Unable to access new sub account

Hi, I recently set up a new email sub account, all seemed to go smoothly but when I try to log in, I get the following message
-We're experiencing some technical difficulties...
We’re sorry, but BT Yahoo Mail can't load due to a temporary error. You can try again shortly or visit our help pages for ways to troubleshoot the issue.
Temporary error: 2
Would appreciate some asistance, thanks

  • Can't log on to new sub-account

    Like others here, I am unable to access my email account through the BT site. I set up a new sub-account 2 days ago and each time I try to log on, I get a message saying that there is difficulty accessing my Yahoo account (I thought I had BT account) and to continue by using the Yahoo site. When I go there, I get messages saying it doesn't recognise my address/password, which BT presumably did. If I follow the forgotten password route, it asks me a security question (where I was born) which wasn't one of the questions when I set up the new sub-account. Can anybody suggest a solution, please?

  • Unable to access my ee account

    I have been unable to access my ee account online for almost 2 weeks. My username and password are accepted and then I receive a landing page error and cannot go any further, The whole ee site was down last week for a day too. Has anyone else experienced any issues with this?

    Close the mail app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
    then do a reset, no data loss.  Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

  • Creation of new sub-accounts

    I am attempting to create a new sub-account for my daughter, but the "Manage Sub-Account" button does nothing.
    Does anyone know how to create a new sub-account or how to get this working?

    I am unable to log into my iCloud account through the web and apps on iOS and OS X that's connected to iCloud... Now I'm being disconnected from already logged in apps and is making reenter my password, but even when I do, it gives me an error. On the website all it says is 'iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to server'. But when I tried using my old iCloud account, it was easily accessible... Can somebody help me out? This is very inconvenient...

  • Downloaded IOS 8.0.2 yesterday and the iCloud is still downloading, I am also unable to access my Facebook account, the problem is definitely on my iPad because I can access Facebook on my android phone....soooo frustrating I don't even want iCloud

    Your iPhone's iOS must be same or newer than the one in backups. In your case it is older so you need to update your iPhone and then recover it with backup.

    Hi all. 
    I'm almost ready to toss this iPhone out the window but thought I should bring my problems to the community first.  Who knows....perhaps someone else has had this issue.
    So after the last iOS push to 6.0.1 (10A523) I have been unable to access any of my email accounts.  (I have a gmail acct, yahoo acct, & a couple of domain pop accounts....nothing fancy or complicated).   I'm in the network services space, so I can get around fairly well w/ server/desktop/laptop/mobile devices so if you respond feel free to be as technical like. 
    So here are the basic facts surrounding the problem that started with the latest iOS push:
    Accessing mail app = device pauses/hangs for @ 3 seconds and drops me back to the main iPhone screen.
    Accessing "Settings" = device immediately drops me back to the main iPhone screen.
    Settings + General + Reset + Erase All Content and Settings = standard reset/reboot process, standard device setup, + restore from back-up = device restores to previous device condition including mail app showing 10 messages (as it has shown since this became an issue), and I am back at square 1 and can not access mail, can not access mail through settings etc. 
    Thoughts?

  • I'm unable to get Java to work with the latest update to Firefox ... version 5.0 My java is up to date ... I'm unable to access my work account as Java is required to access. What can I do?

    recently updated to firefox 5.0 .. after doing so, Java is missing. I've tried to download Java and when doing so, still does not work. I use a Mac, I also use Safari.. (when in Safari) I have no issues.
    I am no unable to access my work intranet. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Firefox, NO LUCK. I've uninstalled Java and reinstalled.. NO LUCK (although it will work with Safari).

  • Registering a new sub account email

    has anyone else had the following issue ?
    i have contacted bt,s help desk been referred to their "level2" help desk , but still no resolution.
    i dont have any "extras" on the "mybt" page so cannot create an email sub account for my daughter.
    the help pages are very specific but as i dont have the extras i cannot follow the advice.
    the level 2 help guy claimed i hadnt been properly moved across from the yahoo set up and said he had resolved the issue for me ....result , "same as before"...no good, getting bored with it all , usual pain in the neck service. spent 45 mins with the "basic level" help service, who couldnt do anything except refer me to "level2", number i was called on is a one way number so it looks like back to square one !! HELP ME !!!!

  • New sub-account email not working

    Was to receive a phone call from a support Manager today (8/31/11).
    Did not receive it.
    Not surprised. (Will call you back with a solution, promise we will).
    My sub-account email address of:{edited for privacy} is not working.
    When I try to send to this email, the verizon email servers are giving me an error message: "this is an invalid email address"
    When I send to {edited for privacy}it works.
    I guess this "{edited for privacy}" is linked to "{edited for privacy}"?
    Try to figure this one out.
    Please fix this!

    I have not/did not receive an email from Mozilla with a usable password re-set so that I can start using my new email program... the incoming server is: mail.citysuburban.com and my user name is [email protected] Please help to get up & running. Thank you, Paul T. Maltese

    There is nothing either Mozilla or anyone in this forum can do about it. You'll need to contact your email provider.
    For setting up an account in Thunderbird you'll have to have a working password. You choose the password when creating the account with your email provider.
    For password reset options you'll have to check with your email provider.

  • I currently use iCloud on a MacBook Pro. I opened my iBook G4 that I haven't used in several years and am unable to access my MobileMe account with many stored emails that I would like to transfer to the MacBook Pro. I have tried all of the passwords.

    I currently use iCloud on a MacBook Pro. I opened my iBook G4 that hasn't been used in years. I have many email messages that i would like to transfer to the MacBook Pro, but every password I use to access MobileMe is not accepted. Any suggestions on retrieving or transferring the emails?

    MobileMe was discontinued around 2 years ago.  Anything on the MMe servers are long gone. The MMe passwords are uselsess because MMe is no more.
    Unless you created an iCloud account back before MMe was taken off line you won't be able to recover any emails.
