Unable To Cancel Previous Reconciliation

Hi All,
We are using SAP Business One 2007 A SP01 PL 05.
The problem that I currently have is that an external reconciliation was done and it was not done correctly. When I go to Manage Previous External Reconciliations and select the GL account I find the reconciliation sitting there. Once I highlight it and click on Cancel Reconciliation nothing happens not even an error message pops up.
I would like to know if anybody has experienced this problem before and if so what is the solution to fix this problem.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The message next to the cancel button is "Bold row in a reconciliation is a balancing transaction"
Yes it is a balanced transaction. Total on left hand side is 276860.71 and total on right hand side is 276860.71

Hi Chinho,
in version 2007 you cannot cancel any reconciliation performed automatically by the system. If you have a payment based on an invoice, this is a system reconciliation. In order to cancel this, you must cancel the payment. Thus, the document status of the invoice reverts to 'Open' & the reconciliation is cancelled.

Restore canceled manual reconciliations

Hi Experts,
I have canceled hastily 2 manual bank reconcilations. Is there anyway of restoring these recon's with the check and restore previous reconciliations window? If so how does one do it I have played around in the test enviroment with it but doesn't seem to get it working.
Any help or suggestions will be gretaly appreciated.

I am afraid there is no way to restore canceled manual reconciliations. Since they are canceled already, you need to redo it.

Renderfarm error: Pre-Flight Error: Unable to import previously rendered file

I have an error message I am receiving during network rendering on a renderfarm, and was hoping for some help. The error is this: "Pre-Flight Error: Unable to import previously rendered file."
Here is my setup and some details:
The user makes a comp, and adds it to the render queue set to render as a quicktime movie file. Then they run a script which precomps everything and sets it to render as a image sequence with "Skip existing files" checked. This comp also has a post-render action set to import & replace usage. After this comp is rendered, it gets pulled back into the project and the original render item starts rendering the movie file using the previously rendered image sequence as it's only layer.
This project gets saved to a server where our render nodes are watching the folder. All the render nodes pick up the project and proceed to render the image sequence. Then, after they are done, 1 machine will pick up the second render item and begin rendering the image sequence into the final quicktime movie.
All of this goes smoothly about 90% of the time. However, in some cases an error shows up in the watch folder html page for the 2nd render item (the one converting the image sequence to the movie). The error says "Pre-Flight Error: Unable to import previously rendered file." After the error occurs, no machines will start rendering the project.
My first guess is that the render engine on one machine somehow skips rendering the image sequence comp, and then tries to render the quicktime movie comp and fails because the image sequence has not yet been rendered. However, I can't figure out why After Effects would skip rendering the first comp.
Does anyone have any idea?

Well, you should get used to the fact that it's simply gone... Just looking at your screenshot makes me grind my teeth. From delayed writing of files to fragmentation in user folders to Windows doing obscure things this could be anything, but seriously, saving important files on the desktop? That is simply sloppy data management. There is no other way to say it. Read up on what proper file naming, incremental saving and backups are good for and why keeping work files separate and away from your user home directories is actually a quite simple, yet effective concept to avoid exactly that kind of issue.

2. I traing to open resposibility and getting error:
'Error: Unable to Recover Previous State

Did you re-run all the updates to get your computer back to the point it was at prior to "initilization" (by the way, "initialization" really refers just to formatting a disk and not all the subsequent OS installation, etc. that you did)? It is possible not all components of your applications are in synch with each other. I could easily see this happening with Quicktime and possibly Safari. Text Edit is probably so simple that it is not trying to interact with other components on the computer.
Since Safari and Quicktime are easily available I would just download them and reinstall them.

Unable to cancel LIV or perform Credit memo/Subsequent Credit

I have a PO (with commitment from year 2008) that was created in 2008 and LIV in 2009.
But was unable to cancel LIV or perform credit memo/subsequent credit in 2009, error message indicating that budget exceed year 2008 appear.
Is there any way i can proceed to cancel this LIV or do a credit memo?
I have tried to carry the commitment back from 2009 to 2008, still cannot.

Hi
If you deactivate availability control then you can spend as much as you want on purchasing. The released budget and budget have no control on spend amount. When you activate the availability control (yearwise) by that time there should be released budget equal to that of spent amount.
Generally for some projects (specific to particular coding mask) we remove availabity control and for general projects we put it.

Unable to cancel busines completion

Order is closed, Status is CLSD, Iam unable to cancel this status ,
When I go to function--> cancel the business completion system throws an error as
Technically complete not allowed.
I know its not possible , is thier any way to cancel this, either through user exit or some Tcode.

Unable to cancel Subscription renewal

Hi,
Check the budget distrubuted to the internal orders values is matching with top node or parent node value or not, if that value is not matching with intenal order distrubution value then system will not accept to save.
