Unable to activate, Says I dont have BT Broadband
Err....
So I'm logged onto the internet through my nice BT Home Hub and logged onto my BT account that's kindly telling me I have BT Unlimited Broadand....
But the BT Sport online activation thinks otherwise.

This problem has already been addressed in other threads. It's down to a field missing in your account profile. You need to access your account profile settings, find the field containing the contact phone number for your account (which is well hidden - it's also probably blank) and entering the number of your landline.
After that you can retry the order and it should go through.
A totally non obvious solution to a confusing error message. BT should have done something about it as it is catching loads out.

i have installed snow leopard 10.6.3 on to my macbook which was currently 10.4.11, i wanted to do this so i can run Final Cut Pro 10 which needs 10.6.8 or higher. so i updated the snow leopard to 10.6.8 installed final cut pro ok. the problem i got is else where i cant save on put anything on desktop, it says i dont have permisson, and when i try and click on my documents same again. also i adjusted my dock to smaller added a few applications onto it, but every time i restart the laptop it defaults back why is this?!! so annoying. i had a look at my disk utilites and i have still got 10.4.11 on my Macintosh i can switch too? i installed the snow leopard 10.6.3 on my Data Disk. can anyone help me out why i am getting these problems and what i need to do to solve it?

i am trying to upgrade to yosemite (for imac) from version 10.6.8 but even though i have 70gb available on my hard drive it wont let me upgrade because it says i dont have enough memory!! what can i do??
Install more RAM in the computer; the Mac needs to have at least 2GB of RAM and should have 4GB or more first.

The iPod requires more than twice the file downlooad size in order to downoad and install an app. You need to free up storage space as the mesage says.

Other than Apple there are only two vendors with which I have personal experience and can recommend: Crucial and OWC. People have reported problems with many other brands, yet Crucial and OWC's prices are as good as any you are likely to find. Patriot is another brand recommended by ASC contributors but I have no experience with them.
Go to Crucial and download the little app that examines your system and recommends RAM upgrade options.
Their prices are good but don't have to buy memory from them - determine what you need and buy it from Crucial or OWC / MacSales. -

Original CD drivers installed for audigy2, but the update still says i dont have audi
Well uninstalled an update i had, then restarted pc, installed the original drivers from my original audigy2 drivers, then i wanted to install the latest update for my card and it says i dont have an audigy2 card?

I got an original cd for my audigy2 card and if i run autoupdate, then i can get a patch, i did install that one.
but if i run it again, it says there is another patch availeble, but that one i can never install, because it says it cant detect my audigy2 card?
Even when i clean all drivers, install the original drivers from CD, i can not even install the latest update either?

Cant access some of my files in time machine- says I dont have permission to view them.
Hi, I cant seem to find some of my older files in time machine. Says I dont have permission to view them. I recently had a new hard drive installed in my Mac and had all info restored to it then did a time machine back up onto my WD drive. Time machine window still seems to have the earlier dates and windows but I cant acces them. Anyone got any ideas how I can safely get them back? Thanks D

i just restored my iphone 4S. everything is backed up on the icloud. i tried to restore from itunes but once its done syncing nothing happens. now it says i dont have a backup on icloud and the only other option i have is to set up as new iphone. should i do that? will it wipe out my icloud?

Is the message saying:
Not enough storage
Not enough/low memory?
For the former delete some items from the iPod.
For the latter.double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory. -
I have had a Samsung S4 for almost 2 years now, i have had the app for the same amount of time. I have recently not been able to log into the app for the past 3 months, everytime i try to re-register or log in it says i dont have a tmobile number... My number hasnt changed since i have had the phone. i can no longer view my account or how much usage i have left of my monthly contrract...

Have you tried logging in on a PC or Laptop rather than via the App? If you try Clicking the forgotten password link when logging in to My Account does this resolve the issue?
