Unable to access the subscription I just purchased.

Anyone having trouble purchasing a subscription? I tried twice, got charged twice. Still nothing in my account. Even under subscriptions there is nothing. I sent an email to support. Since they are not open today. I have never had this much trouble purchasing a subscription from anyone.

    Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .

  • I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. Why am I unable to access the program?

    I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 13. I think it was installed. The title shows in my 'Downloads File'. I have tried double clicking on 'install' in the downloads file. All I get is a page of data that doesn't seem to do anything. When I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 there was no problem. The apps appeared on my monitor and I went to work. What appears on my monitor for Photoshop 13 is a file picure. When I click on it I go to the Downloads File. Can anyone help me?

    I have version 5.7 and every time I opened it I was told that updates are available and to click on the icon to access these.  Instead it just took me to the
    adobe page with nowhere visible to update.  I then  sought to download lightroom cc and this is when I could not access the 'develop' section due to reduced
    functionality  It was apparent that my photos had been put in cc but no way to access them unless I wanted to subscribe. 
    I have since remedied the problem as  my original lightroom 5.7 icon is still available on the desktop and have gone back to that.  I do feel that this is a bit
    of a rip off and an unnecessary waste of my time though.

    First, try a system reset.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
    If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."

    Hello! Ever since I upgraded my iPhone 5s to IOS 7.1, I am unable to access the iPhone Keyboard if I access contacts using the recent calls tab. If you want to try it out, do the following?
    Dial a number from your iPhone Keypad. After cutting the call, try to save the number you just dialled to your contacts by choosing the new contact option. You will see that you will not be able to key in the name of your new contact.

    Works fine for me.
    Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

    Keep the old OS around and just kick the tires and test new OS. Apple has a history and habit of breaking support in things like this.
    You can use TimeMachine as one level of backup, and even there there were changes with Lion, I would always recommend foremost backup clones of every volume. And clone (SuperDuper etc) can be stored on something like HP NAS Media Server which also was supporting TimeMachine, iTunes - until Apple made that harder and more their own proprietary format.

    Rather than "upgrade" I would clone the system, and do a clean install, then allow Setup Assistant to import your files.

  • UNABLE to access the Filter Gallery

    Good morning,
    Per this screen shot, I am unable to view or access the filter gallery and I would very much like to. 
    The history portion of the screen shot shows my workflow.
    First I opened an image and then opened a Curves adjustment layer.  Because I only wanted to change the luminosity values, I then changed the Blending Mode from Normal to "Luminosity".  Then I made a minor Curves adjustment, followed by forming a new layer via copy of my original background layer.
    At that time, I was unable to access the filter gallery.
    I therefore converted that layer I had just created into a smart object but, as the screen shot demonstrates, am still unable to access the filter gallery.
    Any thoughts?  I am running CS6 on a Mac and I am working in Adobe RGB image mode, 16 bit.

    Additionally, your assertion that having this layer saved as a smart object as the cause of the problem seems incorrect.
    For example, I can use artistic filters on this layer of an 8-bit image, which is a smart object.
    Are there any ARTISTIC plug ins available that work in 16 bit?

    Since 2-3 days the data refresh is failing on our PowerBI site. I checked below:
    1. The gateway is in running status.
    2. Data source is also in ready status and test connection worked fine too.
    3. Below is the error in System Health -
    Failed to refresh the data source. An internal service error has occurred. Retry the operation at a later time. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft support for further assistance.        
    Error code: 4025
    4. Below is the error in Event Viewer.
    Unable to access the data from Data Management Gateway: Query timeout expired. Please check 1) whether the data source is available 2) whether the gateway on-premises service is running using Windows Event Logs.

    Never mind, figured out there was a lock on SQL table which caused all the problems. Once I released the lock it PowerPivot refresh started working fine.
