Unable to access Weblogic console

Hi,
I am using Jdev 11.1.1.3.0. I have started the Integration Server and it is successful.
It is bout to port 7101
I ahve tried to access the weblogic console or EM at
http://127.0.0.1/em
http://127.0.0.1/console but I get a 404 page not found error
but when I try http://127.0.0.1/ I can see the Welcome page with all the components SOA EM Console listed
Please help
Thanks
Ashrita

Hi Ashrita,
In your URL it looks like the PORT is missing for Example If your WebLogic Server is running on your Local Box and the Port of it is 7001 then you must try to open the AdminConsole using:
http://127.0.0.1:7001/console
The following URL will work only when your WebLogic Server will be running on port 80.....
http://127.0.0.1/console
Because the 80 is default HTTP listen port so in the URL you wont be able to see Post number.
So Please check in which Port your WebLogic Server is RUNNING and then add that Post Number as well in the URL. like:
http://<WLSHostName>:<Port>/console
Thanks

  • Unable to access Admin Console

    Hi,
    I have installed Oracle Database11g and WebLogic 10.3.0 Application Server successfully in LINUX-64 bit environment. At the end of OIM server 9.1.0.1 it displays "The Oracle Identity Manager Application Server setup has some problem. Refer OIM_HOME/Xellerate/logs/setup_weblogic.log for information about the problem" in the console. So, when i able to access Admin console. It throws Error:404.
    Also setup_weblogic.log has the following error details
    BUILD FAILED
    /oracle/oimserver/xellerate/setup/setup.xml:443: The following error occurred while executing this line:
    /oracle/oimserver/xellerate/setup/weblogic-setup.xml:196: Could not create task or type of type: wlst.
    Ant could not find the task or a class this task relies upon.
    Also nexaweb.war and xlWebApp.war is missing in Weblogic console page-> Deployment tab.
    I have reinstalled the weblogic and OIM again but still getting the same problem..
    Please help me to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Kathy
    did you setup ORACLE_HOME to weblogic_home, JAVA_HOME and added java to PATH. Also do you have any other ANT installed on your server.
    Have you checked the OIM certification matrix for the version of various components like OIM, Weblogic and Database.
    If you are sure that you did all this correctly, then perform the following:
    The nexaweb classloader error is seen at times prior to performing the post installation steps. Then make a backup of the weblogic domain directory and the <OIM_HOME> directory.
    1. Please continue and perform the postinstallation steps.
    2. Restart the server
    3. In the weblogic console, shcek to see that the xellerate and nexaweb applications have an "ok" status.
    4. If not:
    a. Please upload the oim server log.
    b. Using the WebLogic console undeploy all oim applications including, xellerate, nexaweb and, if there, XIMDD, and SPML.
    c. Delete the directory <OIM_HOME>/xellerate/webapp/precompiled
    d. Delete the xellerate.ear and Nexaweb.ear from the directory <OIM_HOME>/xellerate/OIMApplications (Note: do this on all nodes of the cluster)
    e. Delete the ant_backup.jar, optional_backup.jar and xercesImpl_backup.jar files from the OIM_HOME/xellerate/ant/lib directory.
    f. Delete the xellerate and Nexaweb directories from the BEA_HOME/user_projects/domains/DOMAIN_NAME/servers/AdminServer/tmp/_WL_user directory.
    g. Delete the xellerate and Nexaweb directories from the BEA_HOME/user_projects/domains/DOMAIN_NAME/servers/MANAGED_SERVER_NAME/tmp/_WL_user directory.
    Delete the xellerate and Nexaweb directories from the BEA_HOME/user_projects/domains/DOMAIN_NAME/servers/MANAGED_SERVER_NAME/stage directory.
    h. In the OIM_HOME/xellerate/setup/weblogic-setup.xml file:
    i. Search for the following element:
    <wldeploy action="deploy"
    source="${WL_APP_LOCATION}/OIMApplications/WL${application.filename}"
    name="Xellerate"
    user="${weblogic_login_user}"
    password="${weblogic_login_password}"
    verbose="true"
    adminurl="t3://${weblogic_server_target_url}:${weblogic_server_admin_port}"
    debug="${action.deploy.debug}"
    targets="${wl.deploy.target}" />
    ii. Add a timeout value of 5400 as shown:
    <wldeploy action="deploy"
    source="${WL_APP_LOCATION}/OIMApplications/WL${application.filename}"
    name="Xellerate"
    user="${weblogic_login_user}"
    password="${weblogic_login_password}"
    verbose="true"
    adminurl="t3://${weblogic_server_target_url}:${weblogic_server_admin_port}"
    debug="${action.deploy.debug}"
    targets="${wl.deploy.target}"
    timeout="5400" />
    i. Restart the WebLogic server and managed servers.
    j.Open a terminal session and export the the JAVA_HOME and PATH environment variables.
    k. In the same terminal session, change to the directory <OIM_HOME>/xellerate/setup
    l. Run "patch_weblogic.sh"
    This should reinstall that xellerate applications on WebLogic.
    Hope this helps.

    1) stop all the opmn,agent and Login to database and change the sysman password by command
    alter user sysman identified by <new_password> account unlock
    2) Make a copy and change the following parameters in $ORACLE_HOME/sysman/config/emoms.properties
    eml.mntr.emdRepPwd=newpassword
    oracle.sysman.eml.mntr.emdRepPwdEncrypted=FALSE
    3.) Make a copy and edit the $AGENT_HOME/sysman/emd/targets.xml file
    with the newpassword and change ENCRYPTED from TRUE to FALSE.
    The line to look for is
    <Property NAME="password" "newpassword" ENCRYPTED"FALSE"/>
    4) run the command from <OMSHOME>/bin
    emctl config emkey -repos -force -sysman_pwd <sysman_pwd>
    5) opmnctl startall
    Please follow up offline for further discussion.

  • Unable to access OVM console

    hi
    We have installed Oracle virtual server on a x86.And on another we have installed Oracle virtual manager.
    Off late, We are not able to access the Oracle virtual manager console.
    Whenever we click the console URL in browser:
    It says "unable to connect".
    What might be the issue?
    I searched on internet but could not found anything relative.
    Thanks,

    Although the issue is resolved just now, We have two weblogic installtions in that server. we restarted both and after that console was also available.
    Thanks much for your support.

  • Unable to access CMS console after system crash and full restore

    Our Crystal Reports server failed after a sudden power outage. When power was restored, the Windows 2003 server failed to boot. It had to be completely restored from backup. Now we have Business Objects Infoview (BOBJ 11.5) back up and running and Crystal Reports can be accessed by using the Enterprise login. Reports are running for the administrator, however, our real users are setup to login thru Windows AD, and we seem to be unable to contact the AD server over LDAP. The users get: Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again. This was working fine before the failure.
    Also, we would normally pull up the central management server console to check the LDAP connection and the rest, but we get an error trying to pull up that web page:
    WCA plugin error
    Message:An exception has occurred in the admin plugin with message: Value not found
    We are not using IBM Websphere, but we are using Tomcat.
    We also see multiple entries in the server application log for the components of Business Objects: "Transport error: Communication failure"
    I searched the support site for a few hours with no help there. Any help that can be thrown our way would be greatly appreciated.

  • Unable to access apex console

    Hello guys,
    Database: Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Beta
    Apex: Application Express 4.1.0.00.29
    I was able to login to the development console without any problem. But now
    1. When I try to access a workspace with the correct password, the page reload with a different session number.
    2. When I try to access a workspace with the INcorrect password, apex shows this: Error     notification message checksum content error: : 034C2C073CF7B0047B968794060F93C
    I can't access as administrator either. I used the apxchpwd.sql script to change the admin password.
    3. Now when I try to access as admin apex shows a page to change my password always getting the following error:

    I can access directly to the database and to my applications which use database credentials.
    Thanks a lot for any clue

    In addition,
    * I have tried in different browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari) and machines.
    * I have stopped and started again the database.
    * I have cleared browser cache.
    Is there a way to delete apex sessions in sqlplus?
    How can I debug my error?

  • Unable to access admin console - WRVS4400N...

    Hi first time poster and Cisco forum user -  although I hasten to point out that I have owned and used an 'IBM' type PC since 1988 and have always managed to get things configured correctly until NOW!
    ...and have never been so frustrated - apart from the last time I tried to use a Linksys product (I cannot remember the exact model - someone gave it to me as part payment for a job -  I wound up throwing it away and buying something else). I had the WRVS4400N recommended to us by a friend as we run a small FTP server to share promotional materials amongst sales operatives around the world, wanted to protect it from intrusion and was told that a Cisco Linksys product with a VPN was the way to go.
    I duly purchased a WRVS440N and have been trying to log into the admin console via both browsers (IE9 and Google Chrome) that are installed on a laptop running Win7 which in turn is the only thing connected to the stated device via ethernet port 1... I have tried accessing it via http://192.168.1.1 and have even tried a suggestion from another forum to try https://192.168.1.1 - this only results in my being told that the address does not have a trusted certificate and I even tried every suggested workaround...
    I have tried all kinds of reset periods from 10 seconds to a minute, both hot and cold and each time the result is the same - I type in 'admin' and 'admin' in the appropriate boxes and the dialogue box continues to return to the browser window with empty fields...
    The shame is that I have managed to re-flash a BT Voyager 190 ethernet modem successfully with DynaLink v3.29a firmware (which allows it to be used with any ISP besides AOL [for whom this modem was solely intended]) and can set it up as a DHCP server, non-DHCP with a single link to another server or non-DHCP and no link.... The point is the modem works... I'm using it right now to type this! We have a single static IP from our ISP and the BT modem is working just fine (as is the TP-Link wireless modem/router that the WRVS4400N was intended to replace)... there are other options in it's firmware for port forwarding, etc and I'm convinced that it wil be adequate for use in conjunction with the WRVS4400N.
    I have to concede that the WRVS4400N was not sold to us as NIB; it was sold as re-conditioned and was shipped to or via Ingram Micro Distribution from Cisco Systems, Veldweg 3, Herkenbosch 6075 NL (Holland) via UPS on or about the 31st of July, 2012... there is a shipping label on the original packaging that tells me that so it has in fact been back to Cisco at some point and for some reason. It was purchased from an online dealer in the UK. I do suspect - however - that this might be resolved with a little help from an expert.
    Has anyone got a clue?
    Many thanks,
    Rob

    Hi Dave,
    Thanks for taking the time to reply... Yes is the short answer - but the problem wasn't a dodgy firmware upgrade or anything of the sort...
    I simply could not get started with this device - because it had been sold and returned to said supplier who simply assumed the original customer was telling the truth when they said they hadn't used it and had simply decided to return it unused... nor had the supplier checked to make sure that the user interface had been reset to defaults.... so it had simply been shipped to me with whatever username and password said 1st hand customer had put into it...
    Fortunately I know a proper IT professional or two... One of whom has managed to find and download the proper installation manual and re-set the device properly for me...
    I shall find out how tomorrow and post the info right here... apparently it's not as simple as holding the reset button in for 'x' amount of time... and am quite happy to share this and any other info I may glean from the experience..
    BTW - it is a V2.0 made in April 2011 - apparently these are quite a bit of kit and are no longer made...
    Many thanks to anyone who has even scratched their head over this ...
    Will shout up soon...
    Rob

  • Unable to access AIA Console

    I have installed AIA 2.3 on OracleSOA 10.1.3.4 and everything was successful and no errors in logs..however I am not able to open AIA console..it says ‘404 not found’..this is the URL I used to open AIA page http://hostname/AIA/faces/home.jspx.
    Just wondering what could be the error…would appreciate any help..
    Thanks/Chandra

    Please check your xml files located in:
    ORACLE_HOME\j2ee\oc4j_soa\config
    server.xml
    and
    default-web-site.xml
    You need to have in server.xml this line:
    <application name="AIA" path="../applications\AIA.ear" parent="default" start="true" />
    and inside default-web-site.xml:
    <web-app application="orabpel" name="AIA" load-on-startup="true" root="/AIA" />
    That was NOT the case for me after AIA2.3 & AIA2.4 installation. If you correct this everything will be start and you will no get 404 ;)
