Unable to access my account

Hi,
I have just joined BT .
I have BT infinity and set up for paperless billing during my order.
Every things up and running just fine.
Got email from BT saying my online bill is ready.
So I log into my BT account no probe so far.
Then it tells me I need to verify my email account.
Press button to send link my inbox ok so far.
Said receive email press link to verify email.
Takes me to log in page....log in ECT...
Then same message "unable to verify your email address due to technical issue"
How can I pay my online bill if I can't see it
Very frustrated please help..:-]

There may be a technical problem so best to try again tomorrow (if you haven't tried before today that is). If you still get no joy ask Live Chat for advice - they are usually more sensible than the telephone helpdesk.

    You can eirther I think go on ITunes or if you can get to settings you would just go to iCloud.

    I changed my AppleID password and now my iPad2 is locked with a message... "iCloud Backup is unable to access the account. Review your account information in Settings."     It will not allow me to unlock the device or go to settings or ignore the message.   Suggestions?

    I have the exact same problem. I have since gone into iCloud via my PC to reset my iCloud password, but did not help. Can someone pls help!!!!!!!!!!!

    Passwords are case sensitive and an numeric 0 is often mistaken for an alpha O.  Please verify your entry.
    If unable see here, click the down arrow on the right hand side and select Windows 7
    We are aware that there is a problem with this update concerning the Memphis S motherboard.

    But it sure would be nice if there was an official statement from Apple concerning this.

    I got the same message qhen using iTunes thru my computer. With the same gift card i got the message that the card had already been redeemed.  I tried 3 different brand new cards. All the same. Contact the support is advice I got.

    Update your iOS. Go to appleid.apple.com and update pw.
    Reboot ipad by pressing and holding both the home and power buttons for 10-15sec. until the apple logo appears on screen, then let go.

    i had purchased a game for my kid, and after he played for a while, there was a message that popped up saying that iCloud backup can not access my account and it has 2 buttons on it, one says ignore, the other says settings, but none of them does anything when i touch them and my iPad is frozen i can not do anything on it. the message says to review my account info in settings, but it won't let me get into settings or restart the iPad, it doesn't even let me slide to unlock my iPad. please tell me what i can do to slove this problem. thank u!

    I had the same problem and I found this answer to a similar question to ours, so I copied and pasted it for you
    Reset the device by holding down the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time for approximately 10 seconds.  After it resets the message will be gone and you can go to settings > icloud and put in your password.
    That seems to be a bug with the password alert where it won't respond correctly sometimes.

  • Unable to access iTunes account

    For the past few weeks (and potentially much longer, as I have only recently checked), I have not been able to access my iTunes account. I have checked and double checked everything i could think of - my password is correct, it is not my internet connection (as i have attempted viewing my account while at different friends' houses), and i have tried at different times of the day (thinking it might have been site traffic), as well as signing out and back in - nothing has helped.
    Every time i try, the same message pops up: "Could not complete the iTunes store request. The store may be busy. Check your internet connection or try again later."
    This is especially frustrating because it means that i can't normally report any purchase issues, nor manage my reviews (or change my nickname, which is what i was originally trying to do!).
    I am at a loss for what else to try. Any help would be really appreciated!

    I organised an allowance for my son and then set up an account for him. He received the email verification email. We responded to that, successfully according to the message we saw. Now I cannot we cannot access the account we set up. The debit for $20 has gone through my account, but there is no record of it in my "account" section when I am signed it. I also cannot see that there is a purchase history in the account section. Apple, you have my money, my son wants to be able to download music and apps NOW. Why can we not access the account we set up for him?

  • "icloud backup is unable to access the account" first on iPhone, then on iPad

    last week, my iphone4s running ios6 suddenly lost contact with iCloud. it continually prompts me for my password and can access none of my iCloud email, photo stream, or backup. entering the correct password has no effect, nor does rebooting or resetting.
    i logged onto iCloud on my macbook pro using safari (and the known-good password) and changed my password.
    my iPhone prompted me for the new password, which i entered, but that did not fix the problem.
    my iPad3, running ios6, prompted me for my new password. i entered it. now it's behaving like the iPhone -- it continually prompts me for an iCloud password, and does not accept it.
    to confirm that i do in fact know my new password, i used it once again in desktop Safari to log into iCloud.
    all devices are out of warranty; i'm not sure how to proceed.

    i think i solved it.
    on my iPhone, i deleted the iCloud account (along with contacts, etc from the phone) and re-added it.
    the one i deleted ends in mac.com, and the one i added ends in iCloud.com, EVEN THOUGH the mac.com, me.com and iCloud.com are all registered to my mac id. and up until last week, it has always worked.

  • I'm unable to access multiple accounts from one computer on Apple TV.

    I have an imac running OSX (10.5.8). There are three accounts on the computer, and each one is connected to Home Sharing using the same account.
    Whenever I try to access the files on accounts (other than the first one signed on), I get a message saying that it cannot access the library. However, each account is signed on with their itunes open. The first account to sign on when the computer is started-up never has an issue. It's each other account.
    Does anybody have any information regarding this? I'm really at a loss for what to do.

    I don't have any problems doing the same thing, do they share content, are they all using admin accounts.

  • Unable to access sub account management

    When attampting to manage sub accounts that were prevoiusly set up, I see no listing for the accounts.
    I know the accounts are set up and working, how do I access them to make changes?

    So, when you into my verizon and under manage sub-accounts, you are not seeing any of your sub-accounts.  That is probably because your sub-accounts may have been compromised and possibly got deleted.    I know some email accounts have been compromised. Verizon is sending out emails about it.
