Unable to access my creative cloud account. It request I verify my email, but the email on file is deactivated.

I've had a Creative Cloud account for over a year now, I recently purchased AE (After Effects) went to download it and I received a message "Verify your e-mail." The e-mail its requesting me to verify has been deactivated, I went into my "manage accounts" and the e-mail address (creative cloud is requesting me to verify) is not  listed as my main nor back up email address. Please help me figure out how can I re-set the my email address for creative cloud, therefore I can download AE.

  • I Can't Access my Creative Cloud account on my Desktop.

    I frequently use AE Premiere Pro, photoshop, and many other Creative Cloud apps. I used to get these messages that would pop up in the upper right hand of my screen saying that it "couldn't sync with creative cloud" or that it "couldn't log in". I didn't think much of these messages, because i didn't really need to update the apps i use, and I didn't even need to be connected to creative cloud to use them. But recently the new After Effects update that includes the Cinema 4D Lite came out, and I've been wanting to update After Effects, but since I can't access Creative aCloud on my desktop, I can't. I have changed my password at least 3 times, and on my browser, I can log in to my Adobe ID just fine, so I tried to download the update from there, but it just redirected me to the desktop version of Creative Cloud. It's very frustrating, and I NEED HELP!

    You should be able to install the Creative Cloud application from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud when signed in with your Adobe ID. This application will handle downloading and installing CC or CS6 applications.

  • I keep getting "You've been logged out" when I try to access my Creative Cloud account.

    I have un-installed and then re-installed the program. Confirmed that my log in credentials are accurate by loggin into the Adobe site via the web. No issue. I am using Windows 8.1. I saw a post that said to remove the opm.db file, but I cannot find that on Windows 8 (Users > My Profile > AppData> Local > Adobe > OOBE >opm.db file. This path does not exist on my computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

  • Creative Cloud Enterprise: Is there a way to choose where the package temp files are downloaded?

    I am an Enterprise Admin and have to use a Windows computer to download and create different Creative Cloud packages. The temp package files first download to the C:\ (system drive) and then the actual package in the location you specified; usually on another drive/partition. I have to make the C:\ partition (by re-partitioning) much larger than normal size in order to make temp package files to fit if I don't the C:\ drive fills up and the package creation just stops/fails with no messages displayed. Could an option be made to direct where you want the the temp package files to be held such as selecting a different hard drive/partition to store them?
    I create both 32 and 64 bit CC packages.

    Hi, It is Christmas morning 10:00 am. Someone gave me a number from straighttalk to go to so called apple support who then told me to locate my serial # on the back of my phone being my phone got frozen. I opened back, Im totally new to Iphones my boyfriend gave it to me as a present. I am thinking since i was an android user before Iphone that these idiots must of thought i was using an android.     I wonder why when it would be a downgrade form the version 4.7 my subscription give me access to. There does not seem to any training that uses 4.7 I was lucky enough to find some that uses 4.6 and it covers things about the design view. I thinking since a lot of the material to learn it is kind-a-outdated (and still referrers a lot to design view) that it would be good to learn it with access to design view. This way I will understand what they mean and can distinguish between features. Thanks

    Basically I have had my creative cloud account for over a year and recently at work they just set me up with one. Can I keep both active on the same computer? My home laptop is sometimes used to do work so I would like to access files on either cloud drive as well as share program settings.

    This is essentially my question as well - I have a personal CC account and I would like to use my personal libraries on my work computer.
    Since that involves signing in to CC on my work computer, I am wondering if that will mess up my employer's CC license on my computer (or in general)

  • I have a problem accessing TypeKit as part of my Creative Cloud account

    Does anyone know how I can reset my access to TypeKit as part of my Creative Cloud account please?
    Last year I had to change my details on Adobe and my username on CC has not been kept inline with that on TypeKit and this is causing me not to be able to access TypeKit.
    If I can reset things I would then be able to access TypeKit as normal.

    I'm doing a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) and my college has a Adobe Creative Cloud site license. I was wondering if it is possible to use my Creative Cloud account on the college machines without it affecting my student license?
    The reason I am asking is due to my need to access my own Typekit library for the artwork I create in class.

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    You had purchased CC on March 4th, 2014,
    The Creative Cloud individual that you have can be activated on one more machine, as one CC allows two activation, till now it is activated only once.
    In future if you want to switch machine, you will need to deactivate it first & then re activate on other machine.

    Regarding the creative Cloud site license, it can be installed only via packaging (CCP) & it is a volume licensed product, it can be used only on the machine on which it is installed.

    I would make sure that you computer can communicate with the Adobe servers. Go thru the steps in this help doc & check the hosts file

    Then I would suggest to go thru the steps in this help page and remove the OPM.db file.
