Unable to cancel Subscription renewal
I am unable to cancel my subscription renewal. When I click all the links I end up at a page that says 'access denied' Frustrating. Please help.
Here's what I get:

I, unfortunately, can't help straighten out the charges for you; please start a Chat sessions with Customer support Cick the Chat link at https://www.acrobat.com/misc/en/contact-support.html, and a Customer Support agent will be able to assist you. Chat is available from 5am – 7pm PST.
In the meantime, you can definitely print a receipt of your subscription order: Please follow these steps:
Go to http://www.adobe.com.
2. Click Sign in to My Adobe > My Products and Services in the upper-right corner. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
5. Click an order date and click Print Receipt.

Hello,
I have a subscription for unlimited US calls. I am being automatically billed for this subscription, each month via paypal. I can use Skype, via this subscription, to make calls to the US. Money leaves me, and goes to Skype, as freely as do the calls.
HOWEVER, there is no way visible, via the account page, to view and hence, cancel my subscription. Obviously I have it, as I'm being both billed for it and using it - but there is no way to cancel it as I can access any sort settings, as it stubbornly refuses to show up when I log into my account.
PLEASE advise, mods or Skype, so I may cancel this phantom subscription. I'm not using it enough, and I certainly don't like feeling trapped into a monthly charge because of an interface which suggests that I'm not subscribed to anything at all.

That would explain, why I can't see any subscriptions. But not, the charges - or the ability to call the US.
Is it possible, that I somehow have ended up with more than one "Skype identity?" Is there a way to check on Skype itself, what id it is using? Unfortunately, the payment notification from Paypal only contains the following information:

Unable to cancel subscription it keeps timing out
Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? I can do everything else that is in the menu options but it times out when selecting subscriptions and sends me back to the login screen.

Can no longer afford CC. Cancel subscription and auto-renewal.
A couple of months ago, there was a dramatic change in my financial circumstances. As a family, we were not prepared for this; we did not have any significant savings and were already struggling with debts.
Unfortunately, I am struggling to restore my previous level of income and, as such, many bills are going unpaid. Including rent… and Creative Cloud!
I relied on Adobe CS tools for making a living; and for prospecting for new work. After missing my November payment, my subscription was reverted to 'trial' and now this is about to expire. (I actually had to turn down a job today because I no longer have the software to do it.Wasted money! I could have bought CS6 outright!) I am now in the process of selling my studio equipment to raise funds for software from another publisher. However, I seem to be locked into 'auto-renewing' my CC subscription, against my wishes. There is no option to cancel auto-renewal, without paying for the whole 12 months!
I have spoken on live-chat and they do not seem able to understand my situation. No help at all.
I'm looking into buying CS2 from eBay, for the interim, but would like to leave Adobe for good.
Has anyone had any luck cancelling their auto-renewal before the end of their yearly subscription?This was one of my major problems with the subscription model. I guess that in the coming months (years?) we will see a lot more of that. It is sad though that changing situations also cross over in application land. Sadly enough that is how it will go, if you subscribed for a year, you can not get out of it till the year has passed.
If I were you I would look for other software, maybe GIMP or another application, might not be as good as photoshop, but going back to CS2 is a bad idea I think...

If you want to view your app subscriptions:
From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
Tap the View Apple ID button.
Enter your password and tap OK.
From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don't have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
You'll then be taken to your App Subscriptions page.
To turn off auto-renewal:
From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription.
Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
Tap On to toggle the switch to Off.
You'll receive a confirmation message; tap Turn Off to confirm your choice. -
