Unable to add Broadband acc to myBT account

When reviewing myBT account I seem to be missing my Broadband details. The only account number reference to the BB is when we first signed up and when trying to add this it causes an error of:
There was an a problem adding this account to your profile. Please check your details and try again.

I'm the same! Just had a lengthy call with the call centre, who kindly cut me off half way through the call. Phoned back but got the message that the helpdesk is now closed!! Tried to then add the Broadband account to my accounts at MyBT, but get the same eror message as you.
Have now spent over half an hourtrying to get this sorted out, when it was BT who messed the bills up in the first place! Maybe I should send them an invoice for my time wasted!

When you are adding a new e-mail, try to just enter your e-mail adress and password and let the Playbook find the setting on its own, this work 99% of the time

If anyone can help with how to add an icloud email address in outlook it would be appreciated! I get error messages when I try to do this and can also not sync calendars or contacts on my pc in outlook.

Unable to add google account since Mavericks update

Since dowloaing the 10.9.1 update, I have been unable to add or update my google account (including in system preferences, mail app and in the calendar) with error messages such as "unable to sign in at this time" and "a connection error occured". I deleted my google account with the hope of re-adding it error- free, although now I'm unable to even re-add the account.
Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

In iTunes on your computer, select the Purchased section under STORE in the left column. Click on the first track and choose "Get Info" from the "File" menu.
In the "Summary" tab you'll see details of the purchaser of the track. Click Next to go through all your purchased music one by one until you find the ones you need to get rid of.
Unfortunately, there are no smart playlist rules that can filter tracks by the purchaser that I know of.

I am unable to add a new account in Outlook 2010 for an email account set up under a custom domain.
Can anyone explain why login credentials that work for outlook.com (successful access to email inbox) return an authentication failure (401 error) when used to test connectivity via https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com?
Details:
I set up a custom domain at https://domains.live.com and did the following DNS configuration steps at my web hosting company following instructions from domains.live.com:
Created custom MX record
Created CNAME record [name:] autodiscover.jrergonomics.com [value:] autodiscover.outlook.com.
I created email addresses at domains.live.com > jrergonomics.com > Member accounts and tested by successfully logging in to outlook.com.
When I try to add either account to Outlook 2010, I get a popup box with this information:

The credentials that I use successfully to log in to outlook.com don't work here; I get the popup box 3-4 times and then the Outlook 2010 Add New Account dialog displays an error:

The billing address for your card must match the residential address on your PSN account for the transaction to complete.
Are they both registered to the same address?

What sort of card are you trying to use ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management

Why am I unable to add an outlook account to my Imac which is running OS Maverick?
I recently opened an outlook email account which I have paired with my phone. Which is probably because on the Iphone there is an option for “outlook” when setting up an email account. However, when I go to add the email account to my imac there is no option for “outlook”. There is however an option for “exchange” which I may have tried to use however it asks for server information which I do not have.
I also tried to populate the add another account feature however it still don’t seem to recognise the email account.
Can some help? What am I do wrong? v

The OP is talking about an Outlook.COM Email address. Not MS Office Outlook.

You have not entered the Outlook.com Server addresses correctly.

Unable to add a system in ACC

We are unable to add a new system in the ACC.Initially we addeed one system in the ACC and everything went fine but we are facing trouble while another system in the ACC.We are getting the following error " Hostname'loopback' is reported from host xxxxxxxx as well as from host xxxxxxx check your network setup! ".
I checked and found that the loopback address is same for both the hosts.
Is it necessary to have two seperate loop back adresses for adding in the ACC.

I am also getting same error, but i looked into the note and did the following:
In the field "Hostnames/IP Addresses excluded from hostname" - I gave hostname/ip address.
Is this same you gave or anything like loopback/ip address also you gave ?

So how does one add a payment/billing account ? In the "Help" topic about setting up billing account, the Help manual says, "...try to buy an app -> click purchase -> add credit card" but when I try to purchase an app, an error dialog pops up "App catalog could not complete the last action you performed. Try again later. PMT03043". Later, found that PMT03043 error means "No data for Catalog country for device". My HP Touchpad is set to "US" as the country. Why this error when catalog country is already set to US? Could somebody please check their working TP (able to add payment accounts and buy from HP app catalog) and provide some suggestions ? Thanks. I'd like to buy some apps!

Also, found "com.palm.service.payment" empty folder, and "com.palm.payment.service" folder with code in it. So which of these is supposed to be the proper valid payment service ? Can any of the devs here help? I guess one of these services is not running so the error pops up? Help please. Aren't there some official HP support/devs on this forum ?

Unable To Add To Account & LS Bridge will not install

the swupport app on my new pc says im registered but i am unable to add the pc to my online account for support or driver downloads also when i enter all required info lenovo says my pc does not exist nore will lsbridge install on my windows 8.1 pro pc for them to auto detect. can someone please help me with these issues so i can add this registered desktop to my account to take advantage of my warranty and updates.

That's not how you activate iCloud mail. Open the iCloud pane in System Preferences, sign in with your Apple ID, and check the box marked Mail.
