Unable to bring up colour .

As soon as I drag it into the editing area it turns black and white ( grey shades), and I am unable to get it to respond to any color selection.

Please post the error that you are getting while starting concurrent manager on CM tier
$APPLCSF/$APPLLOG/<SID_num>.mgr is the log file that show you error.
Also please provide status of
./adcmctl.sh status apps/<apps_pass>

Unable to bring database online on 2nd node in FailSafe and MSCS config

I have a two node cluster running Windows 2003 Server, MSCS, and Oracle Failsafe. I have been unable to bring the database online on Node2. All resources in Cluster Administrator fail over fine and come online except for the Database resource itself. The shared disks, listener, etc, are all online. All resources come online on Node1. When I failover to Node2, the Database Resource fails and posts this error in the Event Viewer:
Oracle Fail Safe encountered an error starting resource DISS.
ORA-01100: database already mounted
The database is not mounted and the database windows service is not running (is set to manual). I can manually start the database thru Windows Services and access it fine. But still unable to bring it online via Cluster Administrator or Oracle Fail Safe Manager.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The mgr logfile shows the following error
Could not contact Service Manager FNDSM_ATMERP_UAT. The TNS alias could not be located, the listener process on ATMERP could not be contacted, or the listener failed to spawn the Service Manager process.

I am unable to select a colour using the swatches, I have a greyish line under the colour I am trying to select and the colour I am trying to use will not highlight - this is a new problem, as it has been working fine - I have pushed something so how do I undo it? Thank you, the step where I went to tools, options and then selected a product for the application worked. It was a problem with .pdf files. I don't understand how all of a sudden it changed from what had worked all along, but, I changed it back from xps viewer to adobe and all is working fine.

Do you know if the printer will print colour on the test report or on a copy?
I just want to make sure it's not something with the hardware itself. Try to print a Print Quality Report to make sure that the hardware functions correctly.On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon (), and then touch Tools. Or touch Print Quality Report. This one has more. See example below. If the colour is not printing on this report, I suggest following the steps in this documents;

Gradually Bring in Colour

Hi guys,
I'm new to FCE and am in the midst of my first project. I've been asked by a muso friend to edit some still images into an existing video clip of his.
The original clip is all in B&W so I've desaturated all the images I've used, but one section of the song I think would be better served by using the original colour in the images I'm using.
I'd like to gradually bring the colour in for the first in a sequence of stills and then gradually fade back to B&W with the last image in the sequence but I'm having trouble finding out how to do it.
Any tips/suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response.
I can't seem to get that working though.
I've applied the Color Corrector to the image in the timeline, the opened the image in the viewer.
From there I started at the first frame and selected Control K to enter a keyframe and then desaturated the image to B&W.
After that I just scrubbed forward maybe 10-15 frames and entered another Control K command and brought the saturation level up a little and repeated it until I had the saturation back to the original setting.
When I then click the "Play In To Out" button in the viewer it just shows the image as colour

Cisco ASR1001-X SFP-10G-SR: unable to bring 10G port up

Dear colleagues,
I have connected a Cisco ASR1001-X 10G port to a 10G port on the Cisco 7606-S. The SFP on my ASR1001-X is SFP-10G-SR and the SFP on the 7606-S is XENPAK-10GB-LX4. I am using an MMF fibre patching. I am unable to bring the port up. I have a temp license for the ASR 10G port. Is that sufficient to bring the port up?
I have tried connecting the SFP-10G-SR to a XFP-10G-MM-SR on another ASR but this did not work either. I am able to connect the XFP-10G-MM-SR to one another and also the SFP-10G-SR to one another. So there appears to be an issue when I mix the SFPs.
Can any one help please?

Unable to bring up crs on rac node 2 after server reboot

Hi,
We have a 2 node rac architecture. We are only able to bring up Node 1 on the cluster, whereas node 2 is failing. Here are some points::
1. After the server reboot, node 2 crs crs/resources weren't starting up apart from OHAS.
2. We again stopped both the CRS and tried bringing up CRS on node 2 initially and succeeded. But now node 1 wasn't coming up.
3. Again brought down both nodes' CRS and tried bringing up CRS on node1 and succeded but asm wasn't showing the Diskgroups. So we changed pfile to include asm_diskstring from ORCL* to /dev/oracleasm/disks and we could lsdg in asm now.So started all the instances from node 1 now. Apart from this, again node 2 CRS wasn't starting. From alertlog I saw "CRS-1714:Unable to discover any voting files, retrying discovery in 15 seconds;". But we were able to query voting disks initially. What has gone wrong now??

Unable to bring up newest version of itunes -"agreement" message disappears

I have a 30gb video ipod. After installing the new itunes 7.0 version, I am unable to access itunes. When I click on the itunes icon, the user agreement flashes up for a second and then disappears. I try to click on "agree" before it closes but am unable to.
I had this problem when I first got my ipod and was able to right click the itunes icon, click "run as" and click on "owner". Now I no longer have the option because the "run as" does not show up. (I have never been able to bring up itunes automatically when I plug in my ipod.)

It says that the system administrator has set policies to prevent me from doing so.
Let's try something relatively simple. Download and save a copy of the installer to your hard drive (don't run the install on line and don't start the install just yet):
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Now right-click on the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) that you downloaded and select "Run as administrator".
Does that go through any better for you?

Unable to set background colour JTableHeader in Java 1.6_18

We're moving our application from Java 1.4.2 to 1.6_18, so far without major problems but there's some small issues with the GUI. Originally we'd change the background colour of the JTableHeader, but in 1.6_18 that doesn't seem to work. Instead of colouring the complete header it just seems to draw an outline. It kind of gives the impression that there's something on top of the table header which hides the coloured background.
The code below shows what I'm trying to do, and gives different results when compiled in Java 1.4.2 and Java 1.6_18. It makes no difference whether I'm using the UIManager or setting the background directly on the JTableHeader.
The application still works fine of course, but it bugs me that I can't work out what the problem is, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I've already had a look at bug [6521138|http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6521138], but it makes no difference whether a new JTableHeader is set, so I think it's different. Also, the workaround for bug [4776303|http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4776303] has no effect so I think that doesn't apply either.

Unable to bring up ASM on 2nd node of a 2-node Cluster

Having a very wierd problem on a 2-node cluster. I can only bring up on ASM instance at a time. If i bring up the second, it hangs. This is what the second (hung) instance puts in the alert log:

No issues that I have seen. I see trc files on both nodes for lmon, but neither contain errors.Do you have any post issues on the date that issue began (something with Reconfiguration started) ?
This is a new build. Its going to be a DR environment (Dataguard Physical Standby), so we've never managed to get ASM up yet.Do you have any other errors on the second node on the date the issue appears (some ORA-27041 or other messages) errors?

ASM isn't registered with CRS/OCR yet. I did add it at one time, but it didnt seem to make any difference.What is the release of your installation 10.2.0.4? Otherwise control if you can upgrade CRS, ASM and your RDBMS to that release.
CRS, ASM and Oracle will be 10.2.0.3Can't go to 10.2.0.4 yet as primary site is at 10.2.0.3 on a live system.
Can you please tell us what is the OS / Hardware in use?

What is the result of that on the second node:
even a startup nomount hangs on second node.connect sqlplus / as sysdba;
startup nomount
desc v$asmdiskgroup;
select name, mount from v$diskgroup;
In the case that no group is mounted do
alter database mount diskgroup 'your diskgroupname';
What is the result of that?

Unable to bring up Adobe Elements in new Mac environment (OS X Yosemite10.10.3)

I have Adobe Elements 10 on my MacBook Pro & recently upgraded the plateform to OS X Yosemite (10.10.3). When I try to bring Elements up I get, Adobe Elements 10 Organizer (or Edit) quit unexpectedly." I also have Lightroom 4, but it comes up, although it seems to missing some pic files. I'm not computer savey enough to know what the issue is. I'm wondering if they will not work in the 10.10.3 environment.? If not, what do I need to upgrade to?

Version 10 should work just fine, but it's very, very important to delete old PSE prefs when you do an OS X upgrade:
