Unable to check order status

I recenty bought a ps4 and some other items from the online store and i have tried to access my order but no matter what phone number i put in it says that the number does not match. Can anyone help me?
My order number is (removed per forum guidelines) and it is registered under the last name (removed per forum guidelines).

    I am having this exact same problem. I didn't register until now because I figured I could track the package based off of my information.
    Also I am sure I used this email address and I even remember double checking it to make sure I didn't misspell. I never got an email confirmation of the order with any info for it, but I did receive a text telling me that it shipped with a number to track it. But just like OP, it says my phone number is wrong. How can it be wrong if I'm receiving the text?

    Having placed an order on BestBuy.com, I imagine you would be concerned if you hadn’t received any confirmation email for your order. Typically, you may check your order’s status on BestBuy.com by signing into your BestBuy.com account and viewing your Order History. Alternatively, you should be able to utilize your order number, last name of the order, and billing phone number to use the Order Status tool on BestBuy.com.  
    Using the email address you registered with the forum, I was able to locate your order, and sadly it appears that while there’s a phone number associated with the shipping information, there doesn’t appear to be a phone number associated with the billing information. This may be why you were unable to use the Order Status tool I previously mentioned.
    It appears that you chose expedited shipping, which allows 2 business days for shipping. It appears that your order finished processing on 10/28/14, but that UPS may have had a few issues with your delivery, which caused a short delay, and for your package to arrive on 10/31/14. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
    I have some further information in regards to your order, and I am sending you a private message. You may check your private messages by signing into the forum and clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.

Is anyone else receiving this message when checking order status?

    Are you seen that message when trying to view your orders from your Verizon account? I have the same issue but if you search your preorder confirmation number and enter you last name here Order Status | Verizon Wireless then it will at least give the vague details like, "your order has been received and is been processed" It will also show the expected delivery date.

  • AT&T Store - Checking Order Status

    I managed to preorder my iPhone through AT&T's site around 5:45am eastern time; the confirmation email was received about ten minutes afterwards, so I can only assume all is well with my order.
    Out of curiosity, for those who also ordered from AT&T's site as opposed to the Apple one, have any of you attempted to check your order status using the link provided in the confirmation email? It's clearly stated in both the email and on the status page that orders placed within the last 24 hours are likely to not show up yet, which is precisely the case for me as of 5:30pm eastern time. I can only assume the order will be recognized by the status page sometime tomorrow but I'm interested to know if anyone has had luck finding their order through the link (https://www.wireless.att.com/orderstatus/order_statusresults.jsp)

    Status Explanations
    In Progress: Our warehouse is still processing this item for shipment.
    Canceled: This item has been canceled and will not be shipped.
    Partially Shipped: Some of the items have shipped. If an item is on backorder, an amount will appear in the Qty Backordered column.
    Shipped: Our warehouse has shipped this item.
    i guess whether its processing or in progress it probably won't make much of a difference as long as your order is not back-ordered. those are the dreaded words a consumer never wishes to hear.

  • Checking Order Status

    It seems a lot of people have a problem checking their order status on line. I have tried several times in the last few days and it keeps telling me they cannot do it at this time. I have had so much trouble with this order. They promised delivery twice, I stayed home to accept delivery and then they said they didn't have it to deliver. Now I have a third date so you can imagine I'm a little suspect and question whether to take another day off. Is there a glitch in the "check status" option?

    I’m sorry to hear your delivery date for your order kept being pushed back. It’s understandable why you’d want to know when your purchase is arriving, and our Order Status page is a great way to gain some insight into your order. This hardly works if the page is experiencing some technical difficulties though, so I apologize for any aggravation this may be causing.
    To my knowledge, our website didn’t encounter any widespread issues; however, I want to clear any confusion, so I pulled up your online order using the email address provided on the forum. Upon review of your order, it seems that after placing your order for your new Over-the-Range Microwave, the specialty order appliance went on backorder, causing multiple unforeseen delays. I’m sorry if we weren’t able to explain this when you called us for assistance.  
    Regrettably, I see these delays led to you canceling your order with us. Should you be interested though, I’d be happy to try to locate a comparable model on your behalf to ensure you find an appliance as soon as possible.  If so, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

    Hey guys, is it only me or is this for everyone? When trying to check my order status on the apple store I get this message: '
    We're sorry, but our Order Status services are extremely busy right now. Please try again later.'
    Anyone else?

    Well, that seems pretty clear to me.   With all that is going on they may well be busy ... and it is a weekend.   Less staff and more people with time to follow up these things.

  • Verizon Won't let me check order status for iPhone?

    well I've been trying lately to keep checking to see what my order status is.. but It gives me an error saying:
    There has been an error in processing your request. Using the Back button on your browser and resubmitting your request may solve the problem. If you are still not successful, please Contact Us for assistance. 
    I was wondering if anyone else is getting that error too? \:

    I am! here's the deal I placed an order for an upgrade at 6:00 am. Then later around 9:30 I placed an additional order to add a line and transfer in another phone #. My order that was placed later just says that it's in process, but my earlier order is getting the same message you are.
    My debit card was charged 2 $0.00 transactions this morning. It was charged the full amount of the order about 2 hours ago. When I call the 800# they don't show an order at all! LOL!
    I'm chalking this up to the preorder being over and they're updating records, etc. I'll try again in the morning. I'm not going to panic yet because I have my confirmation emails and my card has been charged...hang in there!

  • Anybody not able to check their preorder confirmnation number when checking order status

    Preordered my iphone 5 this morning, but i am not able to check the order status of it using the preorder confirmation number that i received, i keep getting an error on verizon's site..."Please check the information you have entered. Data may be missing or may have entered an invalid Pre-Order Number or Last Name."

    I cannot get mine either... I am now worried the order is not actually in their system.  I also get a certificate warning on the confirmation email they sent.
    My bank shows they made an authorization for $0, but not the sale amount.  My account still shows that I have upgrades available...
    Any thoughts on this?

  • Unable to check download status on nokia browser o...

    i have nokia 5233..nd the nokia browser has a downloads section in the options, where one can check the status of downloaded items whether they are downloaded or are currently downloading. My problem is, when i download something, i cannot open the downloads in the nokia browser on my nokia 5233.. When i click on the downloads in the options menu, NOTHING HAPPENS..but if the item gets downloaded i can open it outside the browser otherwise via the file manager! And in case the download remains incomplete, when i exit the nokia browser, a notification saying, 'view interrupted downloads' comes, when i click yes on it, the browser opens my homepage nd i still cannot check my downloads..what do i do? Please help!

    have you chceked that you are up-to-date with firmware updates, through checking via Nokia Suite on your PC? if there are any updates, please update to the latest version offered. if that fails, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.

  • Order Status is messed up

    Ok so like a lot of people I'm patiently waiting for my iPhone order to ship. When I placed the online order through my account at VZW, I received an email confirmation with an "internet order number." This email also contains a link to check order status, which currently says the order is being processed (11 days later, still the same status).
    A few days after I placed my order, I received a second email stating that the "ship by date" is on target. However, the order number in this email is different from the first email!
    Finally, when I log into My Verizon to check on my orders, neither order number shows up in my order history!
    So ... what the heck is going on? Why two different order numbers? And why is my order not even showing up in my account history? I really hope my order went through!

You may not be able to see a change from Processing until it officially ships, then you'll see the tracking number. If you've received a confirmation email that your order was submitted, any additional information throughout the fulfillment process will be sent to that same email address.

  • IPhoto book ordering status

    I am currently not subscribe into .mac account. However, I got the mentioned email "[email protected]" when I was still in the 3-month trial period.
    I need this for the ordering of iLife photo book ordering service. It requires me to enter a .mac email account for the ordering process.
    However, since the order confirmation will be sent to that .mac account, I have no way to check the email and see if the order is confirmed.
    How could I solve this? I don't see where I can change my email contact while I don't see where I can check ordering status.
    Please help...

    All you need is an Apple id and one click ordering turned on - go to www.apple.com==> store ==> account to set up or verify/modify your Apple account and be sure One Click is turned on

  • Unable to edit User Status in Service Order

    Hi Experts,
    There are several service orders with user status 'Open', whereas the system status is 'In Process'. The individual items are either set to Completed or are Released. I am unable to change the user status from 'Open', as there are no other options available in the dropdown list in edit mode. I even tried changing the status in CRMD_ORDER and was not able to do it. I checked the configuration for this and its perfectly fine. The status profile has been maintained properly.
       I tried using FM CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN and CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN_OW for this purpose and it still did not work. Any help/tips to resolve this will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Nanda,
    As per your last reply, for some Service Orders you are unable to change the Status. Can you have check whether those service Orders are error free?
    Sometimes, when there are errors in service orders or in 1Orders you cannot change the status from In Process or Open even when you have released certain Items.
