Unable to cancel subscription the Premier Pro

The adobe help link provided does not match what I get when I follow it, after clicking "manage plans" under plans and products in my account page it brings me to a page showing account info and payment info with no option to cancel plan

  • I'm (nearly) fed up of trying and trying to download the TRIAL version of the Premier Pro app and it's been impossible so far.

    Hi, I'd need someone to contact my by email <Removed by Moderator> so I can download the TRIAL version of the "Premier Pro".
    I downloaded the file (PremierPro_8_LS20.7z) which is 971MB large (Aprox), then execute the .exe file so it can be downloaded and then I get an ERROR message saying that this product can only be installed in a system of 64 bits.

    What version of Premiere Pro are you wishing to evaluate?  What operating system are you using?  Please be aware that all recent versions of Premiere Pro have required a 64-bit operating system.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Reinstall the Premier Pro CC

    Due to an operating problems, I have uninstalled the trial version of the Premier Pro CC.
    Unfortunately, I can't reinstall the Premier Pro CC, because the Creative Cloud application recognizes the Premier, all though it's not on my computer any more.
    Details:
    Lenovo laptop ThinkPad 301
    i5, 8G RAM
    Windows 7 Pro

    I am unable to cancel my subscription renewal. When I click all the links I end up at a page that says 'access denied' Frustrating. Please help.

  • Where can i download the premier pro trial?

    I've been looking for a download for the premier elements trial for over an hour now and none of the downloads i can find do anything. I keep getting the same one saying that my download is starting, but nothing happens or that it is in the creative cloud when it's not. I need this to do a school project, so can somebody help me with a link, or teach me how to get this thing downloaded?

  • Cannot cancel subscription to Skype Pro

    Apparently I signed up for "Skype Pro" about a year ago, though I don't remember doing so.  I was using Skype a lot so it didn't bother me.  Recently, I logged in to try and go back to a free account, and under "My Accout" it says I have no subscriptions.  However, I have been charged for this subscription for the past 12 mounths.
    In the email "We've delivered your order" I tried clicking the link to unsubscribe, but it brought me to a unresponsive page with an UNSUBSCRIBE button: clicking the button does nothing....(I tried multiple web browsers, all of them up-to-date).
    Any idea what's going on here?  I really wish I could talk to a person to work this kind of thing out, and I instead was compelled to remove my auto recharge info to make it stop.  I'd like to add it again for making calls, but not if I can't control the charges being made.

  • Unable to Cancel Subscription

    Hello,
    I have a subscription for unlimited US calls. I am being automatically billed for this subscription, each month via paypal. I can use Skype, via this subscription, to make calls to the US.  Money leaves me, and goes to Skype, as freely as do the calls.
    HOWEVER, there is no way visible, via the account page, to view and hence, cancel my subscription.  Obviously I have it, as I'm being both billed for it and using it - but there is no way to cancel it as I can access any sort settings, as it stubbornly refuses to show up when I log into my account.
    PLEASE advise, mods or Skype, so I may cancel this phantom subscription. I'm not using it enough, and I certainly don't like feeling trapped into a monthly charge because of an interface which suggests that I'm not subscribed to anything at all.

    That would explain, why I can't see any subscriptions.  But not, the charges - or the ability to call the US.
    Is it possible, that I somehow have ended up with more than one "Skype identity?" Is there a way to check on Skype itself, what id it is using?  Unfortunately, the payment notification from Paypal only contains the following information:

    I've followed the steps for canceling my membership, but 'cancel plan' button doesn't appear in my 'manage plan' page.

  • Must i uninstall premier pro trial version before i can use the premiere pro ii just bought under the creative cloud business package?

    I had the trial for premier pro. It expired and yesterday I bought the creative cloud business package.
    In the creative cloud desktop app, under premier pro, it says trial expired, and the only option across from it, is to buy. But I already bought the package yesterday, why doesn't it say download or install?
    If I click premier pro it takes me to a box looking for a redemption code? Do I need a redemption code,, if so how to I get one, was it emailed to me?
    Should I uninstall the premier pro I have on the computer at the moment, before I can download the one I just bought? As next to premier pro in manage application it gives an option to uninstall.. I thought it could just unlock the version I have rather then needing to uninstall it and download it again?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated, please

    Hi Derek,
    I can see that you have purchased Creative Cloud for Teams subscription. You will need to invite and accept the invite before you can carry on using the product as a ful version. I can also see that you have sent the invitation to an email address but that invitation has not yet been accepted . If thats the same email address you wish to use , kindly accept the invitation and use the same email address to login to your Creative Cloud Desktop application.

  • Premier Pro - Not the latest version?

    I thought by buying the subscription to Premier Pro it would keep me up to date with the latest version.  Is that not correct?  I'm on version 7.2.2 (33) but I understand there is a version 8.x available? 

    With Premier Pro open, I click on Help and Updates is greyed out.  So I have to log onto the CC and search for the update, correct?
