Unable to apply 11.5.10.2 maintenance pack patch 3460000

Hi all,
I have applied all prerequesty patches in 11.5.10 instance.i am trying to apply 3460000 in my instance but it errored out any one can help me--

Please can anybody guide me what to do for these errors which are coming while I am a Applying 11.5.9 Maintenance Pack (I did log a TAR or SR for this but its taking time for Oracle to come back and its pretty urgent for my client)

Checked out that link and everything seems to be in order on this machine at this time.
I only have CC installed on this one machine, not even my secondary machine like is permitted. it seems odd that I'm asked to re-accept the Licence Agreement as often as I am. If I had to guess, it's almost every week, if not multiple times some weeks, that all the software will decide I should have to view the licence agreement.
Edit: I've never had any noticeable "errors" activating or anything like that. I just get asked to do it quite frequently.
This activation screen isn't too annoying (it involves clicking one single button), but like I stated earlier, if I'm trying to launch the software by double-clicking on a PSD, AI, PPROJ, AEP, etc... that file will fail to open.
I feel like that's probably not really a bug, but it is frustrating, since I did launch the application with the intent to edit that specific file I tried to open.
Again, something that you guys may consider working on.
Another annoyance is that: agreeing to the licence agreement is a per-application task, so if I see that Licence Agreement dialogue window by opening Photoshop (for example), I know that every other piece of software I have in the suite (Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Audition) will be showing me that screen on it's next launch. Probably deliberate for legal purposes that I can't just agree once for the whole suite, but heck, it would save me a lot of minor headaches if it was a unified agreement.

My corporate database wizards have created a login for my small subsidiary to use to read selected data from the HR database. It's meant to be used by an SSIS package to bring over data on who's a current employee and who's not.
The package has started returning connection errors, and when I try to log into the HR database via SSMS using this login I get the following message:
"Unable to apply connection settings. The detailed error message is" 'NoCount' is not a recognized option."
If I click on OK I can still log in, but it looks like this error is causing SSIS to produce an error. I've seen articles on vaguely similar errors logging onto an Azure database, but this one's on SQL Server 2012.
Anybody got any ideas? Is there something I can change at my end, or is it a change that has to be made in the remote DB?

The upper method needs a parameter.

Can't update camera raw: "Unable to apply updates"

Can't update camera raw: "Unable to apply updates You are already running Adobe Application Manager. Please close all instances of Adobe Application Manager before applying updates." The only instance of AAM that is running is the one that opens automatically when I click "Updates" in the PS 6 Help menu.

What's your OS ?
Check in Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) if there is any instance of AAM running.

Applying maintenance pack 12.1.3 on 12.1.1

I am preparing the steps need Applying maintenance pack 12.1.3 on current 12.1.1.
Platform is Linux
I am refering to "Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Readme [ID 1080973.1]"
Please confirm if these steps are ok to follow or not
*1). Database Preparation.*
I refered the note "Database Preparation Guidelines for an E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 Upgrade [ID 761570.1]"
1.1). As i am on R12.1.1 with default database (11.1.0.7) i would choose patch E -> section B. And apply the following patches

Most of your questions have been answered already, but here is a complete summary of answers to all your questions.
Q 1.1). As i am on R12.1.1 with default database (11.1.0.7) i would choose patch E -> section B. And apply the following patches
A 1.1). "path E -> section B" is the correct path for you.
The database patches required for 12.1.3 are the same as for 12.1.1, so they should already have been applied, but since it is possible that new patch requirements were released after you did the 12.1.1 installation you should re-check that you have the required patches.
The quickest way to find out which patches have been applied is as follows; (note, since the output of opatch changes between versions you might need to fine-tune the first command to get the desired results)
a) Retrieve a listing of existing patches
opatch lsinventory | grep 'applied on' | awk '{print $2}' > appliedPatches.txt
b) Create a file (newPatches.txt) with a listing of the new patches that need to be applied
c) cat newPatches.txt | grep -v -f appliedPatches.txt
You will get a list of patches that have not been applied.
NOTE: Not all database patches are necessarily relevant to your environment, but since is it difficult for an Apps DBA to determine which patches are not relevant then it is strongly recommended that you apply all the patches.
Q 1.2). Apply Oracle Service Patch 5880762
A 1.2). This patch is an 11i patch which is only required when you are upgrading from 11i to R12.1.1. You don't need this patch.
Q 1.3). Do i need to set the initiialization parameters??? As i am already on R12.
A 1.3). The "_disable_fast_validate=TRUE" is a compulsory setting that is required for certain types of upgrades. If you don't set this parameter then you could encounter problems during the patch.
You must unset this parameter after the upgrade.
Q2). 10g AS preparation.

A2). You need to confirm that the patches listed in the "Apply Any Additional Patches" (in both notes 437878.1 and 728531.1) have been applied. Use this command on the web server to create a file with a list of applied patches;
opatch lsinventory | grep 'applied on' | awk '{print $3}' > appliedPatches.txt
Q3). Main course:
A3). All of question 3 is 100% correct
(NOTE: You only need the NLS patch if you are running a language other than American English)

Nokia 6101 themes unable to apply, file corrupted

please help.i try to apply themes for my nokia 6101 because my old files just gone and corrupted. i tried to apply new themes but it says unable to open, theme corrupted. what do i do, thanks a lot.

If you are using Series 40 Theme Studio V2.2, it creates themes for S40 handsets using feature pack 2, and as far as can tell the 6101 uses an earlier feature pack, even after firmware upgrade.
Try downlading Series 40 Theme Studio V1.2, themes created with that version should be perfectly compatible.

Unable to apply css to ADF Mobile application

Hello all,
I have developed an ADF Mobile application for Android platform using JDeveloper 11.1.2.3.0. I have deployed it to the emulator and checked all its basic functionalities. But I would now like to apply some css to the application. I have also made the necessary changes required in the adfmf-config.xml file and the adfmf-skins.xml file.
The adfmf-skins.xml file looks like this:

I am looking for assistance on the application of themes to a nokia 6101. Even after a phone firmware upgrade from 4.1.0 to 4.5.0 I am unable to open new themes designed using nokia's series 40 theme studio version 2, can anyone offer any insights pls. Error msg reads: "unable to apply theme. Corrupted"

Unable to apply template to document

Over the last few days, I have been unable to use any Templates as when I try and apply one (Using Crystal XI), I get the error mesage " Unable to apply template to document"
I can't apply any template to any documents anymore. This worked ok a few days ago.
There have been no changes to the system. Maybe a corrupt file?
Any ideas welcome!

Hi,
Try to apply the predefined template in these methods
In the menu bar goto Report-> Template Expert. A new dialog appears, choose any of the predefined template. If this doesn't work then apply manually by clicking on the Browse button in the same window.
By default, the sample templates shipped with Crystal Reports are installed at
\Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 12.0\Templates.
If this also doesnt work, then your template files might be corrupted. Try reinstalling the software n check.

Unable to apply reverse effect

For some reason, I am unable to apply the reverse effect to a clip. It will preview, but the apply button will not engage. Any advice?
