Unable to activate visual voicemail. Get error code 9009.

Took the device to the Verizon store and they couldn't figure it out either. My husbands phone (same model) having the same problem. Verizon is replacing due to warranty. Anyone else have this issue?

This happened to me also (on a Note 4). Here's what I did to resolve it:
1. Open the phone feature, access the dialer and dial *73. I received a prompt stating that my call forwarding was activated. I pressed the deactivate button.
2. Go to Settings > Applications > Application Manager,  then swipe the top bar to "All", then scroll down and locate the Voice Mail app, then open it.
3. Click the Force Stop button first, then click the Clear Data button.
At this point, try relaunching the Voice Mail app. If all works well, you should get an introduction page to set up your visual voicemail.

    On Windows Server 2008 R2, I have installed and extracted oracle instant client 12.1.0.1.0.  I have added to the existing path the location where sqoras32.dll resides.  Via the ODBC Data Source Administrator, when I attempt to add the driver to the System DSN, I get the following error
    The setup routines for the Oracle in instantclient_12_1 ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126:  The specified module could not be found.
    It then lists the correct path and filename for the sqoras32.dll resides.

    I had the same issue and was finally able to get it working by installing:
    Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center
    (MS Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86))
    This appears to have been a common problem with earlier versions and earlier C++ Run Time Libraries. Looks like they've updated.

    I am trying to execute a SSIS package from SQL Server 2008 R2 stored procedure but getting error code 1 (as per my knowledge, error code description is as below:
    0 The package executed successfully.
    1 The package failed.
    3 The package was canceled by the user.
    4 The utility was unable to locate the requested package. The package could not be found.
    5 The utility was unable to load the requested package. The package could not be loaded.
    6 The utility encountered an internal error of syntactic or semantic errors in the command line.
    Details:
    I have a stored procedure named "Execute_SSIS_Package" (see below sp) which executes 'Import_EMS_Response' SSIS package (when I execute this package directly from SQL Server BID it works fine it means package itself is correct) and calling
    it from SQL as:- EXEC Execute_SSIS_Package 'Import_EMS_Response'.
    Here I receives error code 1.
    Can anyone help me to resolve this issue please?

    It has something to do with the security.
    E.g. cmdshell is not enabled or the caller has not rights over the package.
    There could be a syntax error, too.
    I suggest you make the package runnable off a SQL Agent job then trigger the job from the stored proc with
    sp_start_job <job name>

    I understand that you're getting the error 'Unable to add print driver hpfax1, error code 87' when installing your HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer on your Windows 7 computer. I would like to assist you today with resolving this install issue. Thank you for including all of the troubleshooting steps that you have completed prior to reaching out for support. At this time I am going to walk you through some additional software and driver troubleshooting steps. Please follow all of the steps below.  If you're using your HP Laserjet through a USB Cable connection, please disconnect that cable now.  Step one: Remove Driver: 1. Click on your Start menu 2. Select Control Panel 3. Select Programs and Features 4. When Programs and Features opens a list of programs installed on your computer will populate. Click on the 'Installed ON' tab at the top to change the date so the recently installed items show at the top. This will make it easier to manually locate the three HP Laserjet items you need to uninstall.  5. Next, look for the HP LJ M1530 MFP Series HP Scan, HPLaserJetHelp_LearnCenter, and HP LaserJet Professional M1530 MFP Series.     Did you pause the download or face stability difficulties with your Internet connection? Error 201 indicates that the download of the installation files was unable to be resumed successfully. I would recommend utilizing a different Internet connection. If you are connected via WiFi try a wired connection. If you are connected via a wired connection then please try a different cable.
    Please refer to below mentioned steps:
    MAC
    1) If you are using the Wi-Fi connection try with wired connection.
    2) Delete the OOBE folders from both the location of HD.
    3) Run the CC Cleaner to uninstall the creative cloud and if its first time you can skip this step
    4) Give Permissions to Adobe Folders and restart the system and download the cc again.

  • After a full restore from Time Machine, I get "error code -6584" when trying to go into TM.

    I took our iMac in, at the direction of Apple, to have the hard drive replaced. When we got it back, I restored from Time Machine (on Time Capsule). One file on the desktop, a spreadsheet file, has reverted to a version five months old, with the loss of considerable data, so I don't know which files I can now trust. Also, when I try to go into Time Machine, I get "error code -6584" and am unable to access my backups
    This is potentially very very bad. What can I do?

    When I connect my Ipod touch to Itunes I get error code oxe8000001 ( unable to connect due to unknown error)  Computer says it recognizes Ipod and drivers are working properly.  Is anyone else having this problem and how did you fix it?

    Did you try a different cable as suggested?

    I am trying to load data into Billing: Condition Data (0SD_O06) using 2LIS_13_VDKON. First while loading data I am getting error
    Record 8778 :InfoObject SOLD_TO does not contain alpa-conforming value 100000 which I changed manually in PSA maintenence and tried to load data again and now I am getting an error (Error 10 in the update) ID:RSAR No119.
    I have checked the formula in Transformation and it works fine. Still I am not able to load data.
    Please help.

    Check the log for the request from the manage screen of the DSO, it will be there next to the monitor button.
    Otherwise you can check the error from the monitor screen of the request in Details tab.

  • I keep getting error code 4450 when I'm trying to burn a CD from itunes.  It keeps my CD and won't eject it and says "cancelling burn" forever then itunes locks up and my cd is ruined and NO songs on it.

    i can't burn cd's in iTunes anymore. I get error code 4450 when I'm trying to burn a playlist. Songs from my own cd's, or bought in iTunes (have not burned 7x's as I can't BURN any cd's at all!),  Then my cd gets stuck in the drive. and it says "cancelling burn" forever and then itunes freezes up. I have a Dell with Windows 7.
    -I've slowed down the burn as slow as it can go
    -I have bought 3 different brands of cd's
    -i have the latest version of iTunes.
    Can someone help me?

    I have Windows 7 on a Dell.  Open and play iTunes in the compatability mode and use Windows XP (service pack 2).  Disregard any messsages to disable the compability mode.  This has worked for me.  I have also reinstalled iTunes and played with burn speeds etc.  These ideas did not work.  Compatability mode works.
