I am unable to cancel my plan. I keep pressing "cancel plan" and it keeps popping up with the same thing saying "contact customer care" or "see if you qualify for a refund". I am still unable to cancel my account, and I need to do so asap. Thanks!

The next billing date for the CC is Jan 26, 2015, do you still want to cancel the CC?

 I am working on EP 6.0 SP9 Patch8.(Stand alone Java Only)
When I am trying to upgrade it SP 16, I am getting following error:

Unable to cancel my subscription

Hi,
I purchased a US unlimited calling subscription worth 5.99EUROS.Since then I have not been able to use it and am unable to cancel the subscription from my end.
I was charged again with the same amount after one month .When I try to delete the credit card details from my account,it says to cancel the subscription first ,which i am not able to do.
I tried following up with one of the posts for canceling the subscription but I don't see the settings on the Call phones tab.
Could you please help me as i am being charged again and again on my credit card.

I am trying to get hotmail on my iphone but every time it says "unable to verify account info"

I am trying to set up my hotmail account on my new iphone 5c. The password is correct becasue I used it on my laptop. Whenever I try to set it up, it says "unable to verify account information." Does anyone know why this isn't working?

I can no longer use my aol on mac mail. When I set up the aol account name and password I get a message that says "Unable to verify account name or password". This is on all my Apple devices. Seems like an AOL server issue but no help from them!

I can no longer make my AOL e mail work with Mac Mail on all my devices. When I try to set up the account and put in the correct aol account and password I get the message "Unable to verify account name or password". I know the account name and password is correct as I can open the AOL e mail page on Safari. I have changed the password, and it still does not work. AOL tech support has been no help. Delete your Gmail account from the Mail/Contacts/Calendars settings page, and then add it back in using the new Gmail password.

Issue: While "Invoice Cancelling- Accounting entry not effected in Trial balance"
Invoice which is cancelled and accounting events for Invoice & Cancellation is taken place, but the entry for cancellation is not appearing in the GL Hence the reversal effect of expense is not seen.
I can able to see the Reversal Entry in Payables > Reports > View Accounting A
Here > Tools > View Accounting Events > View Journal Entries > Show Addtional Information > Transfer to GL Status is "No" after that i have Run the Transfer Journal Entries to GL even its not appearing in GL and not transfer to GL.
@Have to Resolve this as soon as possilble, plz any one can lets guide me

did, and hers looked so easy. Is my CONTACT APP not downloaded correctly, or is it an old version? Because it came on my Tablet already? So How do I

I have had the same problem as yours on my Ipad after upgraded Procreate 2.01. My iOS is 7.04. I tried to find solution from internet for weeks. Fortunately, the problem was resolved a few minutes ago. It is very simple,
1. Lunch outlook.com to confirm you can access hotmail mailbox. It means your account is Ok.
2. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars.Delete your hotmail account from your device.(my device is Ipad)
3. Turn off your device, then turn on again.
4. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and create your hotmail account by tap outlook.com. Be sure the incoming mail server is pop3.live.com.
5. Waiting for validation.

I am implementing sales from Factory. I am unable to creat accounting document for my Outgoing excise invoice. When I click the Utilization button, The excise invoice type is selected Deemed.
1. How to control which Which Excise invoice type should be selected in J1IIN.
2. For Deemed exports will system not genererate Accounting document for Excise Invoice?
3. Where to view the excise invoice document types (Like Billing and order types)

For deemed export sales,
-Accounting documents will not get generated. (ref: Excise Acct Determination in CIN settings, you will not find Excise Tranraction type:ARE3 for which G/L account will not be assigned)
-Excise Invoice type will be automatically triggered based on configuration : Excise Group / Series Group detetermination.
- For Deemed Exports , only Quantity will get updated in RG1, but not the value. thats the reason, accounting document will not get generated.
- This excise invoice is created, for - to update the RG1 registry / ARE3 creation.

I got exchange mail working. It seems issue is around "Push". I enabled "push", account verified & all worked well. After that I disabled push (I do not want it & to save mobile data use).
By googling, I found many have got it up & apple may fix it in it next iOS udpate.
