily. Yesterday was the network, today its this.

    heres the fix i used for on a Mac
    1. While in the Finder, select the menu command Finder > Preferences.
    2. In the General panel, ensure the option "Connected Servers" is selected under the heading "Show these items on the desktop:", then close the preferences dialog box.
    3. Choose the menu command Finder > Hide Others.
    4. Close all open Finder windows to ensure you can see all items on your desktop.
    5. If you locate what appears to be a mounted volume with the name "Users", Control + Click on its icon and choose the contextual menu command Eject "Users".
    6.  Add or update your article(s).
    7.  Cross fingers
    8. If doesn't work ask for a refund

  • Unable to access time machine backup. The folder "Documents" can't be opened because you don't have permission to see its contents.

    My MacBook Pro with 750GB storage refuses to startup due to a problem with logic board (unfortunately I'm in Singapore and there is no Apple store here and zero customer support).  I'm trying to access some of the files from the time machine back-up using my MacBook Air with 120GB storage, but I'm unable to open the backup.  I receive an error message "you don't have permission to see its contents". Unable to access time machine backup. The folder “Documents” can’t be opened because you don’t have permission to see its contents.
    I don't really want to migrate the data from the time machine to the MacBook Air as I simply don't have sufficient storage space on the MacBook Air.  The iPhoto library which I'm trying to access is 200GB, which is more than the size of the MacBookAir.
    Is there any way I can view the photos and documents stored on the time machine backup.

    When you setup the Mac, you created a Admin user account with say name X
    You ran Migration Assistant and it migrated user Y from the Windows machine.
    User Y has different permissions than User X.
    User X can't normally access User Y's account.
    So what you do is log out of User X via the Apple menu and into User Y, this way you have permission to access the files.
    If you want to transfer files from User Y to User X account
    Transfer files between user accounts on the same machine instructions
    Finder > Go menu > Computer
    A window appears with your boot drive, double click on it to open
    Inside is Users folder, double click to open it
    Inside is your User accounts, double click on the one you want to send files too
    Double click on the Public folder drop the files into the DropBox folder,
    The permissions will change and can be used in the other user account when you log into it and moved to the appropriate folders.
    Applications are typically installed and kept in the Applications folder which is a global access folder all users can access to run them from, but not all users can modify unless they are a Admin user.
    Windows programs won't run on a Mac, but they can be instaled into a virtual machine program that is running Windows.

    I have Photoshop Elements 8 and upgraded to Plus but am not able to access themes, content, etc. that are Plus eligible. Any suggestions? I have tried twice through support and online to no avail.

    When I'm in Editor, I see the themes, some have a gold bar (which I understand is for Plus people) these are the ones that I can't use, when I click on them, nothing happens. When I click on the others they open fine. I haven't opened both Elements and Premier, just Elenments 8 as that is what I have. I'll check it out. Is it possible some some setting that needs to be changed? Thanks for your help!

    Well, I don't work for Adobe or Photoshop.com -- and I don't know enough about your situation to even guess.
    But:
    a) You've logged in to Photoshop.com with both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, right?
    b) Both programs are fully registered and activated using your Adobe ID, right?
    c) In Premiere Elements, under Themes, do you see any themes listed that have a blue or yellow ribbon over and upper right or upper left corner?

  • Unable to access reports/content in Infoview

    I have a strange issue in InfoView. It was working normal till yesterday.
    Once I login into InfoView, clicking on "documents list" does not take me any further. Clicking on My favorites does the same. The log out option is no more available once I login. Same issue when clicking on preferences.
    I have no problems accessing content/reports through the rich client and widgets, that part works fine.
    I have tried logging in with Administrator and users with full control. And I have checked the user security on InfoView application in CMC.
    Version of IE is 8.0.7601.17514 and this is happening on both Win 2008 and Win 7....(but it has always been working till yesterday).
    Browser zoom is set to 100% and IE compatability mode is enabled.
    I also tried in firefox but with no luck.
    Any suggestions appreciated.

    It turned out to be that the InfoViewApp and InfoViewAppAction files in TomCat somehow got corrupted. Once we redeployed them, InfoView starting working normal. So the issue has been resolved.

    Hi there,
    Do you have icloud account? You need firstly turn off find my iphone (by go to icloud.com -->sign in --> go to "Find my iphone" and erase your iphone in it). And then you restore your iphone with DFU mode.
    When you erase your Find my iphone and if you can not restore, your iphone has a problem with hardware.

    I am Unable to access applications in workspace and shared services on EPM 11.1.1.3. It happened after normal shutdown/startup scripts were run.
    But when I reconfigure the Weblogic web server and run the services again I can access the applications.This is happening frequently now.
    Is this anything related to user profiles on the server as we are migrating these to other server.
    Can any one help me with this .

    You must first check if you have configured the web server to include the hfm/planning products.
    Then you can refer to the thread below:

    The latter definitely applies to version 9.3.1, but it could be helpful.

    i have built my netbeans project and obtained the hequalifies.jar file . unfortunately when i'm trying to run this jar file from the prompt command I'mgetting the error: unable to access jar file

    when i obtained the .jar file i also obtained a README.txt file in which it is written the following phrase:

    specified in the manifest,the content of the Class-Path element has to be on the projects runtime path.
    I'M SORRY BUT I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS MEANT BY: what is "the projects runtime path"?

    I am trying to install IOS8 on my iphone using ITUNES and I am unable to do it. After following the entire process at the end it says that the memory is full and I am automatically disconnected. I am also unable to access my phone, when I turn the phone on it appears a red itunes button together with a charger.

    You'll need to install Flash Player 10.3.183.90, the last version supported for OS X 10.5.8. Download the archive zip file, http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.90_archive.z ip, and extract the contents. Then navigate inside the 10_3_r183_90 directory and use the file named flashplayer_10_3r183_90_mac_intel.dmg.

  • Error message at start-up Unable to access Jar file

    I am a consumer, not a business...and not an IT professional. I am running Vista and have not installed any new software recently.
    At every start-up, I get a pop-up titled Java Virtual Machine Launcher. The message says "Unable to access jar file". C:\users\user\.jnana.jnana.tsa.
    Any idea how to fix this?
