Unable to buy iPhoto book - HELP

I have been trying to buy a book project I have made in ipohoto. But when it's come to processing to upload the book it's freez after awhile .
I have tried like 6 times and the last time it have been completed apparently ! but froze for no clear reason and gave a message of error and if I would like to try agian or cancel the order . what should I do ?

Unable to buy iPhoto book

When I select 'Buy Book' it comes up on screen that shows the cost of the single book, but I do not have any option to choose multiple copies etc (as per the image below) and when I select CHECK OUT, nothining happens. The wheel thing goes for a few seconds, then it just stops.

There seems to be a problem with that store.

I'd try to contact them directly using the contacts at the top of the page or the contact button in the lower left corner.
You have checked, if your AppleID has an for Australian billing address?

Unable to buy iPhoto book...need it for christmas!

I have been trying to buy my photo book as a christmas present. First order went through and got cancelled without me doing anything and the apple store saying they couldn't see the problem then my second order wont go through as they said it failed on upload, even though it said it had been accepted. anyone any ideas?

Have you set the Print Products Store to Canada in the iPhoto Preferences > Advanced Panel?
This determines the address format.
And your billing address and shipping address must be in the same country, as defined for your AppleID and credit card.

Unable to upload iPhoto book to print from iPad

I have been unable to upload my iPhoto book to print it from my iPad...
It will go through the process of requesting apple ID password --> verifying my credit card --> then will say "placing order. uploading project" and look like it is uploading (ie blue bar showing progress) and sometimes this is progressing for hours, but then the app will crash and close down.
Things I've tried/confirmed so far: I have the up to date versions of iOS and iPhoto, I have it connected to wi-fi and plugged in, I have closed down all other apps on the iPad
Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?
Is there a way to upload it from my computer instead? -- I have a PC but have been unable to find the 'book' or photos in iTunes or elsewhere on the computer to even try this...

You have covered most issues, but you do not mention how much free memory you are having on your iPad. Submitting a book for printing need plenty of free memory on your iPad, about the same amount as the combined size of your photos. Could it be, that you are running out of memory?
Another reason might be an unprintable, corrupted photo in your book.

To order a photo book from Apple you need an Apple computer or an iOS device.

Cannot buy IPhoto book with version 7.1.5. Can I save it and buy it from another newer mac? How do I save it?

Spent a lot of time creating an IPhoto book for Xmas gifts. When I went to purchase the books I was then told I was not able to buy any product because my IPhoto version was outdated. I tried to update to latest IPhoto version but was then told I was not able to because my IOS operating system is too old.
I tried to update to Mavericks but I was told my Mac Mini is not able to accept the new operating system.
Looks like I need to just buy a new computer to buy some books huh?

1 - IOS is not a Mac system - it is only on mobile devices
2 - teh version of the OS is not a determination of abiliby to purchase print products using iPhoto foe the Mac - teh version of iPhoto is the determining factor

Buy iPhoto book

During the process of buying a iPhoto book, the system ask the delivery contact information, where it doesn't accept the phone number. So I can't finish the order process!
Is there a solution for this problem. Already try to create a new Apple ID within the order process and doesn't work out...same problem, doesn't accept the phone number!

There is a problem with phone numbers - if you search the forums you will find people have solved it by either not including the + (only didigits) or by moving one digit to the next field - you probably will have to experiment
the US phone number format is 10 digits aaa-ppp-nnn if you can fit your digits into that format it should work

I want to proceed to buy a book that I created in Iphoto. I enter my address but it is defaulted at UK. How can I buy a book if I don't have an address in the UK?

Unable to order iphoto books :(

I've never had trouble ordering iphoto books before. In fact, I order one every year on our anniversary. This year, I have tried to order our iphoto book 5 times and each time it makes it to the uploading page and then freezes. I have to hardboot my computer in order to exit out of iphoto. Does anyone know if this is a software glitch or if there is a setting I need to change? I love ordering iphoto books and feel very discouraged

If it is correct boot into safe mode and preview again (note that safe mode disables some fonts) and then order while in safe mode

Unable to buy iPhoto

I've a iPhoto application installed with another friends account which I don't have access too.
I deleted the app and trying to buy through the app store it shows the link as "Accept" not "Buy".
When i click that
"These apps were already assigned to another Apple ID, and they will be available in that Apple ID's Purchases list. If you don't have access to that Apple ID and want to receive future updates, you will need to purchase the applications."
Not sure how can I buy iPhoto?.

Can't buy iphoto book??!

Hello,
When I click "Buy Book" a new window opens that says order book on the top. It lets me choose the Cover Color, but the Quantity is frozen. Below that it says "Price for each 20 page boo 29.99". Below that is the sbtotal, taxes and shipping all with $0 next to them, There is a note that says you need an Apple Account with 1 click ordering enabled, which I checked and have, but because it doesn't work I try the Set up Account at the bottom of the page. I go though all the steps, enter in my billing and credit card and shipping info, then in Step 3 I press continue and NOTHING happens! It does nothing, and all I can do is cancel and the whole thing closes.
I am at a lose. I have checked my apple account, changes my country...did the updates...
I have spent hours creatint this beautiful wedding book and can't buy it

I am already using iPhoto '11. Here is some more information. It also does not work if I try to order prints. I get an error message that says the session has timed out.
If I logout of the computer and log in as a different user iphoto seems to work and has no trouble connecting to my account and ordering prints. I assume this means that some file is corrupted but I already tried throwing out the iphoto preferences and that did not help.
Any more ideas.

Unable to order iphoto book

Using iphoto 09 (v8.1.2), created a photo book but when I try to order using the Buy Book option I am unable to get past the order book window. This window shows the order details, it provides a new set up account option but does not provide an existing account option, I already have an existing apple store account. The account window and quantity options are greyed out.

Unable to Purchase iPhoto Book

I'm trying to purchase a book in iPhoto, but when I click buy book or buy prints, nothing happens. I've tried shutting down my computer and iPhoto, checking my credit card and applie ID info and I recently updated my credit card. Any suggestions?! This is soooo frustrating.

Try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents the following folder:
User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: For Mavericks, 10.9, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.
NOTE: Before ordering the book create a PDF copy of it as described in this Apple document: iPhoto, Aperture: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture. Check it for errors and save to compare to the printed copy when it arrives.
