Unable to activate Premiere Pro CC single-app membership after trial period

Hi all,
I'm having some real problems trying to activate Premiere Pro CC after my trial period expired. I purchased a 'month-to-month' subscription yesterday after I lost access to the software, but have had no luck in getting it up and running.
Another strange event running alongside this is not being able to sign in to the 'contact us' part of the Adobe.com website - hence why I am resorting to getting help in the Forum's.
Appreciate any help on this, as I need to get cracking with some work.

I've tried signing in and out of the CC desktop app, and also tried a few other avenues to get this thing working. But sadly, and quite poorly on Adobes side, I think the latter is probably the issue - needing 2 business days to process payment. If this is the case, there should be a notification of this delay before they take a payment. I was notified after I purchased Prem Pro that it could take up to 24 hours to process the payment, but I can assure you that they have taken my money!
Very poor...

    I've been unable to install Premiere Pro update 7.1 on a Mac running Mavericks.  I've made three attempts over as many days.

    Try using the "adobe cleaner tool" (you'll find it online) to uninstall Premiere Pro. Reboot. Install Premiere Pro with the creative cloud panel from the apps list. It should work fine

  • Single-app memberships - can't you combine them?

    I have a single-app subscription for Photoshop and Illustrator since the launch of Creative Cloud. I've been paying both invoices for months.
    All of a sudden, I'm locked out of Illustrator (I always get the "Renew your subscription" screen) so I decided to contact Adobe via chat. After three unsuccessful sessions I've been informed that the "appropriate department will contact you in 2-3 days". Still waiting for that.
    I've reached out to Adobe in Twitter and they inform me you can't actually combine two single-app memberships in one Adobe ID. What? I've been doing that for months now, what changed? They also suggested updating to the full Creative Cloud subscription because it'd be "cheaper". It's not cheaper by any means - I was paying almost 36 euros for both apps and a full membership costs 60 euros.
    It's now a full week since I can't use an application I've paid for (last invoice: September 28)! This is preposterous.
    Is there any way to subscribe to both Photoshop and Illustrator (as I was doing up till recently!) without having a full Creative Cloud subscription?

    I already talk with ^NR via Twitter DMs about it and hope it'll get resolved soon.
    However, I had contradicting answers to the whole "two single-app memberships" thing from the @AdobeCare Twitter account.
    This is the tweet that made me think it was like this, plus I found some staff comments in this forum as well.

    With an Adobe Muse subscription, you get BC website hosting for 1 webBasics site. With a subscription to the creative cloud, hosting for 5 webBasics sites are included.
    Single app subscriptions get 20GB of storage space on creative cloud.

  • Converting Single App membership to Full -Staff question ?

    Hi …… I currently have two Annual single App Membership plans running: Photoshop - AD001472772UK and PremPro - AD001752956UK. I’ve been trialling other Apps available in CC and find I could now use at least 4 others. In the UK the full membership is approx £47 ppm. Six Apps equates to £7.8 ppm for each with access to all the others etc. The math works for me and I would like to increase my Single App membership to a Full Annual subscription.
    How do I go about this please without incurring any financial penalty? My Photoshop membership fee has already been paid this month, my PremPro membership is new and I don’t believe any payment has yet been requested.

    Beverley Hi, I've just spent 30 mins on a Chat session with Jacky, one of your Support people. A very productive use of time. She informs me that my two previous App single memberships have been cancelled and I now have full membership. She also confirmed that no cancellation charges have been raised for the remaining term on the singles.

    I assume no further action is needed but it would be nice to know the Photoshop Single App plan has been cancelled.
