Unable to change theme due to screen display function not working

Hi
I've been having an issue since I did the 0S6 upgrade to my torch 9800 where when I click on the screen display it doesn't completely open it just flashes quickly and then closes, it was doing it with home screen display and now it seems to have switched but now I can't change themes. Anyone else know of this issue or a solution. I've done a hard and soft reset.

Go to Options - Display - Screen Display - Theme. How many themes do you see installed within the list?

Using PS Elem6 on Netbook. Screen display size not working with NEF files

I use PH Elements 6 on my Netbook while traveling taking photos. I always take photos in the RAW (NEF) format.
The problem is when I attempt to bring up the Editor. It will automatically go to the Screen/Page for NEF file. The problem is that the screen/window that pops up is too large. The bottom of the pop-up is missing and there isn't a way for me to scroll down. The missing area is where I need to go to Save any changes I make.
Anyone have any suggestions?

ACR (and PSE in general) requires a minimum display resolution of 1024 x 768. What is the resolution of your netbook?
If it is at least 1024 x 768, it may be that ACR is coming up at a wrong size. You can try toggling into full-screen mode and back by typing the "f" key.
If it's less than 1024 x 768, then here's a clumsy workaround: Use the tab key to cycle the keyboard focus through all the conrols in the ACR display. As you hit tab, you'll see the different controls get highlighted. Right after Saturation, it cycles through Help, Save Image, Depth, Done, Cancel, Open Image. So you could tab to the appropriate button and then hit enter.
(Unfortunately, ACR, like many Adobe products, doesn't follow the Windows standards, which require that keyboard shortcuts be assigned to every button and that windows be movable using the cursor keys.)

The wish list only works on apps you have to pay for. To get it tap the icon of the app you want to save. After it opens at the upper right corner is a box with a arrow. Tap that then tap add to wish list list in the box that opens.

Part of my iPad screen display does not show. It was not dropped and neither is the screen broken. I was advised to see the local service provider for a diagnosis.
I had finally managed to find time to find a local service provider last week (not easy) and was disappointed to be advised of Apple's policy of one for one exchange i.e. they wont repair and said that i would have to replace with a whole unit. As my unit is no longer under warranty, it meant that I had to pay for the full price of a new unit!
I might as well have paid for the latest new unit but since my unit is only 2 years old at most, it would be a great waste of money.
How can this be? Does this mean apple's product is inferior and do not last since warranty is only for one year?
I sincerely hope there is a favourable solution otherwse my money is flushed down the drain.

I was using my iPad last night, shut the power off and when I turned it on this morning 2/3 of the screen is not working. It looks like the pandalela picture. What is the answer to fix this; is this a screen issue or and electronics issues. Has anybody else experienced this?

If you wanna know how to do the same, please go to HP.com- Support & Drivers- Enter product number - Choose OS - Select BIOS - Download and install. Make sure that the Charger is connected to the Computer.

Well, it is not advised to do it manually, the logged in user (sidadm)
should have the permissions, the reason being it is required at several points of time and with several folders..
However, for learning purpose, here is the syntax to be given in command line-
chgrp -R groupname <directoryName> (for all subdirectory - recursive)
I gave this jsut to cross verify, please assign the access rights (add to admin group) and then continue installation,

I'm unable to change default write disk of Lenovo K3 Note to sd card. At first i was able to change later on the option shows only as phone storage as fixed. I tried to factory reset many times at first it works later the same issue persists. I tried the format the sd card, tried a new sd card, still no use. Please Help ...

The problem that i put an 32GB SD in the mobile
and i went to the stourge options and make the default writeing is in the SD
and i move some apps to the sd
but sometimes the apps that in the sd did not open
even the photos and videos in the sd the mobile did not recognise it at all
its seems like the mobile didnt recognise the SD at all
and to solve this problem i forced to restart the device
have anyone have the same problem?

Being an electronic/computer type device that can happen and often a Simple Restart or Reset (as described below) will often cure many such ills.... If the problem persists... Connect to iTunes on your Computer and Restore
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

My thunderbolt display is not working with my MBP retina 13''

Hi,
     I just received both a new macbook pro retina 13'' and a thunderbolt display. Everything was working properly yesterday but today, I have no clue why, the thunderbolt display is not working anymore.
     . the power supplier for my laptop given by the thunderbolt display is still working;
     . when I don't connect my laptop through the thunderbolt connection, I can use the usb sockets as power supplier , for my phone, for instance;
     . as soon as I plug the thunderbolt cable, the usb socket is not feeding any more my phone, whereas the screen is not displaying anything.
     . If I take a look in the system report, in the thunderbolt tab, there is "no device connected"...
I restarted plenty of time my laptop, took care to reinitialise the SMC as well as the PRAM, and nothing changed. I also disconnected the thunderbolt display, waited few minutes (and more), but nothing changed, again the black screen.
Has somebody an idea?

which model air do you have?
try both a pram and smc reset
plug the monitor into a different electrical outlet and a different port on your Mac (if you have multiple tb ports)

Change password on the first use - does not work.
Created a user and specified 'Change password on the first use' - when user logs in - the 'Change password' window does not pop- up.
Please advise.

(APEX 4.0.2) I am running into this same issue - if you don't set the password expiration and locking to 'Yes', the user gets into the app without being asked to change the pw.
When you do set expiration and locking - after the user logs on with their temporary password, it does take them to the change password page (4155:50) but the username is blank. Because the username didn't get to the page the old password will never match and you get the "Invalid password" message.
What am I missing? Anyone successful doing this?
Simple application, default authentication, no javascript, HTTP_SERVER, no ssl.

F is the default shorcut for »Change Screen Mode« for me, so I’m not sure what you want with the qualifier keys.
Have you changed your Edit > Keyboard Shortcut?
