Unable to add address when attempting to order photos

This is somewhat odd. The other day I ordered photos via iPhoto no problem. Tonight, I want to order more but ship them to a diff. address. Click on drop down box to add new address, account info window appears, I sign in, then a blank window appears. Anyone know what to do?

I'm glad I checked the discussion forum and discovered that I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem. I've ordered many books in the past, but this week tried to add a new shipping address to my list, and the system will not let me add. I emailed customer support, and after realizing that I had tried all the proper steps, they indicated that they think it is a technical problem. I even took it to the Genius Bar where they double checked all my settings and couldn't figure it out. Customer Service suggested that I call Apple Technical Care at 1-800-275-2273. Hopefully they can help.

"Unable to Sign In" when attempting to rent TV shows/Movies

I'm quite happy with this new device with one tiny exception. I get an "Unable to Sign In" when attempting to make a rental from the Apple TV. I can rent on my computer and watch on the TV, but I'd like to be able to rent directly from Apple TV.
I've double/triple checked my iTunes sign in information and software. All is well on that front.
Ideas anyone?

I had the same problem which took a long time to resolve. If you are getting the error message indicating you are "Unable to Sign In" with the explanation that either your AppleID and/or your password are not recognized, I've discussed my problems and eventual solution elsewhere in this forum. You can't chage this. What's going on is that apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them, and all future updates will require you to enter the password associated with this ID, even if you are not currently using this ID for purchases. The only way to stop the prompt for your older ID would be to delete these apps from your phone and your iTunes library and repurchase them using your current ID.

Airport error when attempting to import photos across wireless network

Hi,
I'm using the latest version of iPhoto '09 on a MacBook that's connected to my home wireless network through an Airport Extreme. Also on the same network is a brand new Mac Mini. When I attempt to import photos into iPhoto '09 on my MacBook from the Mac Mini, I get an Airport connection error that I dismiss by clicking OK. Immediately after clicking ok, I then get a "Can't find the original photo..." error and I hit cancel. I do this three times and presto the photo imports itself. This occurs every time I attempt to do an import.
My network is not dropping. My Internet connection is not dropping. My MacBook and the Mac Mini stay connected continuously so I'm not sure why I get these errors.
Any thoughts?

It has nothing to do with the Airport connection.
This sometimes occurs if you’re importing a file into iPhoto and there’s already a file there with the same name. Digital cameras can produce many, many files with the same name over their lifetime, so it’s not uncommon to have several files called IMG_00543.JPG, for instance. Now you want to import one also called this.
What happens is that iPhoto compares the two files to check for duplicates. However, if iPhoto cannot find the file already in the database for comparison, then you get this message. It suggests that your database is damaged because iPhoto has lost track of this (or these) similarly named files.
A simple test is to rename the file you are importing - just add a character - IMG_00543a.JPG for instance. If this then imports with no issue then you might consider rebuilding your library:
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

No "Add name" when attempting to share a calendar

I want to share an iCloud calendar, but when I go into the Edit screen and tap that calendar, the Add Name bar does not appear. It does appear on several other of my calendars, but not the one I want to share.

IPad Contacts application. Unable to add address

I have an iPad 4. Since new I have added contacts with no problems except at the time to add the contact's address.
I click the plus sign but the field does not open for me to type an addess.
Has been like this forever no matter what iOS am I using.
Have been typing the contacts address in the NOtes field.
Any idead what have been causing this?

Didn't work. It results that I already did that half an hour ago.
installed last night the latest iOS and hanged up at 80% of progress bar on the black screen with white apple logo.
today in the morning was still frozen at that stage. Had to do a simultaneous On and Home button to restart the iPad.
I Was blessed, the iPad restarted OK with new iOS installed. this issue is happening all over the world with new iOS installation.
Fist thing I tried was to go to Contacts and check if the problem I've been facing was solved on this new version of iOS and nope.
No solution yet.
