Unable to access Homescreen on iPhone 4
Hi, my daughter has an iPhone 4 that is displaying the following message;
iPhone is disabled
connect to iTunes
>slide for emergency
I have tried to connect to iTunes but the phone is not being recognised even though there is an iTunes account for it. The handset is an old one of mine and is around 3 and half years old. Any ideas of how I can sort this out will be appreciated. Many thanks

I am having the same problem. Nothing is going right since I upgraded. My ringtones do not work, I suddenly receive a notice of a new voicemail and my phone never rings! Also, I will be viewing a website and suddenly the phone turns itself off. Lastly, I plug my phone into my PC today to sync and all of my music is gone from the phone but visible in my iTunes!
I know it is not just me as I have several co-workers who are experiencing some of the same problems. AT&T says it is Apple, Apple says it is AT&T. I just want the problems fixed! -
Updated to OSX Mavericks on iMac and now unable to access internet on iPhone or iPad.
iMac seems to be working ok, but would like to know how to get my ipad and phone working again please.
Were you using your Mac as the wifi hot spot? If so, the settings might of been changed during the install.
Double check to see if your Mac is putting out a wifi signal and check your Sharing prefernces.

I am unable to access iCloud because my iPhone states that my Apple ID and\or password is incorrect. Based on Apple's own policy my current ID and P/W should be fine to access iCloud. Any suggestions?

I am trying to install IOS8 on my iphone using ITUNES and I am unable to do it. After following the entire process at the end it says that the memory is full and I am automatically disconnected. I am also unable to access my phone, when I turn the phone on it appears a red itunes button together with a charger.

Using the personal hotspot feature on the iPhone 5, I am able to connect to the internet. We also use Juniper NCP client to access our local system from a remote location. A VPN connection is created, but I am unable to access servers in our network. This same functionality works using my colleagues iPhone 4.
Both phones are running iOS 6.1.3. I tried to reset network settings, but still unable to ping servers in our network. This is a feature that our sales team relies heavily on when out of the office. Hoping someone has some suggestions on what is different between the 2 phones.Hi,
Generally, this issue should be related with something called split tunneling, since you’re using a F5 vpn client, you need to look for something related to split tunneling in the F5 VPN client's documentations.

Unable to access my .xls file in iPhone or iPad using Icould drive. Request help.
I installed iCloud drive in my mac and saved a .xls file to be viewed and used with my iPad and iPhone. Though these devices are upgraded to IOs8 and Icloud drive is 'on' in these devices, I am unable to access this particular file in iPad or iPhone. Request help on how to open, view and amend files thru iPhone or Ipad.

Hello! Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 5s to IOS 7.1, I am unable to access the iPhone Keyboard if I access contacts using the recent calls tab. I am also unable to access the keyboard if I want to search for a contact as long as I went through the recent calls tab. Has anyone a fix for this problem? If you want to try it out, do the following?
Dial a number from your iPhone Keypad. After cutting the call, try to save the number you just dialled to your contacts by choosing the new contact option. You will see that you will not be able to key in the name of your new contact.Works fine for me.
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset. -

When my iphone connects to wifi, everything else in my house will not connect to the internet. They all show 3 to 4 bars on connection strength, but unable to access the internet. The second I turn off the wifi on my iphone, everything in my house runs fine. What is going on?
Had a similar problem a number of years ago with a laptop my daughter had. The probelm turned out to be the router. What kind of router do you have? Have you checked for firmware updates, or at least tried re-booting it?

Click on the AppStore application on iPhone. Click FEATURED. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click on your AppleID. In the Menu sign out then sign back in.
If this doesnt work, repeat the above; when you get to the menu after clicking on your appleID in the app store click, VIEW APPLE ID. Once you do that you should be able to change the store in the country/region settings.
