Unable to buy in the iTunes Store from my Mac

For the past several weeks, my password has been rejected (I just get the sign on screen over and over when ever I click "download" ) when I attempt to purchase/download anything. My iPad and iTouch have no problem so I am pretty sure my password is correct.

I'm unable to access the Itunes Store from my Windows 8?

I recently recieved a new laptop, operating on Windows 8. {Note: This is my first Windows computer, I transferred over from Mac}. I decided to open up a new Apple ID to get away from my parent's account, so that was all set up pretty easily.
Now, however, i find that I can't access the Itunes store from the Itunes application.
A message, I'm unable to find it now, it no longer appears, instead I get a blank screen instead of the store, read something similar to "not being able to open itunes store, please check your cookies and account details. {sorry if that's too vague, but it definitly had to do with my cookie settings making it unable to open.}
I'm at a loss at what to do next. My account is perfectly set up, but where and how to adjust the cookies so that the itunes store can open?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I cannot access the iTunes store from any of my computers. When I updated to v. 10.7 it made my laptop unable to access. I have installed and uninstalled numerous times.

Nothing happens. iTunes just hangs up every time, saying "Accessing iTunes Store." It does that for a very, very long time, then nothing. Here is what happens when I run diagnostics.

Why can't you purchase an audio book on the Itunes store from an Apple TV?

Apple seems to be moving everything they sell on Itunes to graphics, away from the traditional text based browse function they started with.
I don't think they've done the most effective job on that move on a PC/Mac, it's sometimes easier just to go through the Apple TV and buy from there and let it just sync and transfer to my Itunes library on my PC.
However, I've noticed that you can't purchase an audiobook from an Apple TV, though you can purchase everything else that can play on an Ipod from there.
Audiobooks just don't show up as an option on the Itunes store from an Apple TV, but they do play on your Apple TV if you purchase them from the Itunes store from the PC or Mac you sync or stream from.
Does anyone know if this is a licensing issue, or yet another oops/oversight on Apple's part? Doesn't seem to make sense, Apple has been pushing tighter and tighter integration between the Itunes store and Apple TV, and it's yet another lost revenue stream on Apple's part that I hope they fix.
If you can buy it from the store, you ought to be able to buy it using your apple TV. Period. Makes as much (non)sense as restricting what content you can purchase if you are buying it from an Iphone vs. a PC vs. a Mac. If you sell content on your store that plays on your devices, then sell it, regardless of which device (that you also make and sell) that your customers access your Itunes store from. It's why they make us sync everything back to Itunes on a computer in the first place.
And yes, while it may sound counter-intuitive to listen to an audio book from a device connected to a TV,
I listen to audiobooks from my Apple TV nightly in my bedroom to go to sleep by, streamed via airtunes to the Aux port on my clock radio by my bed, then turn the TV off and snooze. Works extremely well and has for years now. Beats headphones or futzing with external speakers on an Ipod or trudging upstairs to the room I have my PC in to stream an audiobook to airtunes, then back to bed. With Apple TV, it's pick, click, then turn off the tv and the lights. Sure would be nice to buy an audio book that way also.
Any thoughts on why they would restrict you from buying audiobooks from an Apple TV? To me, it's yet another lost revenue opportunity for impulse buys courtesy of Apple.

Do the non-syncing songs play in iTunes?
Were the syncing and non-syncing songs purchased with the same account?

I have Windows XP - Service Pack 2 and after upgrading my itunes to ios 7, I am unable to connect to the itunes store. Every time I click on the itunes store I receive a message that says "itunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error has occurred (0x80092013). Make sure your network connection is active and try again." Every other device in my house is hooked up to the internet and I am having no problem browsing the internet on this computer. Ive been through various threads on here.
There has been quite a few things said and some people are having luck with.
Reset all your settings works, but only once. when you shut down and open back up same problem.
Ive tried changing how my cookies respond, this doesnt work either.
My app store loads in a second, fastest its ever been.
Ive noticed that when your in settings and click on something eles it takes maybe a second or two before it changes to the next screen something thats never happened on 6

Some developers have created both an iOS and a Mac OS X version of their app, but you will need to buy each one separately from their respective app stores. Buying one version does not give you the other version for free, unless they are free apps.

I had this exact same problem. I found this fix and it worked for me.
Step 1:
Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the filen named QTMovieWin.dll.
Step 2:
Browse and past that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes.
Hope this helps you. I wish I could remember where I saw this originally so I could thank them.

The problem is from all the 9 songs I've paid for, only 7 are still available from this list on my iPhone. There is no possibility to download the other 2 without paying for them. How many time shall I pay for the same songs?? If you can access my music list and my past receipts payment you will be able to find out what I mean. I went back on iTunes I've found the the songs I already downloaded in October that should be on my playlist but if I click on them it will charge me again 0,99 cents. 1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

For some reason, starting about 2 months ago, I can no longer connect to the iTunes store from my PC. Does anyone have any idea why this would occur?
Obviously all my internet connections are fine and it is not a firewall or filter issue.
