Unable to change "Account country"

Hey there :) I lived in Germany, but I activated the premium-trial in Italy, where I was on holiday, so now it turns out that I can't use my account because on my profile says I'm in the USA and I am unable to change it. I had some email exchange with Spotify but they told me I can resolve my problem on my own, by simply clicking "Change Country" on my profile, but the image attached in this post says it all. I used various accounts in this year, now it could be useful to recover my old account, is there any chance to solve this?

Do not worry for the late reply, I've created my... 5 account on Spotify (because yes, I switched country -like... in person, not on the web- a lot of time in the last months). Aaand yes!! It's A Perfect Circle's track, 3 Libras it's a part of me and I use it as a pseudonym around the web :) Case number was: 02387098 ... I miss my old account! :)  PS. my country is Italy... for good :) No more Germany/Italy :)

    I am unable to change the country on my Apple account. I click on change country and it doesn't take any action.

    Are you aware that your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside ??  That could be why you are having problems changing locations.
    "Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

    Billing policy is the same for both the Mac App and iTunes Stores.

    Did you click the "change country or region" link in your account information in the iTunes Store? If not, you need to do that to change your country. Note that you will need a valid US credit card or US iTunes card to enter as payment method.

  • Unable to change billing Country

    I am trying to create a brand new subscription (first one for Live account) and I am currently visiting the UK.  My Live account is Singapore based with Singapore being the defined country.  When i logged into azure to setup an azure account it
    pre-populates my information from my live id.  What i didn't notice was that the Country was set to UK and NOT Singapore.  Once i verified my phone number (my singapore phone number) I realised and wasn't able to use my Singapore CC in the billing
    form.  I am also unable to go back and change this.  
    Can you please help me change the country of my account in Azure to Singapore so that i can buy some subscriptions.  I am unable to create a live account and i am not happy that your system doesn't allow end users to modify their country.

    You can only change your country/region if you do not have an active subscription and you have never purchased a paid subscription. see

    When you create a New Azure subscription, you should be able to choose the country within the setup.
    I would recommend that you raise a Free Billing support ticket if you want to try and change an existing one

    I've made a change in our system so please go ahead and create a new Adobe ID with UK as the country using the same email address.  You'll then be able to sign up.

    Contact Apple > Contacting Apple for support and service
    And ask them to zero out the balance so you can change the country.

  • Unable to change account assignment field in PO

    Hi Experts!
    We are using SRM 7.0 with extended classic scenario.
    We are facing an issue with account assignment category field in a PO.Here is our scenario.
    User created a PO with costcenter account assignment field and this PO transffered to backend system i.e R/3.
    When the user again tried to edit the PO in SRM and change the account assignment field from costcenter to Internal order that is not possible because the
    account assignment field is grayed out .Then the user has to create a new PO with Internal order as the old PO didn't allowed him to change.
    Can any one help me in this regard with  some OSS note or any other possible solution and what might be the reason for the same?

    Just to understand, Is your PO has Good Receipt or Invoice receipt processed? If so then PO do not allow to change the account assignment as charges are booked already.
    If not i would recommend to check if your BBP_GETSTATUS_2 job is running with proper interval? Sometime old PO's do not get refresh status if BBP_GETSTATUS_2 variant is set based on SAP recommendation (i.e. 7 days or so). In that case please execute manually BBP_GETSTATUS_2 and validate.

    What iTunes country store you use has nothing to do with any balance. To change country stores requires a verified billing/shipping address in the country whose store you want to use. Do you have a verified billing address in Malaysia?

  • Changed a country, all apps (Mac + iOS) are gone

    A few months ago I changed country, only to find out that I cannot see updates through iTunes anymore.
    Luckily I could still update through my iPhone, and if I didn't have the app I could just re-purchase it for free.
    I got used to the situation until last week I could no longer download updates on the iPhone nor the Mac App Store.
    This message in shown in both stores - "you cannot update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software".
    I contacted Apple only to receive a representive very unwilling to help, ignoring everything I say and just quoting me the terms of service and instructions how to view my purchase history.
    Apparently I do not own any of the apps I purchased in my previous country. I cannot download or update them anymore. To do this I must pay again!
    I've been told to just switch a country, however I have credit on my account so iTunes will not let me switch.
    Now I cannot download any of my paid apps, as well as OS X Mountain Lion which I bought on my previous country.
    Apple support refuses to help me, telling me I must paid for everything and gave me a couple of apps for free as "a courtesy".
    This is the representative final response - ignoring everything we talked about, especially the fact I cannot change a country:

    Any apps that were purchased in the previous country will need to be repurchased as it's not possible to update apps after changing countries. We re grant the two apps as a courtesy.

    Is your iTunes account address, and other payment method(s) ((if applicable) associated with Canada? They have to be to use that Store.

  • Moved from the US to the UK, not able to change the country on my account

    I moved from the US to the UK and want to change my country. This should be straight forward in my account settings, but it keeps telling me I have rentals I haven't watched. I don't have any rentals on any of my devices. I bought an iPad mini here in London and can't buy apps because it keep telling me my account isn't valid in the UK. Very furstrating! I e-mailed support and never heard back. Please help!

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
    In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
    You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.
