Unable to active iPad due to lack of Apple ID

I have an iPad I would like to activate however I am unable to due so since the iPad was activated with an Apple ID I do not have. This is a company iPad which I received from a former employee who is no longer with the company and I am unable to contact this person. I had to restore the iPad so I can deploy the iPad to someone else but can't activate it. Is there any way to activate the iPad without the Apple ID?

You must contact the previous user to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous user you will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Did you solve the issue by adding the account to RTCUniversalUserAdmins group?
To move an on-premises user to your Lync Online tenant, run the following cmdlets in the Lync Server Management Shell, using the administrator credentials for your Microsoft Office 365 tenant. Replace "[email protected]" with the information for the user
that you want to move.
You can try to move the user from Lync Server on premises to Lync online with the help of the link below “Move users to Lync Online”:

Unfortunately you can not move apps from phone memory to the SD card without rooting. (rooting will void your warranty)

What exactly makes you think that you are supposed to be sending in SSL?
Versus that you are in fact sending in SSL and the server that you are sending to does not expect that?
As far as I know you can't get an SSLException unless you are in fact trying to do something with SSL.

Some songs cannot be played due to "lack of computer's authorisation"

I've purchased an album from itunes store. But few (only few) songs are unable to be played due to "lack of authorisation of my computer".
When I try to authorise it, I'm said that the computer is already authorised. The songs are still unable to be played. I tried to unauthorised
the computer and authorise it again, without any result.When I try to play these songs by player other than itunes, there's silence. Other
songs from the album play normally. Anyone had something like that? I would be very grateful for help.

You need more storage on your iPad, however, it can't be increased. iCloud storage is ecternal to the iPad and is used for backup.
You need to delete some item on the iPad.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

Used an other Mac with Itunes 10.2 and no with activation problems. :-) strangsssss

As stated above - purchasing more space in iCloud has nothing to do with this. You do not have enough space left on the iPad for the movie to download, you need to delete content on the device itself.
You may want to transfer purchases to iTunes and then delete some content on the device to make room.

My internet is fine: all other apps that do not rely on the Game Center work, as does my browser and other online functions; additionally, a friend's iPhone connects to his Game Center perfectly while he is sitting next to me.
Closing the Game Center app and then reopening it is ineffective. This issue has gone on for more than a month, and so the phone has gone through all variations of "turn it off then back on again, refresh the system, etc etc" that are the basic first suggestions for trouble shooting.

I eventually deleted it to free up space. Other games which can be linked to the Game Center to connect with friends simply fail to link, returning "Game Center unavailable". This is the aspect that is currently bothering me the most: I cannot play games with friends unless the app can also link to Facebook and connect to friends from there.
When I open the Game Center, I see the following screen. The bubbles float gently, and it seems as if I had the ability to update my "status". However doing so results in a message that has vanished once the app is reopened.
Upon tapping Games, either the bubble from the main screen or the option on the ribbon at the bottom, the following screen appears. Clicking on Challenges shows a message that achievements must be viewed to issue a challenge. Clicking achievements results in a message that games must be connected (and from my friend's phone I know I have several apps that should appear).
Upon tapping friends, it does show me a list of suggested friends pulled from Facebook, but attempting to send a friend request results in the following screen. After accepting the error box, the "send" button for the request is grayed out and unavailable regardless of adding or deleting friends and/or an accompanying message.
In short, the Game Center is completely unresponsive for no discernible reason, and this problem began with no warning and is now long term. Though my iPhone is older (a 4s), my friend's is even older (a regular 4) and works fine.

I am having the very same problem on my iPad running ios 7. All is fine on my iPhone it opens no problem - this is running on ios 8. I wish they would fix it.

Aborted due to lack of required utility

When attempting to execute any jobs from DB13, we are getting an error message indicating "Aborted due to lack of required utility".
This is a new system which was copied from another system where DB13 jobs execute successfully.
Has anyone encountered this error?

That was the problem. At the time SAP was started, we had not activated the WLM task which executes DSNUTILS. This was a mistake on our part.
Once we did that and executed the database check within transaction DB2 to obtain the list of available utilities, we were able to execute runstats using DB13.

Go to Settings>General>Usage, and see what is taking up so much room. Import your photos to your computer and delete them from the device. Delete text messages that have videos or photos attached to them.
Also, update to iOS 8.1 via iTunes on the computer your sync with. It does not require as much memory to update that way as it does when you do it OTA.
