Unable to acquire licence

Formerly, after nokia ovi music was upgraded, i was not able to login. When i called the nokia hotline, i was told to add 'OVI' to my username. 
Since then i have not been able to acquire licenses for my music that i had already downloaded previously. It says:
The licence for this music cannot be found.Follow these steps:
1. Delete this file. If it is part of an album, delete the whole album.
2. Sign into Ovi on PC.
3. Go to your download history and re-download the music you deleted in step 1.
The parameter is incorrect.
Try again
After i follow the steps, an error pops up saying that i was the person who had previously downloaded the track/album.
How can that be when i'm downloading from my own download history.
I have already emailed nokia ovi support abt this a couple of weeks back but i didnt get any replies.
And now all of a sudden, my download history is empty.

The fact that Nokia have so far failed to respond to this thread is a bit disappointing.  My system became unstable and ultimately Ovi Music became corrupt.  I've just completely reinstalled my operating system and Ovi Music.  My download history is available but all music previously downloaded is without a license.
Surely Nokia/Ovi could incorporate this into the Ovi Player Menu somewhere i.e. the ability to right click on an album and acquire the license again?  There has to be an easy way to do it...

    I have a N97 with Comes With Music. Since the past week, I have been unable to download tracks from the Music Store. I log in to my CWM account as usual, but everytime i click on the download button after selecting a track, it just gives me the error message "Unable to acquire license".

  • Modifying a column caused PMON unable to acquire latch

    I was modifying a varchar2 column on a table by increasing its size from 32 to 1024. (153 rows in the table.)
    It caused a hang within the database and in the alert log saw the message: PMON unable to acquire latch
    I have been told this can happen if the tables are accessed by PL/SQL, if that is the case is there any way that tables can be modified without causing this issue?
    Has anyone else ever experienced this and did they find any usable solution to it?

    When i initailize consumer the error iam getting is "The error received by the replica is: '3 Replication error acquiring replica: permission denied'.
    I re-doing every thing including installtion software. i guess i did some thing wrong when i first setup. I really appriciate your help on this thank you very much. I will keep posting if i have any errors.

  • "unable to acquire rendered frame" error message with AE CS6 Motion Tracker

    Hi Everyone,
    I am having issues with the built in tracking software in After Effects CS6. Everytime I hit "analyze" I receive the error message "unable to acquire rendered frame" or it simply remains at "0% (frame 1 of 70)". Sometimes I get the message "unable to obtain dynamiclink server connection". I've tried different types of footage, re-started, re-installed the software, deleted (emptied) the database and caches, started a fresh composition, and even did a fresh install of OSX but nothing works. Any ideas? I've searched a lot of forums on this and I've seen the problem in similiar situations (same error message with Warp Stabilizer analysis) but nobody seem to have found any resolution.
    I'm running AfterEffects CS6 on Mac OS 10.8.
    Processor  2.93 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    Memory  8 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC
    Graphics  ATI Radeon HD 4870 512 MB
    Downloaded all the latest updates.
    Done all the usual emptying of caches, repaired disk permissions, re-installation of software, etc.

    What firewall/antivirus software are you using?
    After Effects communicates with the background camera tracker process using TCP, and some overly aggressive firewall/antivirus software can block this communication. That may be the problem in your case.

    I am facing this issue with cx_Oracle error like cx_Oracle.InterfaceError:unable to acquire envirnoment handle
    using cx_Oracle for windows platform with python version 2.6 . i haved dowload the cx_Oracle with version cx_Oracle-5.0.4-10g win32 py26.msi which is in binary and installed.
    Inside the python folder LIB/site packages i found cx_Oracle.pyd file was present with help of this i am able to import the cx_oracle from python prompt

    I met this issue too and I fixed it.
    The issue is that there were several copy of "OCI.dll" exist in different plance and they belong to different Oracle version. I remove the other version's OCI and the app works fine.
    Also I use the following setup.py

  • Warp Stabilizer error: Unable to acquire rendered frame

    Hi,
    I am trying to apply Warp Stabilizer to a clip. Analyze process starts but then halts after 15-20 frames and a pop-up appears "Unable to acquire rendered frame".
    I have previously used Warp without any hitches.

    I too get this, sometimes not and the analyze just drops without a word, but most of the time I get the error. I tried on material such as: Red r3d, uncompressed fullHD/SD, mp4, canon 7D etc. pretty much all formats there is, so there isn't a problem with what type of files or what GOP structure it got. I cannot solve this even by creating a new project or reboot, I even reinstalled AE and the Matrox drivers, I tried unplugging the MXO2 mini but got the same result, so I'm pretty much done testing, I tried everything I can think of. I allocated RAM differently, shut of multiprocessing, enabled it, more RAM to few cores and then less RAM to more cores, increased cashe, disabled it.
    Sometimes when I let the footage play out with RAM preview, the analyze gets to the end in the background, but whenever I just let it work for itself it drops.
    So I tried everything and the error still persist. What should I do?

    To answer your question directly, I'd say check the options/parameters you're using because the error message clearly states that the way you're setting the physical channels / routing is not supported.
    Never used the C API so I can't really help you more than this.

    So I recently bought a N95 8G that has 12 free months access to the music store, most works well, but I have downloaded a 3-4 albums that when I try to transfer from my pc to phone, it comes up with [b]This track could not be transfered as it was not possible to acquire a licence for this purpose[/b]
    Can anyone tell me why it can not acquire a licence for a song I already have?

    The licence should have been downloaded BEFORE the track, perhaps something went wrong in that process - does the track play OK in the PC?
    If this is not the case, and if you have a good data plan or WLAN access, you can download the track straight to the phone - go to the Music menu and select Music store, log into your account using your normal name and password, then go to the Music Vault which shows you the stuff you've already taken and redownload it directly to the phone.

    Have you solved your problem yet? If not, please consider the following:
    How many computers do you currently have your Premiere Elements (same serial number) installed on? If only one, no crisis situation since 2 is maximum number.
    I had an activation problem a while back and found Adobe Chat to be exceptionally quick and professional about resolving the issue...and that involved Premiere Elements 8.0/8.0.1 not the current version. Consider giving Adobe Chat a try for Deactivation as well as Activation.

  • Unable to access licencing number (Serial Number)

    I have been trying to access the LWS so that I can retrieve my serial number for my product. I'm a student from the University of Utah where they have an adobe day and give students the licencing to the creative cloud. I really would like to keep using this product but cannot because I never was able to find my serial number to licence my product. I would really like to be able to use my product. I'm sick of jumping through hoops trying to get this to work. Can someone tell me how to get the serial number it I can't log into the LWS because it says I'm not a recognized user. All I want to do is use a program that the University gives student licencing to. It doesn't have to be this difficult......

    I am using the PCI 7030/6040E DaQ card (Labview 6.1, Windows 2000,Pentium).I want to acquire 4 channel data (2048 samples from each channel)at 6.5kS/s Sampling Rate.When I do this using AI Acquire Waveforms.vi the program gets stuck.When I use continuous buffered acquisition using intermediate VIs, then data over write error occurs.(I am taking FFT of the data and plotting the data as four Waterfalls using Intensity Chart.).It says that you are not reading data from the buffer as fast and so overwriting occurs.How can I solve this problem.Can I get data at this rate using this card ?If so,what should be the buffer size etc? (I want continuous acquisition).

  • Unable to acquire all the points in LabView screen

    Hi All,
    I am using Agilent 54642A Oscilloscope to acquire a waveform to be displayed in the output screen of a LavView program. But the Oscilloscope has the maximum no. of points capacity as 2000(From the manual described in the command WAVOIN. So if I give 2000 points as my input I get the output graph in a second but miss most of my positive peaks (As shown in the attached file). Anf if I give suppose 5000 points, the oscilloscope loads the Factory setting (Not the setting, ex trigger level, time period etc. which I have given at the input) and gives the correct graph but takes a lot of time to load.
    Can anyone tell me, either how to increase the no. of points or what are the specifications of the factory set up so that I can incorporate those in the program and get some good result.  Please have a look at the attached files, RECO0008 shows the wave of the Osclliscope and RECO0007 shows the output graph of the Lav View program. Kindly note that the positive peaks are missing in the second file.
