Unable to change document numbering once documents have been created
Hello,
I have created a couple of test quotations, but now I want to change the primary document numbering for quotations and SAP B1 will not let me. We have not gone live with the software yet.

Thank you - how do you define a new series? We have SAP Business One 2007 A (8.00.178) SP: 00 PL: 42. In the Help document it says;
To open the window, choose Administration System Initialization Document Numbering Define Series . Alternatively, you can display the window by choosing New in the Series window.
But when I go to System Initialization>>Document Numbering - Define Series is not an option.

Pay particular attention to the section entitled: "My drag and drop question works correctly sometimes, but not other times. "
From the appearance of your slide, it looks like you may have removed some of the components from the quiz slide that are necessary for it to function correctly. Try the test that this section of the troubleshooting suggests so that you can see if this is the case. If it turns out that you have deleted some items, you'll need to recreate your quiz slide to get them back again.

I have created an 100 page booklet in Pages, with many photographs, and much written word, can I export it to ePub, and make an electronic book, because it says that "Note: The Pages document must have been created using a word processing template"?....

Reason and Prerequisites
Business requirement that marketing documents with an earlier date than the current system date are entered.
Solution
Under Administration -> System Initialisation -> Document Settings -> Tab 'General' is a tickbox 'Block Documents with Earlier Date'.
If this box is ticked, the error message 'A previous document of this type has been created with a later date.' is received and the document cannot be added. This affects the following documents:
AR and AP Invoice
AR and AP Credit Memo
AR and AP Reserve Invoice
If the box is unticked, the system displays the message: 'A previous document of this type has been created with a later date. CONTINUE or CANCEL.' If 'Continue' is chosen, the document can be added.
This setting will also affect documents to be processed by the 'Automatic Summary Wizard'.

Export them
File -> Export
to a folder on the desktop. From there copy them back to your camera.
Remember, the camera has a quite specific set up of folders, and you'll need to put the files back in the correct place for them to be viewable on the camera.

I've got a lot of what seems to be redundant media files on my hard drive, but I'm not sure how necessary all these files really are. To save room, once (fcp1).dv files have been created, can I delete the original .dv files?
This is FCP X related. I haven't used Final Cut Studio. Regardless, for some reason I have many clips twice. The only difference is in the name, not in the kind or size of the clip. For instance, I've got a "clip-2008 09:25:11.dv" and a "clip-2008 09:25:11(fcp1).dv".
I don't know how that clip was created, but all my clips have been duplicated that way. Now it may be that I ingested them in iMovie and then used those clips in FCP X - or perhaps when FCP X says this new version "needs to convert your clips". But the point is that half my media space is taken up by these duplicate files, and I would like to remove one or the other of those duplicates.

I have one way but little lengthy.
Rebate condition always appears in the billing document.
So 1st you extract the sales order list from Table VBAK.
once you have the sales order list then you can put your order list in Table VBFA --> Extract the billing document list.
Now put that list in the table VBRK.
In VBRK you will get the "Doc. condition" --> put that doc condition in table KONV with your rebate condition type.
It will show the result.
Later, through VLOOKUP you can identify in which order you have given rebate to your customer.

I have been creating forms in InDesign and pulling into Acrobat XI Pro to do form fields. My client would like to fill in the PDF form using Reader, save under a different name locally on their device, and redistribute. The problem I have is that, sometimes, they want to redistribute the form as Read Only. I know how to flatten the form on a mobile device, but uncertain how they can do that with a PC or Mac using Adobe Reader. I looked at FormsCentral thinking there might be a solution going that route, but don't believe there is. Any advice?
FormsCentral won't help with flattening a form. You could set up the form in Acrobat so that the fields are set to read-only, using JavaScript. Not quite the same as flattening but it's the best Reader can do.
Note that when Reader is used to e-sign a document, it gets flattened, but this won't be possible if you need to Reader-enable the form and under certain other conditions. -
How can I see which and how many iCloud accounts have been created on my Mac?
I have reached the limit of iCloud accounts that can be created on my Mac (bit of a shock, I was blissfully unaware that there is a limit). In the past I had an iCloud account for each user but have since consolidated the users, now I am wondering if there is some way of seeing which accounts are attached to my Mac ID.
Additionally if I delete some of those iCloud accounts, does the available limit reset? (From posts it seems not, but no real clarity on the issue).
ThanxAFAIK this information is not available, but in any case there is nothing you can do once the limit has been reached. Of course you can check which accounts are signed in, but not accounts which may have been created but signed out from. Deleting accounts won't reset the limit, it's tied to the hardware (not the user account).
If you want another account the only way is to create it on another device: then you can sign into it on your Mac. -
How to clear a private static class attribute once it's been created?

The issue that I am having is that the first call of this function module creates and populates the Static Private component attribute, <br>PROFILE, for the instance of this Class and I do not know how to initialize it once it's been created. The PROFILE attribute is an <br>object reference to an instance of Class CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE. <br>
I want to reset/intialize this Static Private component. I can then call a Class Method with<br> different parameters so that it repopulates PROFILE with different attributes. <br>There is no Public method to do this in CL_XSS_CAT_BUSINESS_LAYER and even the Private method<br> INIT_PROFILE, the logic first checks to see if the PROFILE component is initial before creating a new PROFILE<br> object instance. All the Attributes of the CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE object are Static and Private.

Most of this ABAP OO stuff is still quite new to me so I'm struggling with syntax and what is and isn't possible based on how everything is declared. I guess now that I know I can do this I am having some problems understanding how singleton Class objects work and how to 'reset' them.
The Class instance based on CL_XSS_CAT_BUSINESS_LAYER has a Static Private attribute PROFILE that is an object reference to the singleton Class instance CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE.
The singleton Class instance of CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE has all of its attributes set to Static Private. If you look at this Class in SE80 you see that one of its attributes is also called PROFILE and is an object reference variable to itself.
So the issue I am having is how to go about 'initializing' this singleton object so that I can 'recreate' this singleton object using a copy of the existing S
I used the enhancement framework to create a copy of the CL_XSS_CAT_BUSINESS_PROFILE Instance Private Method INIT_PROFILE , called in INIT_PROFILE2, but I am not sure how to 'clear/reset' the instance of the CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE object.
Since PROFILE is an attribute of the CL_XSS_BUSINESS_LAYER object, I thought that a simple CLEAR PROFILE would reset the object but this is not the case. Within this method the FREE clears the value of the reference variable PROFILE but as soon as you step into the method me->init_profile, the value of PROFILE goes back to what it was. I need for all of the CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE instance attributes to be reset or initialized so I can fill them again. I think I'm getting confused on the scope of things...should I be enhancing the CL_XSS_CAT_PROFILE Class with 'setter' methods so I can initialize all of the Static Private attributes that way instead of trying to clear all the attributes at a higher call level?
Any assistance with helping me with my thought process or approach to this would be much appreciated.
